Mr Price mobile has offered me a SIM card 2 years ago the lady told me all the advantages, unfortunately I agree and she mentioned a long list rules which I hardly listened to and we ended the call. I only used the sim card twice and I lost the sim card. Yesterday when I checked my milady's statement, I saw that is was billed R100 for the airtime I called them and I was told that they cannot help me I ask the lady if I cannot get that airtime that I was billed for I was told that no they cannot help me. I then told the lady to cancel it but I feel that I was unfair because they can clearly see and check that I did not utilise that airtime why didn't they call me and ask me why was I not using my airtime clearly they did see that I was not using it the same way that they called and offer me the sim they were supposed to call and ask me why am I not using it but because I was giving them free R100 they decided to keep on billing me for nothing at least if I can get half of that airtime I will be happy, the sad part is I used to buy airtime from milady's via my account, I think their system is stupid or maybe that's the other way of robbing their loyal customers .
