I came to return a Christmas gift i received and did not want to purchase anything immediately. The you male "so called manager of the store" said I need to take an item in the store now as they do not give gift cards as I did not have a receipt. I said that's strange can I please see your refund policy that is normally up in all stores normally at the till point. There was nothing in the store I wanted at the time. My question was do you prefer me to keep walking around with an item to check if there is something I want. The manager ignored me completely and said he cannot give me proof of their refund policy. Now I'm no idiot I am well aware of refund policies and store processes. So I am not sure if your store manager judged me by how I was dressed on the day (legging and t shirt) that he probably assumed I'm a thief. I also understand due to the area that the theft and shrinkage is high. However it does not give your staff the right to treat me or any customer that way. When I asked for his manager he ignored me, when asking if he is ignoring me he simply continued to ignore me. I am disgusted by his service it is not a wonder that store is so empty always compared to other Mr Price sport stores. Service goes a long way. And this store manager left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not allow a staff member to treat me this way at all especially if it's the customers that's keeps the business going that's paying his salary. I would like the regional manager to contact me urgently
