In Sweden there is no other taxi licence. They want same documen again and again. I hope no swedish company try to open mypos account. I wast my veluable time with this Mypos Scam company. I am very sorry. I have to throw away to trush MYPOS Go 2 with debit card.
I have no time to return that and demand to get my money back.

So, we had a bit of a problem with myPOS. We charged a guest who stayed at one of our apartments, and they didn't like it. So, myPOS blocked all of our money and the whole function of our merchant account. They asked us to provide a bunch of documents to prove that the guest agreed to the charges, that they paid for the services, and that they actually stayed at the property. We provided all of that, but they still said they needed more proof. It's like they don't trust us or something!
They even asked us to get a personal declaration from the guest, which is a huge invasion of privacy if you ask me. And when we provided that, they still weren't satisfied. They wanted us to prove that the details and signature of the cardholder who stayed in the property and authorized the payments are the same as the person who issued and signed the declaration. Like, what more do they want from us?
This has been going on since September 25th, and it's now October 26th. They keep renewing the blocking from 30 days to 60 days, and they might increase it even further. We've had to borrow money to pay our invoices, and we've lost around 2000 EUR because of reservations we couldn't charge. We're also sitting with another 1200 EUR of virtual cards that we can't charge because we have no other way to charge them than through myPOS.
The worst part is that they refuse to talk on the phone to sort out this issue. They say that the department dealing with these things does NOT communicate via the phone. And they never give clear indication to what they want. We've been writing emails back and forth, but it's gotten us into a vicious circle that is never-ending. They keep finding different issues with everything we provide, and it's like they're just trying to make our lives difficult.
We might have to file a lawsuit against myPOS because we see no other way to recover our money from them. It's a truly horrible company with the worst customer service ever! If you're using their services, I suggest you cash out and go somewhere else, to a bank that actually respects their clients.

My passport expired 2 years after I originally setup and was approved myPOS account and because my passport expired 2 years later and myPOS requested an in date ID - they would not accept my only other legal form of ID - my drivers license. myPOS shut down my account and have taken possession of MY money without my permission. myPOS also informed me that each month they are taking a no co-operation fee from my funds they have kept. Surely this is not legal. I have sent numerous emails requesting how much this No co-operation fee and to release my funds back to me. They will not reply to my emails.
