Unbelievably bad service. Paid for a photo to be placed onto canvass for a Christmas present from my children to their grandmother. Present did not arrive. Middle of January still not here. No response from 10+ emails of complaint and no way of talking to anyone on the phone. Don't use them!

Ordered canvas print as website looks very well presented and canvas prices are very reasonably priced. Still waiting for print 3 weeks later even tho it says that the print will be dispatched within 48 hours! Emailed them repeatedly but no reply. Sounds like a bogus company. Should have known it was too good to be true! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered canvas print as website looks very professionally done and canvas prices are very reasonably priced. Still waiting for print 3 weeks later even tho it says that the print will be dispatched within 48 hours! Emailed them repeatedly but no reply. The fact that you have to put frame together got alarm bells ringing! Sounds like a bogus company. Should have known it was too good to be true! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Aweful! Ordered 3 canvas prints on the 16th December I they still haven't arrived! They will not reply to my emails. There is no contact number for them on their website. Does anyone have a phone number for them?

My husband ordered a birthday present for me from them yesterday. He paid with his debit card then received an e-mail which not only did not acknowledge receipt of his debit card payment but asked him to send funds to their bank account! Now he is worried because they have his card details.

I am so appalled at the deception of these dreadful people. This morning i received my canvas in a long tall box complete with crappy loose bits of wood that arnt even the size i ordered. No-where on website does it state that you have to stretch the canvas over the cheap crappy fame yourself. These people are con artists and i hope their business goes to pot. absolutely disgusting.

Disgusting service, 48hr despatch turned out to be 10 days late... i emailed them, and they do not get back to you. Also canvas is self assemble and the frame measurements are crap and not aligned properly.

NEVER EVER USE THESE GUYS, DISGUSTING (CLEARLY)

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Although website is called "My Picture.co.uk" it is in fact based in Germany, very misleading! They do not dispatch within 48 hours, very misleading, they do not disclose that the canvas is self assembly (except hidden away in "Quality & Delivery"), very misleading. Although I did receive my canvas eventually, the image only stretched to the size of the front of the frame, it did not stretch around the edges of the frame, hence the edges are a bar-code effect of blurred paint.
They did reply to my emails but it took them a long time. They obviously rely on the fact that they are not located in the UK.

The website looked professional enough and the canvas was delivered fairly quickly. However when I received the cheap quality canvas in an oversized box, causing my bits of wooden, put it together yourself kit to be bashed about, I was so disappointed. The canvas does not fit the frame at all, the canvas is a great deal bigger. I was going to return the item as its useless to me now, but cannot find a return address or phone number.

This company are complete con artists.

I have also sent a email due to not receiving the goods, they did reply stating that they must have lost the goods, as I am a customer they will resend. As yet this was over 10days ago and still not received any goods. Sent another email and still waiting for a reply. Wish i look into details about this webb site, with all the complaints its does appear that this company is a complete con artists.

I too ordered from thiis company at their bargain prices it was hard to not give them ago, What a nightmare, My order took a week to arrive and when it did i have some wooden parts made of shocking quality and i had 4 missing parts. one month later and they still havent arrived. I have just emailed them again, Its just ridiculous. Ive just realised i been had and although my canvas would have cost more from places like jessops least id actually have something for my £45 that i could actually hang on the wall. Companies like this should not be able to trade.

I was extremely pleased with the delivery & print UNTIL...I noticed a blatant mark on my canvas right on the face of the picture! I was so upset as this was a present for my husband for his birthday and I clearly couldn't use it! I contacted them as soon as I opened the box. Still had no response and am still waiting for a response! I would not recommend this company to anyone! I feel extremely let down as I was fully aware that I had to assemble the canvas myself but was very upset with the quality of print.

Never order from this company. I bought a black and white picture for my friends, of them on their wedding day, to give them as a house wamring present, needless to say the print was not black and white. The picture was more green and white, with a hint of black and no-where does their website say you have to assembly the frame yourself. I received an email on wednesday 5th oct saying the order had been dispatched, however only received this today.

Very poor quality and self assembly, they should take a leaf out of Ikea's book

Everything about this company stinks!

E-mailed and phoned them a dozen times no reponse.

The canvas was supposed to represent a lovely picture of my daughters 18th and 21st birthdays.The canvas was frayed, creased in the middle, had white streaks and red eye let alone the crap frame.

Was somehere between angry as hell, embarrassed and resigned.

Wish i'd given the money to charity.

Had no option but throw it in the bin and go to a local reputable high street store.

Do yourself a favour avoid at all costs!

What a con everything about this product and company absolutely stink! E-mailed them half a dozen times and phoned, needless to say fraudulent. The photograph i had blown onto canvas was a lovely picture of my daughters 18th and 21st birthday party I was so disappointed with the quality of the canvas crap quality creased in the middle, frayed, white streaks, and "red eye" that i actually threw it straight in the bin total waste of time and money i wish I'd given the money to charity.

I ordered two canvas prints one week ago and they arrived today. I am happy with the result and impressed with the delivery time. Would use them again and have recommended them to a friend.

Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. I emailed the same day I placed the order to cancel and requested a refund. They replied 2 days later saying order was processed but I thought that as they'd actually replied then maybe canvases would be good. I was able to track the order which, again, made me think that maybe this company had improved and they arrived about 1 week after placing order. The canvases are disgusting, the colours are nothing like the photo's that were uploaded, the whole thing has an orange cast and the bottom of them are blurred and out of focus. I e-mailed the company straight away and they have not replied. I am e-mailing on a daily basis. Like many other people, I thought I was dealing with a UK company due to the web address and as it is a German company I do not expect any after sales service and don't think that they care about bad reviews. People should avoid this company like the plague!

this is a crap website i got my canvas today its a Xmas gift for my best friend its a pic of her hubby who is currently out serving our country in Afghanistan it is the wrong size and it doesn't fit around the frame properly WHAT A SHAM! DO NOT USE THID SIT I SOOO WISH I READ THE REVEIWS BEFOR BUYING!

I ordered 3 8"x8" canvases only to find there was an error when trying to complete this transaction so attempted to do this again with the same error. So now I have been CHARGED TWICE! I have emailed them countless of times explaining this and asking for a refund back for one of them with no response. I have also tried to call and again had no luck...I am so angry and want to report them. I doubt I'll see these canvases and by the sounds of reading all the other complaints I doubt I'll be happy with the quality.

I ordered my canvas on 18 November after seeing their offers and thinking the web site looked very professional. I was also under the impression that they were in England. Well, they are in Germany and have an automated email service so you don't get an email from a person! After several emails and one phone call I eventually got my canvas three weeks later. I ordered sepia...well its green! The frame looks very cheap and I dread my husband trying to assemble it. I paid £27 and I wish I had'nt bothered, Im really disappointed...poor service...poor quality frame and print. I don't think I will bother trying to get my money back but I will email them and let them know how I feel. The worrying thing is I now see they are on Amazon! I think I will email them and let them know what poor service people have had. I certainly wont use them again!

We ordered a 32 x 24 canvas of our daughter, we received it within a week and we are very happy with it. The website says 48hr despatch not 48hr delivery so to get from Germany in a week from order date for free isnt bad at all! We paid the extra for it to be put on the frame and its excellent, by the looks of the other reviews it looks like its worth paying the extra because its still a great price.

After reading the reviews of this company i was so worried as to what i was going to receive. I thought that it was very naughty of the company to have .co.uk in their name only to find out after payment that they are based in germany. I kept reading negavtive reviews about delivery time, quality of canvas and that the canvas would come with seperate pieces to put together yourself. However after receiving my canvas today which i had only ordered last week i couldnt be pleased more. If people read the information properly it will state that the canvas will come in pieces however you can have it framed and stretched at an additional cost of £5 and considering the canvas is so cheap i didnt mind paying this cost. The quality of the picture in my opinion is very good the only thing is you get a barcode of colour affect on the folded edging which is minor and you wont see when put on the wall. Overall my experience with this company is a very positive one and if people read the correct information properly then you wont be in for any suprises.

We ordered canvasses because of guaranteed delivery before Christmas which was a blatant lie as they took weeks to come so couldn't be given as Christmas had been and gone! Tried contacting by email with no response and couldn't contact by phone! Worst company I have ever dealt with avoid using at all costs as you be left dissappointed and very frustrated! They should not be allowed to falsely advertise like that!

Ordered a canvas from them in mid december - didn't realise until trying to find out where it was, that they are actually alledgedly based in Cologne Germany. I too opted for the stretched and framed, and it looks like a blink 5 yr old has done it. Shockingly poor.
Countless emails to and fro - i have sent them pics of it - as far as they can see nothing wrong with it, so no refund. (40 x 20 inch canvas £62 delivered) Asked for the canvas to be wrapped - i.e. part of the pic on the sides. I genuinely have no idea what they have done there, but its not part of the picture.

Their phone no is on their websitre, albeit tucked away...
