I have placed an order Order #[protected] for my 2 year old nephew's birthday and paid 250/- extra for Midnight delivery but order didn't get delivered in the night. I waited till 2AM in the night but when I got to know that order was not received, I asked for refund and birthday was over, so I dropped an Email for the same. So, they delivered it around 6PM in the evening, next day but in a very pathetic situation without my consent. They have sent foil balloon instead of normal balloon. What a kid will do with 5 foil balloons when his birthday is over? I paid for mid night delivery charges but they are neither picking up the order from the location nor replacing the order. I asked for refunding my Midnight delivery charges, but they are not ready to refund any money at all. It was the worst experience with any Delivery vendor in India. I regularly send orders FNP and Myflowertree and their service is very good but I just get confused with the same name and encountered the disgusted experience. Also, no one is picking up the call in night or next day. It should be the last company on earth if you want to order from this vendor
Claimed loss: Midnight delivery charge of 250/- and balloon charges 500/-
Desired outcome: I want a refund of my money or replacement of the order as per the stated Invoice. Also, I want Midnight delivery charges to be refunded.
