My Supernova Do not use My Supernova

Do not use My Supernova. It's a pile of lies and promises. I wasted $179.00 for a trial month with a salesman who lied about their company from the beginning. They promise you everything and produce nothing. The account rep they assign you does little or nothing as well. They are a disgrace to this industry!

I paid $98 through PayPal for two 4-wheel transformer wheel mobility scooters on My Supernova. The order number is ***. I was also charged for delivery. However, when I tried to access the site again, it showed up as *** and was labeled as fraudulent. I am now trying to get a refund for the product that was never delivered.

So, I got this call from Supernova on the phone, right? They wanted to help me advertise my construction company on *** listing. They take money from my account every month, but guess what? They haven't actually done any advertising on *** yet. Can you believe it? I've been trying to get in touch with them on the phone, but no luck. Can't talk to a real person, and they never bother to call me back. It's been going on for like 4 months now. Can you say frustrating?

On January 15th or somethin', I ordered 2 machines and paid on my father's card 'bout $150 for 'em! They kept givin' me the run around when I asked when they gonna ship 'em to me, sayin' they havin' trouble makin' 'em 'cause of Covid. They said when they sent 'em, I'd get a trackin' number, but I'm still waitin'. All I want is them little excavators to do stuff 'round the house, and my brother's gettin' real tired of waitin'!

My Supernova We hired this business for their services to advertise on *** six weeks ago

We hired this business for their services to advertise on *** six weeks ago. After paying them a little over $600, we still haven't heard back from anyone via email or phone. I've been calling them three or more times a week, trying to reach someone other than a phone representative. Every time, they tell me that someone will get back to me, but it's been going on since 02/01 and still no contact. I had to raise my voice and get upset just to get the first name of a lady who is supposedly part of management (***). The representative refused to provide me with any other names, numbers, or emails. For the past two weeks, I've been calling every day, and each time, they say that *** is in a meeting and has received my information and will call me before the day is over. However, I still haven't received a single call or email from this company. I've also been trying to contact the first person I spoke to when signing up and gave my credit card information and made the payment. I'm just trying to get ***.

I talked to Theresa from *** on 9/17. I didn't know the company name was 'My Supernova' until I got the receipt for the $229 payment. I had to pay for 30 days of service. Theresa said the services would help my company, even though I explained my business to her. Haley called me later and said I would get an address confirmation from ***. Two weeks later, I called Haley because I didn't get the postcard. She said they sent it to the wrong postal code and would send it again. I got the postcard on 10/7 and called Haley. She said my service would start on the postcard's date, not the payment date three weeks ago. The next day, I got the promised video and a copy of the listing. The video and listing had the wrong industry and promoted products and services my company doesn't offer. I called Haley...

My Supernova I got a call from a company claiming they were My Supernova

I got a call from a company claiming they were My Supernova. They told me that my business would be flooded with clients seeking my services. However, when I tried to call them back, the number was no longer in service. Later, I discovered that the company's actual name was Supernova and they were promoting my business to get it on My Supernova. They initially deceived me by pretending to be My Supernova. Despite my reservations, I decided to give them a chance. As time passed, I didn't receive any calls. When I reached out to inquire about the situation, they gave me the runaround. They claimed they wouldn't charge me, but when I checked my statements, I noticed I was indeed being charged. I never received a single call from anyone mentioning that they saw my name or business on My Supernova. Every time I called to inquire about my business listing, they would say there was a problem with My Supernova. They blamed it on the pandemic or some other excuse, but it felt like they were just giving me excuses. I never got the chance to advertise...

I got a call from a company claimin they was ***. I was told my biz would be overwhelmed with clients callin askin for my services, then when I called back the number was no longer in service, then later I found out that the company's name was supernova and they were advertisin my biz to try to get it on *** so they lied to me at first sellin me tellin me that they was *** when they wasn't so I decided to give em a try and as time went by I saw no calls and when I did call to find out what was happenin they gave me the runaround said they wasn't gonna charge me but then when I saw my statements I saw I was bein charged.not once did I receive a call from anyone sayin hey I saw ur name or ur biz on ***.. every time I call em to find out what was happenin with my biz listin they would say hey *** there's a problem with *** it's pause cuz of the pandemic or whatever and I they just gave me the runaround I never got to advertise my biz online...

Haley said sorry and said she would fix the listing and have 'Lisa' contact me for a new video with the right information. But I never heard from them and the video was never made. I contacted Haley again on 10/14 about the listing. She said the service wouldn't work for my company and said she would cancel the account and ask Theresa for a refund. She said I would get an email confirmation. On 10/19, I emailed Hayley to confirm the cancellation and refund. Hayley emailed back saying there would be no refund and that they provided the promised services. I never got the corrected video and didn't get the 30 days of service that was agreed upon. I received the confirmation postcard on 10/7, but I was billed on 9/17 for 30 days of service that was supposed to start 3 weeks later and still hasn't been delivered.
