So, to sum it all up, all Mumzworld wants to do is move boxes with no care for the safety of its customers. But hold on, there's more! Three days after my review went public, Mumzworld finally contacted me and agreed to take the gate back, issue a credit, and send me a new gate. However, when the new gate arrived - and you won't believe this - it wasn't packaged in any protective covering! The same as the first gate, can you even begin to imagine the nerve?
To add insult to injury, they offered me a credit only and not a refund, what the actual heck? I mean is it too much to ask for a fair trade where both parties are happy and satisfied? I would be very careful if deciding to purchase from this company. You never know what you might end up with.

3. They said I would receive a 10% discount for my first order. But when I paid, it was actually less than 10%. My total order was 117.63 AED, which means 10% should be 11.76 and the total should be 105.87 AED. However, I paid 113.73 AED. They gave me 107 Mumz points for that order, but I don't know how they calculated that number. It says online that I have 107 Mumz points, but in the final order, it's written 108. It's confusing.
4. When I emailed them about the 10% discount issue, they replied back, "Please be informed that 10% discount has been stopped for a moment. We'll keep you posted once the discount is back." It's disappointing that they just stopped the discount without letting me know.
5. After waiting for a week, I still didn't receive any details about my order. They also haven't updated my tracking system. The delivery time was poor.
6. I wanted to cancel my order since it's been too long, but there was no option for "cancel". They really need to add that option.
7. I'm thinking of returning the order, but I will have to pay for the return charges since it's not free. Also, I can only return the product if it's wrong, damaged, or not as described.
