Mueller Furniture I bought a dining room table and the leg fell off in the first week

I bought a dining room table and the leg fell off in the first week. Also, I got a leather recliner, but the springs broke, the leather split, and it shed metal shavings onto the carpet under the chair, which ruined our new carpet.

Mueller Furniture I got insurance for a chair we bought at Mueller Furniture Co

I got insurance for a chair we bought at Mueller Furniture Co. It got damaged and they gave us the run-around, but they eventually came and took it. That was like 2 months ago and we still haven't received our chair back. We've been making payments and it seems like we'll have it paid off before we actually get the chair.

Mueller Furniture I ordered a desk from Mueller Furniture Co on 6/5, thinking it was made of solid wood

I ordered a desk from Mueller Furniture Co on 6/5, thinking it was made of solid wood. I've been making payments on it, and the final cost came to $1755.09. However, when it was delivered today, 10/8, I could immediately tell that it wasn't solid wood and not what I had paid for. The back of the desk was poorly put on, and there were some issues with the stain as well. The delivery folks took it back, but when I reached out to the store, it took two weeks for the manager or store owner to respond. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from them yet, and all I want is my money refunded. They supposedly have a 30-day guarantee. Additionally, there's still a $400 balance for the chair.

Mueller Furniture We gave 'em 500 bucks to get some furniture in April

We gave 'em 500 bucks to get some furniture in April. But guess what? Still no furniture! First time they missed the delivery date, we called 'em up, but no response. We kept callin' and callin', but nothin'. So we asked for our money back to buy from another place, and they said we gotta pay a restockin' fee. Then they said the furniture was bein' made, and if we had asked for a refund earlier, we could've gotten it. They gave us a new date, August 4th. Well, that came and went too. Finally, on the 13th, they left a voicemail sayin' they'll check every day to find out where it is. And now they're sayin' it's on a truck from some other place.

Mueller Furniture I bought a $3,500.00 Flexsteel Sectional from Mueller Furniture in Lake Saint Louis MO in Aug of 2020

I bought a $3,500.00 Flexsteel Sectional from Mueller Furniture in Lake Saint Louis MO in Aug of 2020. Since it arrived, the cushions all went flat and sank to the rear, except for the cushion in the middle which is hard as a brick. I contacted Mueller multiple times and they replaced the stuffing in the cushions with the same material. They told me it's just how the couch is. This problem has never been resolved and it's embarrassing for guests to sit on it. It looks like it's been around for 10 years even though we don't have any pets or children at home. I just want a solid cushion and I can't seem to get it done. Mueller should help me with the supplier, Flexsteel, and take care of this issue. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed. I chose them over a big chain and this is what I ended up with.

Mueller Furniture I bought a couch and recliner from Mueller Furniture on 05/25

I bought a couch and recliner from Mueller Furniture on 05/25. The salesperson, Karla, told me it was leather, but it turned out to be misleading information. The couch's cup holder has been giving me trouble, and now the leather on the back is peeling. I spoke to the manager, Jim, about these issues, and they sent someone to glue it a month later. However, I just want a refund. They keep avoiding the refund and now they're sending someone again for the peeling. The couch is not worth what I paid for it. I called the manufacturer and they confirmed it's leather and vinyl leather. I informed the manager that I want a refund, but they say it's been more than 30 days. I was trying to get a refund before the 30 days, but that became an issue.
