First of all they charged me some extra money for custom and it was no information about that on their website. But they did not cancel anything and weeks later I received a package with my dress. It looked terrible and there were no sign of any custom! The dress was very huge and looked like a tent. They offered me two options: to get refund, to get 50% refund and free shipping for the next orders. I emailed them and asked to provide full refund. The rep told me that it would take 30 days to process the request and transfer refund. 30 days have passed several weeks ago, but they still haven’t refunded me. I don’t advise this place.
