I called the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy to make sure I understood how to transfer my license to another state. It's a bit pricey at $375, so I didn't want to make any mistakes. The person I spoke to on the phone seemed to find my question amusing and acted annoyed. The call was also quite echoey, as if they were in the bathroom or something. It was really unprofessional and rude.

I accidently signed up for the pre-*** instead of the pre-MPJE. I realized the error when the first question came up and contacted them write away (I did not proceed with the test). When they called me back hours later, I was told to email explaining the error. The email reply back was basically that it's too bad, no refunds. Even when I explained that I am not even signed up to take the *** and that it was clearly an error (completely on my part), I guess they think it's fine to benefit from our mistake, without providing the actual service. It's really disappointing from a professional organization.

I am a foreign graduate and I have taken the TOEFL four times in the past year because NABP puts an extremely difficult score in one sitting, NABP requires an extremely high score on the TOEFL, which has forced me to retake the exam repeatedly. I have consistently scored 95 out of 120, but this score is not accepted by NABP. In-fact, NABP does not accept my...

In order to pass the FPGEE, I gotta get a required score in English evaluation test (TOEFL). Right now, I got the required result in the TOEFL, but I had a problem that my picture wasn't shown in my report. I've been trying with ETS to fix this issue and add an image to my report, but they told me that even if they fixed the issue by adding an image of myself, the NABP wouldn't accept the report. When I contacted the NABP, they said it's true that they won't accept the score report without the photo which is completely illegal 'cause they don't have any reason to do so. I got all proofs from the ETS and the test center that I was the one how took the exam and it was a mistake in the system.
