I just had my panoramic moonroof motor replacement denied on my F250 Platinum because I have a leveling kit and 37" tires (3" bigger than what came stock). On top of that, they cancelled my account. This is an expensive and immaculate truck, not some beater. This is like saying if you put headlight covers on your car, they'll deny your claim to fix your navigation system or exhaust. Stick with dealer warranty or Fidelity.
Just tried calling them to ask a couple questions, the guy on the phone was very rude and acted as if I was waisting his time. My dealership warned me that if this company wants to send a check for repairs that I would have to leave my vehicle at the dealership till the check comes in and funds are released to dealership. So I just wanted to find out if National auto care could pay electronically. The gut says its not certain till after the repairs are done. That does not make me feel safe to even have repairs done on my vehicle. I pad *** dollars for the *** coverage. And get treated like trash.
TERRIBLE COMPANY!
TERRIBLE COMPANY! I had purchased the warranty through my bank for my Jeep (with a lift and oversized tired that came with the vehicle) only to find out a month later that National was dropping my policy because of the lift kit. They then told me they were CHARGING ME A CANCELLATION FEE! They would NOT waive the cancellation fee even though THEY are the ones who cancelled my policy! I know I'm not the first person. DON'T LET THIS COMPANY ROB YOU!
This company just takes your money and will deny any claim and every claim that is filed AND they will take over A MONTH to let you know. HORRIBLE Customer service HORRIBLE Product HORRIBLE company DO NOT USE EVER!
I do not recommend getting a extended warranty from this company. One of my tires became flat and I drove it to the nearest tire repair shop (discount tires) and they refused to honor the warranty. They blamed me for the tire becoming flat instead of paying for new tires. They do NOT honor the warranty and you're just giving them free money.
I would give zero Stars if it was an option
I would give zero Stars if it was an option. You have to jump through hoops to get a claim paid through them. I did everything by the book that I was told to do and they still denied my tiny little claim of $140 for a tire because I did not have a picture of my damaged tire! I even called ahead to make sure I did everything right and conveniently they did not tell me to take any pictures! Please save your money and do not get this BS insurance!

Bad Company DO NOT USE THEM! I purchased a used 2007 Chevrolet Z71 Silverado 4 wheel drive, when I purchased it the truck had "Oversized tires, and lift kit" (it has been driven in the snow, never off road, it's a grocery getter! I am 60 years old!). 3 years and $3600.00 dollars of payments to the company, the reverse gear went out in the transmission, took the truck back to the Chevrolet dealer where I purchased the truck and the "service agreement" from National Auto Care (Care is surely not a work in their Mission Statement, Vision Statement or Values Statement). NAC denied the claim because of ? Modifications: Oversized tires, and lift kit. They were quick to eat my money for the last 3 years when a simple phone call or communication to dealership or even me (figure that) would have saved me the $3600 I paid to NAC and then the dealership for the repairs. Write your Congress and Senate representatives, this industry is unregulated/not regulated enough. Look at all the negative comments here 0/1 stars, Simply stated they owe me $3600, if the transmission went bad in the first week I had the truck, I would have found out I was never covered, what is the reason for not refunding my $3600? I was never covered. This is a SCAM company not to be trusted, if you are looking for an after OEM warranty PLEASE look elsewhere this is not a reputable company. 14 October . P.S. It's a shame they even get 1 star which we all know it ZERO
I was recently turned down for a Transmisssion claim. My dealer told me it was a bad idea to change the Transmission fluid after 100,000 miles. At 200,000 miles the transmission failed. Your company refuses to cover it. What good is your warranty? I will continue to leave you bad reviews.
I have had a warranty with NAC for a while and my claims are always paid. They are fast and efficient.
I've had this company as my primary Gap coverage for the past five years of owning my vehilce
I've had this company as my primary Gap coverage for the past five years of owning my vehilce. I was involved in an accident and due to me deferring my payments because of Covid they are not willing to cover what I owe on my vehicle. I get hit and my car is considered a total loss. I got let go due to covid and just because I defer a couple of payments, they aren't liable no more? Almost five years of on time payments just to be told no because I couldn't afford the payment for 2 months.

I'd give zero stars if they let you
I'd give zero stars if they let you. I've had several warranties over the years and never had such a difficult time with any company. They carefully word their contract to sound like you are getting a comprehensive warranty. But they mislead you. Even when you file a claim for something that should be covered, they deny it. They are in the business of taking your money, period. Ill never buy another of their "premium" warranties. The only thing premium about it is the money you pay them.

National auto care is full of B
National auto care is full of B.S they were on a contract to cover my gap insurance after my car was a total lost. When I call them up to find out why they didn't handle the balance left of $1,169. A worker explained to me that the gap insurance would not be paid because my primary Insurance paid too much and they don't cover whatever is left there. Which none of this was disclosed to me in the initial agreement or any paperwork that I have. Nobody should do business with this company they are the worst.

If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would. To anyone reading this please please please save your money and dont waste your time on this company. Your car could have after Market mufflers on it and they will deny your claim for a transmission, something that has totally nothing to do. Like a pervious review said these people are in business to make a bunch of money and nothing else. They want to take your money and run. They dont care about you or your car. As I sit here and read all these 1 star reviews I just think to myself what a joke of a company this really is.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I brought my car in to the shop and it literally sat there for 4 days before an adjuster came out to assess it. I had to rent a car, and keep it for over a week until my car was fixed. They only wanted to reimburse me for 2 days of rental, mind you it took 4 days for the adjust to come out. My husband called several times to check the status and this awful customer service rep, Jason, was just the rudest person I've ever encountered. Thanks to him and the awful service, I'm cancelling this warranty today. I definitely do not recommend this warranty company.

Crooks! We paid for the extra coverage of our wheels and rims and are now being denied
Crooks! We paid for the extra coverage of our wheels and rims and are now being denied. This winter, we had hit a large pothole and took the car in to have the tire repaired or replaced. We contacted NACC first, and they stated that it was covered and to just go to the dealership. NOW, the dealership is stating that NACC denied coverage because the shell cap is chrome. There is NOTHING in our paperwork that states this AND they are stock rims. From reading the reviews below and nothing being done, I'm wondering if I should even trust Complaintsboard.com's claims for good companies. Isn't the goal of Complaintsboard.com to fight for us as a nation against being robbed? I tried to give 0 stars but requires at least one.

Negative stars for this "company
Negative stars for this "company". They will nitpick the c*** out of your claim and have you running marathons for documents they should already have, but choose to not have a database. Old-school and typical *** non-existent customer service. Ask to speak to the "team" who are making these decisions and you'll be told they are non-customer facing. This is the worst group of individuals I have ever dealt with and would not recommend. I would love to speak about the warranty itself but, I've NEVER had a claim push through. They weasel their way out of claims and I have always paid out-of-pocket. Waste of money, days on the phone and spiking stress levels. Try to cancel and they'll hit you with cancellation fees. I'm walking away from this nightmare and they can keep the money, which is probably what they want anyway. There are plenty of other options, steer clear.

This is the first warrant company I ever did business with that makes it complicated to get a refund
This is the first warrant company I ever did business with that makes it complicated to get a refund. I paid $2400 for a warranty when I purchased my f-150 from a previous dealership. I traded my f-150 for another vehicle with another dealership. So I contacted National Auto Care to cancel my warranty because I no longer have the f-150 anymore after trade in. I was informed to contact the dealership that I bought the f-150 from to get a signature, which is *** Ford in Lake Charles, Louisiana. I don't live their anymore and I am not doing business with them currently , so why would I have to contact them. Do you really think they are going to make time to help me cancel my warranty. That makes no sense to me. I suggest to anyone to never purchase a warranty from these folks. It seems like they make things complicated to get some of your hard earn money back. I also have another warranty on my other truck that still remains with them.

If I could give this company 0/5 I would
If I could give this company 0/5 I would. We paid for gap insurance in case of possible accident or loss to our travel trailer. In Aug 2020, we had a hail storm that caused our travel trailer to have total loss. In Dec. 2020, the insurance began working on the coverage and portion they totaled out. The insurance portion was paid in Jan 2021. The gap insurance with National Auto Care has been a nightmare to work with. We began in Dec 2020 filing things with Gap insurance to ensure the travel trailer is paid/loan is paid off the difference. We jumped through hoops to provide the gap insurance with documentation. Once we accomplished this, we waited. This was ongoing from Jan 2021-about April when they issued the first check out to our bank that held the loan. The bank never received the check, and neither the bank nor gap insurance would call each other to verify where the check needed to go/address. We were always the middle people trying to go back and forth between these two companies (dont worry, putting in a review for the bank as well). It is June and we are still having to call them almost weekly to see why the loan bank hasnt received a check from NAC. I will note, National Auto Care has sent two checks to the bank. The first one they had to cancel because the bank never received the check and we are waiting on the second check to see if it makes it. We have spoken with Grant and Sara in the gap insurance department. Grant is incredibly rude. I spoke with him on the phone and asked to speak with someone higher than himself and Sara. His response was "well I cant connect you to the president". I didnt ask to speak to the president. Sara, who we have been working with has said that the gap insurance will only issue a check. And it gets sent in regular mail. So we wait still. When I spoke with Sara today, she told me the only way to resolve this is to wait until June 18 to see if the check clears the bank. It has already been two weeks since the second check was sent. I asked Sara what recourse or solution gap insurance could do if the check wasnt received for a second time. She said they will send another check out "we could possibly send it certified mail." I'm not sure why it wasnt sent out certified mail when the first check didnt make it. My other option, according to Sara, is to pay the loan balance off ourselves, get a letter from the bank stating the loan has been paid off and then send gap insurance the letter and they issue a check to us directly. While we can afford to pay the balance, I keep wondering what I paid gap insurance for in the first place. What happens if the check gets lost in the mail multiple times if they issue a check to us? It is clear this company takes advantage of customers. Grant needs to training in customer service and Sara needs to pursue other avenues on how to ensure resolutions happen vs. the redundant process they have in place currently. Neither have been helpful and the entire situation is why I am writing this review. I hope others do better research on the gap insurance being offered than we did. I wont recommend this company and I can understand why this company receives such low ratings on multiple websites. I sincerely hope this company

I purchased GAP insurance when I refinanced my vehicle
I purchased GAP insurance when I refinanced my vehicle. My car was totaled. After the insurance payout, they have delayed paying the claim. Each time I call, they want more information. I have not received a single phone call regarding missing information. So far, they have required 10 documents from 5 different entities. Most of which, they should have had from when I refinanced. One "customer service" rep told me that filing a claim with them was "like buying a house." Buying my house was easier. When I commented that no one ever called me about missing information, he said, "We would call after 30 days." Since my calls have discovered "missing" documents 4 times, if I had waited on them to be proactive, this claim might get paid by Easter. Between calling the company and getting other information for the claim, I had spend probably 30 hours filing a claim worth about $4,000. It seems like they have made the claims process so difficult that smaller claims aren't worth the hassle.

National Auto Care [protected]) 839-7680 gapclaims@nationalautocare.com http://nationalautocare.com/claims I purchased GAP insurance for $895 and due to Covid and the government shutting the world down 05/20, 06/20, 07/20 and 08/20 payments were deferred. That was out of my control and I would think there would be some sort of exception to the rule for the sake of everyone. The GAP coverage has settled on a payment to the bank of $103 - when the balance outstanding is over $1600. According to them "deferred payments do not count" which is not in writing on the signed contract i have with them - which I have a copy of that was given to me by the dealership. Covid was NOT MY FAULT.
I purchased an extended warranty with National Auto Care. About three weeks ago, my car would not go in reverse.I tried 3x to put in reverse and it would not go. The engine light came on. Onstar sent notification for engine or transmission issue. Park brake assist light was also on and has flashed on dashboard while driving. Took it to the shop, they wanted to flush the transmission fluid. They later said it was the solenoid in the transmission, and that the whole transmission had to be replaced. Warranty company states that that is not a guarantee for the fix. So here I am paying a car note for a 2018 Buick Enclave and a warranty with National Auto Care. Meanwhile my car can breakdown at anytime while driving and there not doing anything. I want my transmission replaced.
I own a 13 gmc sierra
I own a 13 gmc sierra. I got a warranty with it from national auto care when i refinanced it Feb. 24th 2020. Warranty is 36 mo or 50 thou miles. Truck had 74,613 miles on it at that time. My member # ***. In June the origional motor blew up at 79,803 miles. Typical 5.3. Warranty people had a reman engine sent to mechanic to replace it at no cost to me. Very nice to get along with. In Nov. of 2020 that motor blew up at 84,932 miles. It lasted 5,129 miles. Im a little mad becouse of the reman motor to begin with. So it was towed to mechanic. Another reman motor was installed. Now im really mad becouse i ask for a new gm crate engine. I was told NO. On Nov 11th 2020 at 85,538 miles and 606 miles in reman i have lifter noise wich is the main cause if this motor blowing up. Back to mechanic. Noise stops for some reason but warranty man manager named Doug added some extra time to warranty in case it came back. Now im really *** becose i want a new gm engine and was told NO AGAIN.

I recently sold my Mitsubishi that I bought from Mitsubishi of Fort Myers, Florida. When I went to cancel all my warranties they told me they where no longer under the same ownership and gave me a email (FLcancel@celebrationkia.com) to write to get my warranties canceled. I have sent an email to that email address with all my sell info and I have heard anything back from them. I have tried calling the person in charge of canceled product at Celebration Kia and I yet to hear back from her as well. Today I called her boss (***) and left a msg about my complaint. I don't think this company will get back to me.

My husband accident happened on 8/2. We have been in contact with Hyundai and National Auto Care since September. I was calling to see if they received Hyundai paperwork to close the case. I got them on the phone once. Every since then I can not get anyone the automatic number doesn't let you select a listing. I don't know if they are holding up my claim so that I will continue to pay the balance off. That's why I paid for the Gap insurance.
I purchased warranty coverage through national auto care when I bought my vehicle. After the purchase was completed, and I drove off the lot I started experiencing issues with the transmission. I called national auto care, and the lady said I could get fired for telling you this, but go back to the dealership and request they fix it. The dealership informed me this would be a warranty claim. When I took my vehicle to a mechanic, they informed National Auto Care of the issues found, and they refuse to cover the problem. They keep saying it was a preexisting issue that the dealership needs to fix. It is not preexisting when it didn't happen until after the purchase was complete.

When I refinanced my vehicle I was required to purchase GAP coverage through this company
When I refinanced my vehicle I was required to purchase GAP coverage through this company. I had the policy for a few months before trading in my vehicle so tyhe policy was never used. I called in and sent in the signed forms to cancel it as of July . Months later after still not receiving anything I called back in to the phopne number in the emails and that number took me to some lady that says she gets phone calls for this company every day. (Their email signatures are incorrect). When I finally got in touch with them finding the numbers on my own and lots of calls and wasted time, it turns out they sent the money to a credit union that I have NEVER been involved with. I spoke to the credit union and they told the check was NOT cashed. The company says that the check was cashed so they had to fax a request and that they would provide me with an update when they get the money back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Can you imagine if i told this to one of my employees regarding their paycheck. Whoops i paid the wrong person, give me a few months to track it down, I'll keep you updated, but I really won't. This is the most un professional and un organized company I have ever come acr***. Typos in your email signature? If you can avoid it, do not do anything with this company.

Warranty Cancelation Request. I went to the bank to complete the paper work for canceling a two year warranty on a vehicle that was recently traded. I have been getting the run around from National. The paper work was submitted on 5/26 and as of today 6/23 they are still telling me that they never received the paper work. I went back to the bank on 6/22 to have them resubmit the cancelation paper work again and National still has no record of it being submitted. I have a fax and email confirmation proving that it was submitted. I feel as though they are giving me the run around to avoid paying me my money back.
I sold my vehicle and on 7/27 completed the form asking for a refund regarding my motor home coverage. It has now been 48 days or 7 weeks and I have still not received a refund. I have called several times and was told last week that a check would be sent. This week I received an email stating it would be two more weeks. I feel that this is rather ridiculous and am thinking that the plan is not to provide a refund but, to keep putting it off!

I purchased a National Limited Lifetime Drivetrain Warranty from this company when I bought my used 2012 Honda Pilot in 2017
I purchased a National Limited Lifetime Drivetrain Warranty from this company when I bought my used 2012 Honda Pilot in 2017. I maintained the vehicle myself, and it has been well taken care of. I recently found that my Right Front CV Axle Boot has failed and my shop confirmed that the CV Axle will need to be replaced. The CV Axle repair is covered under this Warranty. I had my shop contact the Warranty Company, and the Company requested all service records for the vehicle. I provided all the records I had. The Warranty Company denied my claim saying that I did not have record of a few services, like Air Filter Replacements and Differential Services. They did not provide a list of services that were missing, nor did they provide a full list of all services that were required for the vehicle. They were extremely vague when I asked what services were required by the Warranty Contract and could not provide that answer to me. The Warranty Contract does not specifically list the required service schedule. My shop confirmed that a CV Axle requires no routine maintanence, and the CV Axle failure did not result from a lack of service of any kind. Routine maintenance would not have prevented this issue. This warranty claim should have been approved without issue, regardless of missing service records that have nothing to do with this part.
I had previously purchased two vehicles from a dealership in Fostoria, Ohio
I had previously purchased two vehicles from a dealership in Fostoria, Ohio. I added service contracts for these vehicles. The purchase price was $1661 for a 2019 Ford Escape and $1897 for a 2020 Jeep Compass. I bought a new vehicle on 1-31-22 and was reminded to cancel any service contracts. I contacted the warranty provider on 1-31-22 to cancel both contracts and inquired about the refund amounts. The representative mentioned $1100 for the Ford Escape and $1465.62 for the Jeep Compass. They advised contacting the dealership to finalize cancellations. After signing cancellations at the dealership, I called on 2-2-22 for confirmation and received different refund amounts: $819.72 for the Ford and $1226.45 for the Jeep. On 2-16-22, I received a refund check from the dealership for $1422.27, which was less than the amounts initially quoted. When I contacted the warranty provider again on 2-16-22, they refused to confirm the refund amounts. I am requesting refunds of $1100 for the Ford Escape and $1465.62 for the Jeep Compass as originally stated.

This warranty was sold to me by the dealership I bought my car from, and they work together
This warranty was sold to me by the dealership I bought my car from, and they work together. The dealership mislead me about my key FOB being fully functional when I bought the car, and blamed it on a problem with the lift gate. I made plans to get the gate checked out on the next service, which happened to be last week. I've owned the car for 7 months, and the left gate button has never worked. Not only that, but the key FOB never had a key blade at all. We only know it should have one because I was told by another Lincoln dealership. The completely misrepresented this $250 replacement cost as "working". They key FOB that was obviously already abused, then cracked at the key ring under normal use, and when we took it in to the service department the warranty no refused to replace the FOB after their business partner sold me a defective piece of equipment. I know normally you don't replace a broken item that is physically damaged, but this FOB was NEVER in working condition, and the reason it physically broke is definitely from abuse suffered prior to it being sold. This is unfair. I paid perfectly good money for this item to be covered, and they are doing nothing. I know these warranties work with companies, and have the ability to make exceptions. This is completely unacceptable, considering I am not the one the even broke this *** FOB - it fell apart. This is terrible business.

I bought a comprehensive auto care agreement for tire road hazard protection for my Ram 1500.
I bought a comprehensive auto care agreement for tire road hazard protection for my Ram 1500 at purchase. Traveling on 2/10, I found a nail in my tire. I called National Auto Care, near a service center, needing repair. They said I could get it fixed there, pending manager's damage assessment. The manager sent tire photos to National Auto Care. I watched him fax the details and took my own photos. On 7/1, realizing I wasn't reimbursed for the new tire, I called them. They claimed they didn't get the photos and couldn't process my claim without them. I had photos, but they wanted them from the service center. I think they're avoiding paying my warranty claim. I'm seeking reimbursement for the $245.05 tire replacement. Their customer service was also poor; they were rude and dismissive. I'm very unhappy with them and wouldn't recommend their auto warranties.
I submitted a cancelation and full refund request for a warrantee on july 27th
I submitted a cancelation and full refund request for a warrantee on july 27th. Website says I should receive cancelation refunds within 14 days. It has been cle to 45 days and no refund. I put in a request with the co.any for an update on my request and they have not responded at all. Reason for full refund of the $2300. Is because the dealership lied to me saying I HAD to get the warrantee or I could not get financed. I later got notification from finance company that it was false. I tried for many months to get this canceled with dealership and they would not respond to me or return any calls to me. Nor return calls to finance company. This warrantee was on a brand new vehicle that was only being leased for 3 years. Yet the warrantee was written up for 120 months... why would we need a warrantee on a leased vehicle at all besides the factory warrantees. Let alone one for 120 months on a vehicle we were only going to drive for 3 years (36 months) we have since paid off that lease and sold that vehicle. So the refund needs to go directly to us. We are requesting a full refund of the $2300 we paid for the warrantee. I understand covid has delayed a lot of things but a refund and cancelation request should not take 45 plus days to process. The initial issue was not the fault of this company, it was the dealership. I included the information for reference. All of it is included on my cancelation request that was sent to the company on july 27th which i know was received because i received an automated "email received" massage. Names on account are ***. Vehicle was a 2019 kia sorento financed with ***. Purchased at ***. In keene . Thank you for your time.

National Auto care has been my warranty provider that I paid $2,000+ dollars for a 100,000 Mile witch was to include all mechanical and electrical repairs to my 2013 Honda pilot. This contract started on oct of 2018. On 02/28/2022 my cars check engine light came on flashing and I immediately parked and called National Auto Care. My car's agreement say it expires at 146,000 and current odomiter is around 82,000 miles. They towed my car to Hill Conuntry Honda located at 7338 West Loop 1604 N San Antonio Tx. 78254. I talked to *** and he had said that they found oil on the spark plugs and said this is common with that year model car and should be covered under my extended warranty(His phone number is [protected] by the way). National had an inspector come out and he said him self that he did not see why national would not cover the repair. To my surprise and also *** at Honda they said they will not cover one dime of the repairs. *** has told me that this is the first time ever that this type of repair has been denied. I demand that National Auto Care pay the repairs and upon that we are done period. I will never use there service again. The bill came out to $3400 and my rental car came out to $488. This is misleading that you elude that you will cover any defects that may happen mechanical or electrical and then say in small print that the pistons have to be broke to cover this type of repair. I find this wrong and that they are the only warranty service to deny this repair is wrong. I have not modified my car in any way and have followed all the guide lines of the warranty agreement. I believe also that it is the responsibility of the Complaintsboard.com to warn of this type of misleading information to the public. I will have the repair bill and rental car bill next week and please contact me by email or phone so we can get this situation resolved. Thank you.

I purchased powertrain Insurance through my bank (***) when I refinanced my vehicle
I purchased powertrain Insurance through my bank (***) when I refinanced my vehicle. A month and a half later, my vehicle broke down (timing chain unit). When I called to file a claim, they gave my mechanic the runaround and were of no assistance. When I called them, they told me that my mechanic had not provided them the necessary maintenance history for the vehicle. I spoke to my mechanic and he told me that he had informed them that he had no maintenance history to give to them (I have not had any service done to this particular vehicle with him). I then called National Auto Care back and explained this to them and they asked me to provide them with any work done to the vehicle prior to placing it on the lot before I bought it. I went to the dealership where I bought the vehicle and explained this to them and they (Toyota of La Crosse, WI) printed out repair order of everything done to the vehicle (Oil change and 4 new tires). I faxed this to National Auto Care as they requested. I then called National Auto Care back and they told me that there wasn't enough maintenance records on the vehicle for them to pay for my claim. I asked them how I could give them something I didn't have. National Auto Care then asked if I've ever changed oil on the vehicle. I told them I had but that I changed my own oil because it's cheaper for me to do this. National Auto Care then stated that they had concerns because the car broke down 1900 miles after I purchased the insurance. I told National Auto Care that I can't predict the future of when my vehicle is going to break down. National Auto Care refused to listen to anything I had tried to explain to them saying that they are standing by their decision to not pay out my claim. I am paying for a service that they are not willing to stand behind and now I can't cancel the insurance through my bank because it had been over 30 days since I purchased the insurance.

I purchased an RV and bought a transferred warranty with National Auto Care
I purchased an RV and bought a transferred warranty with National Auto Care. The paperwork which I have and can submit all has the same VIN on the paperwork. Upon taking the RV in for repairs, the repair company, County RV Repair in Yuma, AZ, stated National Auto Care rejected them because the VIN they had did not match what the vehicle had. Upon calling *** above, she confirmed that National Auto Care somehow entered the wrong VIN and confirmed my paperwork matched what the repair company had, which matched the vehicle. She then stated she needed to contact the dealer to verify. I did not purchase this from a dealer; I bought this from an owner, and I disagreed with waiting for someone I have never met to confirm something we know, and they approved. Moreover, the paperwork, title, registration, and two locations that I could find on the vehicle all match the VIN on the application, registration, title, etc., which National Auto Care approved for warranty transfer. Now I believe they are intentionally delaying the correction to exhaust the consumer and force them to give up on using the warranty. The repair facility called and was denied on 3 Nov 2021; I called and confirmed they had the correct information in the application they approved on 3 Nov 2021. They explained they would complete the update shortly. I called again on 8 Nov 2021 and discovered they were waiting to speak with a dealer from whom I did not purchase the RV. They called me back on 8 Nov 2021 and asked me to send the paperwork again, so I emailed *** the information. On 9 Nov 2021, we spoke again, and they informed me they were still awaiting a dealer. I attempted to call on 16 Nov 2021, and there was no answer. I believe they are not trying to solve the problem in a timely manner, and it is a problem they have created. I have all documentation, title, registration, application, etc. I respectfully request that National Auto Care stop delaying and honor the warranty.
