I have a Fiber account with Mweb, it was paid by my employer and was due for cancelation at the end of November, before then I contacted MWEB because I wanted to take over the account. At first, I spoke to a guy who mentioned that he will send me forms to complete my details so that my account is not cancelled...guess what? the forms were never sent to me.
I had to call again the following day and I was told that the cancelation will be stopped, and the account will be in my name, that never happened as well.
I called in for the 3rd time, only to speak to a very rude lady who did not even want to assist.
the 4th call I made, I requested to speak to a manager, that's when my call was dropped as they guy, I spoke to told me that today is the 1st day of the month, and they are very busy with customers (as if I am not the customer).
Can someone call me and tell me what's going on - tell me if you don't want me to use your services.
Now I am sitting at home with no internet access, I am unable to work and earn income due to this.
