AVOID THIS COMPANY!
My order arrived damaged, not only was it dark and of very poor quality (not at all like the preview) there was also a large slash in the canvas so it was unfit for purpose, the packaging was immaculate so they knew they'd sent out faulty goods and now they won't refund my money they claim to be under 'German law' even though they use a .CO.UK web address and are based in Birmingham which can't be legal in the UK, right!?!?

These people will steal your money, send you a damaged item & refuse to refund you, their service is shocking.

they simply ignored me and didn't deliver my canvas
I sent my pic to the company www.my-picture.co.uk. I hoped that they would make canvas for me. I provided the measurements for them and paid on time, but these jerks took money and promised to provide my order within couple of days. I heard nothing from them and no idea how to get any info from them, ‘coz the seller simply ignored me.These people are scammers and liars, who promise a lot, but in result you get nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
Don't use this site. Pay a bit more and get a professionally mounted picture. I ended up buying a glass frame to put the picture in as the crappy wooden frame they sent (which I had to put together) was out not square. Stretching a canvas is not so simple I found out. I had no idea I would have to do this. Very poor.
The fact that this is an unassembled canvas is not made clear at any point on the homepage. It is well hidden, presumably because most people would spend a bit more for a fully assembled product. A small canvas is sent in a massive long cardboard box with the loose bits of wood free to scratch the canvas. I would not recommend.
WORST company I have ever used - doesn't tell you it is not assembled. It is the most badly made frame I have ever seen - does not even fit together and the printed picture is of terrible quality. It si suitbale only as landfill
Asked for a refund and got told - no we're a German company and we don't have to refund.

These guys are con merchants.. they sell self-assemble kits ...but their website let you believe they are fully assembled.. the only place they tell you it's a duy job is buried in one question in their FAQ..
Order a 24"x24" in prinf of my daughter... They sent me an 8"x8" print of someone else's daughter !
Have received my order and no contact from the company. Just a fedex email saying date of delivery but after speaking to fedex they said they never had the order! hhmmm have i been scammed!
Ordered a large amount of canvas prints, the alignment on frames where awful and when I complained and sent pictures of the issue they did not want to know...

Wrong picture delivered, self assembly frame broken. Feel conned. they don't reply to email or telephone calls. Don't use this site.
Complete load of rubbish and would feel embarrassed to give as a Christmas present as intended. I appreciate I should have read the small print so I'm partly at fault, although, this company are aware that the info is not clear enough as there wouldn't be this many complaints.
Complete and utter crap, picture color not the same cheap frame where do you stop. but i will say it's a perfect SCAM as you cant contact them.
Ordered from this site 10 days ago. Haven't heard anything from them since the initial email confirming my order. Emailed them 3 days ago and haven't heard anything back. Reading peoples comments on here im getting quite worried :-S

Appalling products and customer service. I spent a LOT of money getting two canvases for the living room, both of which I ordered so the last pixels are stretched over the edge, so that it doesn't look silly.
When the package arrived BOTH canvases had an edge that was white, one of which was HALF stretched and HALF white!

NOW, I contacted customer services and informed them of my problem giving them proof by adding the original images and the view of the two canvases with the misprinted sections. I got a rude response with NO APOLOGY with them stating that is how the original image was. They said they have "reviewed it and have come to the conclusion this is no grounds for complaint". the UTTER CHEEK! I have the images here! One is an original, and one I ZOOMED IN to get the section I wanted, so it was impossible.
They also referred to me using my first name, when I had typed Ms. AND the email was not from a senior member of staff, it was purely from the "team".
There are also speckles of white where some of the canvas has been scratched. I noticed it IMMEDIATELY when I opened the package.
Absolutely disgusted! Will be leaving them off the wall and spreading this review where possible so it happens to nobody else!

Awful website don't ever buy a canvas from these people! Ive never written a review in my life but i felt i had to let people know so they dont get screwed over like me! The picture was really bad quality and didn't even fit the cheap wood frame which by the way you have to put together yourself! The picture was completely blurred at the top and the bottom. When i emailed them they take 2 days to reply and give sarcastic, patronising replies to try and get out of it. All i wanted was another one sent out that actually fit the cheap wooden frame they gave me that wasn't blurred but they woukdn't srnd one so i lost my money and missed my friends birthday! All in all they should be shut down. Awful people and awful company!

Disappointing. The prints are probably okay. Mine were stretched and assembled but one of the frames is warped so it doesn't sit flat to the wall.
The main issue is that they don't respond to emails. I had ordered their "hang up kits" as extras. Those weren't sent with the order. I emailed and got not reply. I emailed again and eventually got a promise that they would send the missing items. Ten days later and nothing had arrived. I emailed again this time asking for a refund for the kits. Still no response.
The prints themselves are okay. The colour reproduction is pretty good.
I would never order from them again because the customer service is shockingly bad and I think that tells you all you need to know.
I could never recommend others to use this site.
Awful awful company! Dont ever get your canvas from them. Mine arrived with a massive blur over my friends head and at the bottom too it came with a cheap wooden frame which you have to put together yourself! And the canvas was too small for the frame. The customer service is horrendous, they are sarcastic and patronising and wouldnt re send the picture so i missed my friends birthday and lost my money! Awful people and awful company!

HORRENDOUS - avoid like the plague! They combine shoddy, sub-standard products with non-existent customer service.
Like others, I was seduced by the site into assuming that the print would arrive framed (I now know that it says otherwise tucked away in the small print); instead it arrived in a large square tube (in which the contents – including the rolled print itself – crashed around). The pack comprised the rolled print (secured with a rubber band) and four flimsy pieces of wood for the frame (plus a pack of eight small pieces of wood whose purpose eludes me). There were no instructions so, having struggled with it, I finally managed to put it together; it wasn’t until I received my first email from them that I discovered that I have the frame the wrong way round.
The picture is too small for the frame so the horizontal bands of colour, which I think are intended to form the sides, are visible at the bottom and one side of the print. I complained & asked for my money back. They responded (after four days) by saying that they don’t give refunds and, under German law, are entitled to two attempts to put things right; they even quoted the relevant sections of the German Sale of Goods Act 1979, 48A and 48B (sections 433, 437, 439 BGB) to prove how right they are! They demanded photos which I sent the same day. Their response (after four days) is not, as one would expect, to apologise and send a new print – NO, they will send a new FRAME (which presumably means that I would have to dismantle the existing print – nailed to the frame as it is - and re-assemble it, if I can). Why on earth they thought a new frame will solve the problem, goodness only knows.
I suspect this is all part of delay and obfuscation designed to make me give up and write the whole thing off to experience. When I protested again they said that they would send a new print already framed. They said that this would be despatched on 21 December; it wasn’t. Their website prominently said (even up to 23 December) “All orders placed by December 17th guaranteed for Christmas delivery”. On 22 December, I received what was obviously a ‘circular’ email to all customers apologising for the delay and enclosing a “a specially designed gift voucher for the canvas that you have ordered. Simply download, print and present it to a loved one”; this is a tacky “certificate” which says “Sorry, Santa Claus got stuck in the snow and will not be there on time for Christmas. Once the slide [sic presumably they mean sleigh] is ready to use again the presents will be delivered”; presumably I am supposed to print this off and give it to my wife instead of her Christmas present!
Their communication is abysmal. While they acknowledge emails quickly, via an automated system, it takes them four days to reply. This means that, despite having started in good time on 1st December, the proper print didn’t arrive until 28th December & then it was unannounced. They emailed me on 16th December to say they had emailed me a tracking number (which they hadn’t) but that the tracking number was wrong (leave off the 12th digit – fine if I’d received any number at all). I sent them two emails saying that the original despatch was to a neighbour (trying to keep the gift secret from my wife) and asking that they send the replacement to my address. Despite acknowledging this request & stating that they had amended their records, they sent the replacement to the neighbour (causing great inconvenience).
You couldn’t make it up – the whole process was a catalogue of errors from start to finish and meant, of course, that my wife didn’t get her proper Xmas present in time. Even the replacement print is faulty but I’ve nearly lost the will to live with this shower of con merchants & have given up.

Have not heard from this company since November, and after many emails, followed by an auto response, and no follow up, and even more phonecalls to the (bogus) number, there is still no canvas for my Dad's birthday on xmas day. Am gutted as I ordered this is good time, even allowing for it takiing longer than they said. I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of any contact at all, and can only assume there is some person sitting in their German residence having a right old laugh and a lot of people's expense. STAY CLEAR!
Just received a canvas from this company, poor quality, poor colour, purchased as a xmas present but too embarassed to give it! DO NOT USE THEM!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM 'MY-PICTURE.CO.UK'. Their prices may be cheap, but cheap is exactly what you get – cheap and nasty. I ordered ten identical canvases; they arrived three weeks later. Although the canvases arrived attached to the frames, it looked as though a three year old had assembled them, and the picture itself was the wrong size for the frame which meant that vital parts of my photo had been cut off. To cut a long story short, I requested a full refund but the company refused claiming that they were a German-based company who, under German law, were not obliged to issue refunds. I immediately raised a dispute, and then a claim, with Paypal and returned the useless canvases to ‘my picture’ in Germany using a track and trace service. Luckily, Paypal found in my favour and I have since received a full refund. In future, I will use only a reputable UK based company and I would advise everyone else to do the same. The product that these people produce is, in my opinion, sub-standard and of extremely poor quality – do not waste your money!

1) "48h delivery" I waited over 3 weeks. The site implies it's british (.co.uk), but is based in Germany. They didn't volunteer pictures would be late, I had to chase them and then I got generic emails citing "technical problems" without any firm specific info. Birthday present was 2 weeks late
2) You get bits of canvas and a self assembly frame. No pins/staples and you have to sort it out yourself. This is only apparent low down in the FAQs and no info about this when you buy (site implies you get finished product). I think a case of mis-selling. It is quite fiddly to mount your own canvas and many people wouldn't be up to it
3) Canvases had poor color and resolution.
4) The instructions were terrible.

Ordered 3 canvases for a birthday prezzie, picked this site as it looked really professional and promised delivery in 48 hrs. Still waiting 9 days later! as in previous reviews, was given a false tracking number and the telephone number on confirmation email is constantly engaged.
How I wished I'd looked at this review site before I ordered anything off here. I ordered same prints off of Argos and they came within 2 days and fully finished no DIY job where you've got to frame and stretch canvas yourself! So if you are thinking of ordering off of here - DON'T!

Found this great looking website, quoting fast delivery, ordered my canvas of my puppy 2 weeks ago, still waiting. I have been lucky enough to be given tracking numbers, which are 'like this company' Bogus, and now have filed a dispute with paypal, DO NOT USE.
PS. I do have a staple gun and picture hooks I can loan if you have been lucky enough to receive your canvas

Since then have found a site that does same prices but sends a fantastic quality "finished" product (and it's in the UK) try Original Canvas Company www.originalcanvascompany.co.uk - great service too!

Rubbish company! It came in loose bits that they want me to assemble it myself. The worst of all is that right in the middle of the picture is a white line and at the bottom of the picture it looks like paint that got wet. I cant believe they actually sent me this faulty product. It is like buying a new shift with stains on it. Not only that, the actual frame that comes in 4 bits does not fit together and are different sizes. I want a full refund and I would most definitely not recommend them! Stay away.
Sent me a canvas that was for someone else... when I complained had to send picture of the picture to prove it I even highlighted how the order details on the picture where wrong compared to my order number, and the response is very slow one email a day... still to get it sorted not recommended. Unusual for a German based company most I have dealt with are very efficient.

Unbelievably bad service. Paid for a photo to be placed onto canvass for a Christmas present from my children to their grandmother. Present did not arrive. Middle of January still not here. No response from 10+ emails of complaint and no way of talking to anyone on the phone. Don't use them!

This site is an absolute disgrace. They mislead you into thinking you are buying a stretched canvas print and yet all you receiev is the print and 4 loos pieces of wood which you are expected to somehow put together yourself! Framing a canvas print is a skilled trade - not something anyone can do. Their hole website is geared towards leading you to believe...

I ordered a large canvas for my husband for his birthday. It looked great until we put it up. The frame is not square and has a large gap in the bottom left corner. There is a large crease on the top right which looks dreadful. I have sent pictures of this canvas but had nothing back. This was with postage £50 and we are very disappointed. Can my credit card company obtain my money back
