I'm not at all happy with the cake it's was made up in local shop and taste is too bad.
Not able to eat.
The taste was to bad. Totally I'm upset with the cake . Totally upset.
I think they will give different type of candle .I have paid RS 200 additionally but after delivery only everything looks in different.
In normal shop it costs around RS 10 only. But they have charged 200 for this.

1st time I order cake in this website, it's very important birthday surprise but that stupid guys spoil my whole plan I ordered midnight delivery but they give on the day evening its really too worst, cake is not guy, only 10 roses tight on the normal rope, teddy also too small they combo cake is 1750+250 delivered charges, I am expecting more but they are providing 0%result don't order on this idote website 😠😠😠😠😠cheats and stupids... I order Flower to be delivered on occasion of mothers day with my order no. [protected].
first thing order not delivered on mother day or next day even after 3 days.
second, this guys are very unprofessional and rude to take your complain. response i received is very have large no. of order during vacation and we cannot give response to all customer for not delivering order.
I think www.myflowergift.com is a cheap company without any policies and ownership. and may be fake to which takes money not not deliver on time and then provide refund n form of voucher to be used later.
my suggestion do not ever order from here.
Flower cake online delivery
Worst service ever... This is in regard to an order where I had requested flower and cake delivery today -28th jan '18.. By 12 pm in dibrugarh, assam in a school and has fixed timing. I mentioned this in the delivery instructions very clearly. I spoke to this lady arpita twice in the concerned phone number, to my surprise she was rude and not able to understand my concern. She hung up the phone too which is not acceptable. Then she stopped attending the call. She told that free day time delivery, she cannot commit which was not written anywhere in the site.
This is my first experience in myflowergift and worst ever.
I have shared alternate address to arpita via message not sure she received. She is the rudest ever I have ever spoke. How can an organisation keep an executive like her...? Post this they intimated over email at the last moment to say that they dont have flowers and I should replace by a teddy or chocolate! And then they changed the flavour of the cake! But charged a whopping amount.
My entire plan got screwed up... These guys didnot even call to apologise..

This is my worst experience ever on an online order. The response from them is pathetic. How rude and ignorant is this lady over the phone. Worst part they dont even pick the call if they already have your number. No response from online chat after you book an order. I have no clue how to complaint against this cheating company. Litteraly looters Guys. Please never never purchase anything from this cheaters.

These guys are big time liars.
They accepted my order but never delivered.
They charged me fixed time delivery charges but did not deliver the cake and now they are not refunding me the amount and giving a lame excuse that the cake got damaged. If the cake got damaged who will take the responsibility.

These guys are running a business where they need to be truthful to their customers but they are making fake promises and after getting the money they are not even replying to the emails.
I called on the number mentioned on their website. After listening to my concern they are not replying to my calls. The representative who answered my call was very rude and asked me to read the refund policy.
I have read the policy and it says they should refund my money as the cake was not delivered. They are not taking the ownership and are providing poor customer service.

Cheating website (no delivery no cash refund)
This is online cheating site, after making payments, they comeup with new terms conditions for delivery, according to them customer customer is obliged to do addl payments and to listen whatever they say due to their negligence. Shown least interest to delivery, sales team not responded on time and disconnected international calls (Cus service 9110843694) if we followup, also very unacceptable behavior.
I placed order (No. [protected]) from Dubai on 13/09/2018 to Trivandrum District.
After accepting complete address, payment has been done. But no delivery no cash refund to account.
They were supposed to deliver today, and send email for addl payments saying location is far. Then i contacted them and ask WHY all these not informed prior payment, but the customer service lady (Mob 9110843694) want me to listen to her new term's and conditions, no refund or we need to go and collect from their shop etc.. 2-3 times i made international calls and she picked the call, but not responded, just picking calls and disconnecting. Here customer's money is going by online payment for order and international calls, dont know how she can behave such way, also i given many options through whatsup, such us cash refund to account but she refused, thus finally i accept for addl payment upon delivery, but this lady wasted my half day without responding on time. Now no money and no delivery.
Scamster / my flower gift
I ordered a flower bouquet on 18th of July which was to be delivered the following day. The order number is [protected] & their website updated that the order is complete . However upon checking with the recipient I learnt that it is not delivered. I called customer care, a lady name Arpita attended me & assured that she will get back. She didnot get back I called the following day however she took the call once only to say what she said on day 1 albeit a bit more disrespectfully as if she is the customer . Still there is no update & revert. They are not even taking the call. They are running a scam. Guys please send the details of your fraudulent experiences with this company on [protected]@yahoo.com . I am going to take this up seriously. I can assure you this company will be shut shortly.

Take care guys, it is a Scam. I placed an order of a fruit basket worth 3000 INR. I didnt get the delivery on time. So i called them back and asked about my delivery. They replied that the person went for delivery but he couldnt reach the house. Also the phone was not reachable. Which is a complete non sense as we were there all the time at home. Then they said that all the fruits have gone bad and they cannot deliver on the next day also. They replaced the fruit basket (worth 3000 INR) with a small local cake and 10 roses. Total price of cake + flowers would be maximum 500 INR. When I called them back to ask for money, they were really rude and they cut the call saying nothing can be done now.
Stay away from such scams guys. My mistake was I didn't research enough before placing the order.

Me & my wife with kids reside in Dubai
My mother has hospitalized in kerala, India as she was going to undergo a surgery for Cancer.
And her Birthday was on 25th. I tried sending in cake & flower through some websites, but for some reason either the payment didn't go through or they couldn't deliver as per our requirement.
My wife found this website myflowergift.com.
Spoke to the customer service, they said there is a extra charge on 200rps to send immediate delivery.
They confirmed the item will be delivered within 2 to 3 hours of payment. We did the payment by 25th afternoon. And calculating the time they said, the delivery should have been happened by 6.30pm max.
I called them at 6pm to check the status as their website said Status : Pending.
When I called they said yes it will be delivered in some time & they will inform me through email. Soon after my call, they changed the status in the website into "Processing".
Half an hour later, the delivery didn't happened.
I kept calling them for 3 time continuous as they weren't picking the call. It was a mobile number in their website. After the 3rd call they switched off the mobile. No response, nothing. Their online chat didn't support well. They said the online chat is only for sales & not for inquiry. But that wasn't the case till the payment was done, they were giving me all sort of informations & even after payment when I did chat, they gave me the confirmation again.
Nothing happened, no calls, no response.
My mother was so so sad & so as we were. Later at night my Dad has to buy a cake from a bakery nearby to keep her happy.
Later next day my wife called the customer service, & wouldn't believe the way the lady Ms.Arpita or whoever was speaking. Very rude & was shouting at my wife saying we kept on calling your people in kerala for delivery & stuff like. My father had his phone switched on all the time & he was getting all sort of calls from our relatives checking the status of my mother surgery & all. Forget that I called her & send them several emails last night, they could have informed me & gave me the contact person number in kerala for delivery & I could have given it to my dad to call.
She was literally shouting at my wife saying am going to re-imburse the money now & stop talking [censor] & stuff like that.
Later we went to a website to check on the reviews of this website & saw the attached snapshot.
I do not know whether this CONSUMER COMPLAINT is going to make adifference. I do not want my money back. All I want is close that website & the company.
They are playing on people emotions. We are abroad & trust me because of our money from aboard, india is expanding faster. Thats a fact all knows. We left our homeland with sorrow & working hard for a good future when we come back to india.
It is literally heart breaking when people are stealing on our emotions.
I want this company down at any cost & this complaint has to go to the public so that all those normal people out their & all those people who own a company like this should understand that there is a consumer department working for the good of the public.

What a pathetic service it is. I have placed my order 2 weeks in advance after discussing with online chat option available within the site. I thought the service will be good from the response I got from the chat. But the day before delivery they asked for delivery charge (500rs). I felt like amount is high to deliver at a location which is 40mins away from their branch office so I asked to cancel the order. Immediatly I got a response saying like they wont cancel as the order is in processing state. As per the mail I received they said they wont order will not process until I pay delivery charges. When I called customer service, they were too arrogant, rude and not supportive. They were not ready to attend my calls or respond to my question (one time they attended). I lost my money, they spoiled my plans on my wife's bthday. they are not worth for 1 star rating. Please stay away from them. Mistake I did was I dint check rating before making order :(

MyFlowerGift is the worst ever! Never order anything from them!
I bought flowers from them and nothing arrived and when I called MyFlowerGift to ask about my order they claimed that order was delivered!
I told them that there was probably a mistake of some kind and asked them to check on my order and their nasty rep raised his voice and argued back! He said that they have nothing to check and simply hung up! I called again and said I wanted to speak with their manager and there was the same nasty rep. Person was very rude and impolite and treated me like garbage. I will never forgive them and will post these reviews to warn others! Stay away!
I'm very disappointed with this company
I made an order and purchased a lovely bouquet from MyFlowerGift website. I paid and asked them to deliver on a certain date and time. That was a surprise for my mother on her birthday. They said they'll deliver it on time. On the estimated date there was no delivery so I sent them a message and asked them to cancel my order. They said that it was already too late to cancel.
They refused to refund my money.

I have ordered a some flowers and balloons from www.myflowergift.com and that was supposed to be a birthday present for my dear sister. I received only flowers and they completely forgot about the balloons! But that was not the only problem! Flowers were completely dead!! Tried to get a refund many times, but they refused over and over again! Avoid this service at all cost and do not waste your money here!

MyFlowerGift website looks great and very professional, but don't fall for it. These people are thieves and the only thing they care about is money. I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday and never received it. I contacted their customer service and was told that I have to pay extra money if I want that cake to be delivered. What a joke! There was nothing mentioned about that on their website. I seems like they really do not care about their customers or their own reputation. MyFlowerGift is a horrible company, better save your money and avoid them at all costs. I demanded a refund but received no answer yet. I really hope I'll get my money back.
I wish i had seen this before i ordered from them, any one who had any luck getting refund, i have registered a complaint with NCH portal, waiting with fingers crossed!
Very bad experience
I ordered a cake from MyFlowerGift and while placing the order I had contacted their customer service and asked them whether they are going to deliver the cake the same day and they said "yes". So I made an order, paid for it and receive a confirmation email. Few hours later I received a call from them and was asked to pick another item, because they could not deliver the cake. I decided to order flowers, but also asked them to return the money for the cake. They told they wouldn't do that and dropped the call. He also told that they have plenty of other work and that I am just wasting their time. I sent them many emails as well, but they are ignoring all my messages. My money is gone forever.
Awful order and seller ignored my complaints
I ordered flowers and chocolate from the website www.myflowergift.com. I was shocked, when they delivered my order. The chocolate was cheap and without any taste. The bouquet looked like crap and the flowers were old. I sent several complaints and asked the seller to provide the compensation, but of course no one replied and no money was returned. Scam, scam, scam. They are liars, scammers and thieves, so don’t deal with them.

Fraud and worst service
This is complain against My Flower Gift (www.myflowergift.com) company.
I ordered Rose bouquet and cake, where for 20pcs I paid more than Rs 800/-, but they have provided me normal/local roses instead of Dart Roses, started losing its strength within 3hrs.
Also mentioned to write comment on cake, which they didn't.
When I called for asking proper justification, they abused me and said, "We have many Kolkata (Calcutta, W.B.) Customers and we know how cheap these people are, and are never satisfied". Also said, "you DON'T have knowledge of anything". When I said, is this the way you talk with your customers, they said, "Yes, this is how we behave and do whatever you want". Later my wife called them up to get update on delivery, then they said, "You people don't know English... Pata nehi kaha kaha se aajete hai pagal".
This it ordered this for my dad's birthday and these people took the ownership to spoil that. I'll never buy anything from this website (www.myflowergift.com) and would never recommend.
People who are reading this, never ever buy anything from this website (www.myflowergift.com). And if you really wish to buy, then be ready for getting harassment, arrogant behaviour, worst and pathetic service ever..!

They didn't deliver full order and didn't return money back
I ordered flowers and gift from the company www.myflowergift.com. I paid money and reminded them about the balloons and basket of fruits. The courier delivered the order, but he brought only flowers. I sent them emails after that and asked about the basket and balloons, but the rep tried to persuade me and told that I haven’t ordered it. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
