I’m out 18% with there lame restocking fee plus I had to ship
I purchased a Bimini top replacement. The top was supposed to fit up to 103” frame and I understand these fit two types of frame but get this the top did not even come close to 103” laid flat on the floor. I contacted customer service and sent pics how substantially short it was and found out how rude these people are. They’re supposed to have a fit guarantee but argued with me about how it fits certain frames etc etc. it like I said this top was short of the measurements it was supposed to have clearly didn’t fit and unwilling to discuss that maybe they sent me the wrong top.. I ended up returning it to them, had to pay $27.00 to ship it, and going to charge me a 18% restocking fee. ( my fault I didn’t read this in their policy- if I had I would have never bought from this lame company) so with the top costing me $507.00 I’m out $91.00 plus shipping for $118.00 and got nothing. So far I have not even got the credit for the balance. Their guarantee is bogus, there policies are lame, even if they are wrong they will argue it up and down its your fault and your out a pile of money. In 59 years of life I’ve rarely dealt with such poor customer service, rude people and what I consider is outright robbery.
Recommendation: DO NOT BUY check all policies and policies of other companies
BEWARE poor policies(my fault for not reading carefully) any issues it will be your fault and you will be out 18% providing your return passes inspection. If not you will be really out. Rude unfriendly customer service.
Horrible customer service
Was sent the incorrect cover in April. Corresponded with their customer service department and was told to fill out a return form. Needed the correct cover, so I had to purchase the correct cover in anticipation of some type of refund for the incorrect one. , Then they wouldn't honor a refund of the wrong one that they sent me because more than 30 days has passed. Do not recommend purchasing from this business.
Desired outcome: An exchange for the correct product or a refund.
Recommendation: Not recommended.
The cover was delivered on or ahead of schedule and fit the boat well
The cover was delivered on or ahead of schedule and fit the boat well. It was easy out of the box to get it on and with some adjustments seemed to be snug. The first rain a couple of days later revealed an area of pooling. I used my existing canvas supports to prop up the cover to eliminate the pooling. I purchased the Ridgeline Anti Pooling system with the cover, but the straps are limited by the height of the wind screen. One cover strap plastic connector broke when cinching the strap taught. Other than that, the product seems to be quite durable.Overall a good product that was worth the investment.

Awesome product. I would definately purchase from them again. Word!
Quick delivery. Mooring cover is exactly what I purchased online. Very satisfied.
I ordered the correct size/height and all but the layout is NOT the *** Trophy 2002WA layout! The original *** layout has 2 poles mounted on the aft bottom side panels about about 1.5 ft from floor, and 2 mid poles mounted on the side windshields, and then 2 straps on the front that connect to the sides of the windshield on the The *** layout was changed a very long time ago and added 2 more side poles and then the straps for the front. While I got it installed to the aft side panels, I had to mount the 2 side poles to the actual outside of the side panels due to the fact the Bimini top I received had long poles that weren't anywhere close to the ***. If I had mounted this Bimini to the top of the windshield, it would have made the height of the Bimini top close to 7-9 ft high, which would have made the entire Bimini useless for blocking rain. Not sure why you are advertising these Bimini tops as *** when they are not! I could easily send you the design but no idea where to send it to.The Bimini seems like a quality top even though it's not made correctly for the *** Trophy 2002WA
Very disappointing that there is no hole for the rear light to run wire. Have not installed yet since I have to drill holes and run wire. It appears to be a very nice cover otherwise. Delivery was later than originally stated.
Bought this cover to replace one that didn't last a year and we are very pleased with the purchase of this trailer cover
Bought this cover to replace one that didn't last a year and we are very pleased with the purchase of this trailer cover. It is well made and the fabric is more durable than the last cover we purchased. This one seems so much thicker and well made. All the tie downs on the actual cover are well sewn. Fits well, and by buying the 20 Foot for my 19 Foot trailer, it allows me to drape it over the gas bottles and row hitch. Included were tire covers and rain spout covers, a real plus! The wind flaps appear to be well placed, and the zippers allow for access without removing cover. Over all a very good cover

Awesome, as usual. It's my 1st replacement, the original top lasted 8 years! outside all year. Amazing product quality.
A great improvement to the nitro Bimini top. Thanks for the supports. No pun intended
Good top! Easy to install!Great Service! Will do business with again!
Extremely satisfied with the product quality, ease of installation and looks amazing on my Boat.

Eevelle claims that their Goldline RV Covers have a 5yr warranty, but what good is a warranty claim if NO ONE from your company will answer or return a phone call or email. I filled out your warranty claim form on-line (Claim ID W006901) and have sent 4 emails asking for you to communicate with me with no success. This is by far the worst customer service I've had the displeasure to deal with, I mean tried to deal with and the hundreds of dollars you happily accepted for a product that fell apart in 18 months is STEALING. Hopefully one of your employees with integrity will pick up a phone and call me but that's highly unlikely.
Very happy with the Bimini top. Installation was quick. Easy to operate. Just ordered rear supports to hold it up when not in use.
An excellent transaction. Shipping was fast and the Bimini top arrived undamaged with all parts included. Installation was pretty easy once you figure out the best placement. The Bimini rides great on the boat and throws plenty of shade. Very happy !
we have not been able to install our new top our boat died:{ and we bought another boat but the ordering process and delivery of our top went very well
Received on time but to busy doing honey dos and parting to install top on existing frame. Will let yall know of any problems later.
We ordered a boat cover on 11/29
We ordered a boat cover on 11/29. Said it was stocked and would ship Dec. 9. Never got any further information that it had shipped. Called 4 times only to be put on hold for at least 20 min each time. Emailed 4 emails and no response. We paid in full at time of order 586.00 and after several attempts, we disputed the charge on our CC on 12/17 and finally filed complaint with Complaintsboard.com and they did respond saying they would refund. Am awaiting for it to go through. The company constantly advertises with emails but does not follow through and it wasted our time when we were in need of a boat cover for the winter. Unprofessional company.

Order was correct and arrived within a few days, I was impressed.
Great quality ...fit as expected ( as I measured it ) ... WIFE IS HAPPY NOW ! Thank you !
The cover seems well made and fits well. I think it will work great.
The delivery driver left the boxes by the mailbox . I live about three hundred yards from the road. Anyone could have taken the package and I would never have known. I put the new bimini top *** three weeks ago . It is already leaking around the zippers.
I would give this less than one star but that's not an option
I would give this less than one star but that's not an option. I placed an order on their website for a cover for our patio table and chairs on Oct. 6th. I received an email saying the item was in stock an the expected ship date would be Oct. 12th. It's now Oct. 24th and it still hasn't shipped. But what's worse is that I've emailed 4 times and called another 4 times, each time I've had to leave a message. I've gotten no call back and email response at all. At this point I'm left with no other recourse but to contact my bank and get my money returned on the basis that this company is a fraud and took my money and I'm unable to communicate with them in any manner regarding the order or how to get my money back if they can't fulfill the order.
I must have got SCAMMED by this company!
I must have got SCAMMED by this company! I ordered a boat cover on Jun 05, 2020, I did receive it June 26th. The quality and fit was very poor for the price I paid ($535.82). The next day I requested to return the product for a refund. I was pleased that they replied that I could return the product and sent me a Return Goods Authorization number and a shipping label. Fed ex tracking confirms that they received it on July 3rd. To this date, I have not been refunded any money or had anybody from this company attempt to contact me. I have emailed several times, I have called and left many messages on their automated phone system. I am starting to think they have no intention of refunding my money... they have the cover AND my money, so here I am I have paid over $500 dollars and have NOTHING!
I orderd an RV cover and RV Gutter guards on 11/16, received email confirmation stating the product would ship by 11/27
I orderd an RV cover and RV Gutter guards on 11/16, received email confirmation stating the product would ship by 11/27. On 11/23 I received the Gutter guards and an email stating the order had been delivered. Since then I have attempted calling to check on the cover, I have waited on hold for at least 20 minutes each time and then the call was terminated. On two calls I left voicemails asking them to contact me and got no response. I sent emails requesting contact and order details and have not received any response. I just attempted to contact the main company Eevelle today 12/09 at their BB published number and got the same results, nobody is available to take my call and the voicemail box is full. This has been a terrible experience. I just disputed the charges with my bank.
Purchased an outboard motor cover
Purchased an outboard motor cover...paid with a credit card...received a confirmation on the web site and no further communication. Money was taken from my account. Called twice and spoke to two different "customer service" [censored]s who knew nothing and said that it was my problem and that I should contact my bank and try to get my money back...which I did...and will also file a Federal mail fraud complaint. Sent an email thinking that it might reach someone in a supervisory capacity...received a response from another [censored] who suggested that I should file a complaint with my bank and that they would cancel the order once the complaint was received. What order? According to their website the merchandise should have been shipped last week! Unbelievable to say the least...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their rating with Complaintsboard.com is proof positive.
Run from this company
Run from this company. If I could leave a 0 star I would. Terrible return policy and don't stand by their products. I only purchased because they had a 5 year warranty for the product. I spent $550 for what I thought was the best cover on the market based on what I was spending and how they market it as a 5 year cover. At 2 years it started to tear. They want to prorate a new one and want me to send them $350 for a new one. I would be in $900 for a 2 year cover in two years. Better off buying the cheap ones for $100 and putting a new one on every year. Their customer service is an absolute nightmare and I can't get anyone to discuss the terrible customer service I continue to experience. I've called and emailed 10 times and no resolve. Extremely unethical. Anyone at this company that reads this is welcome to contact me. I am totally disappointed in this company and I have spent a ton of money. Total scam!

Delivery was slower than expected but I'm taking into consideration they are in CA and I know employment is difficult. After ordering I did notice a disclaimer that delivery times may be delayed not to mention that shippers like Fed *** and *** are taking much longer than in the past.I ordered the wrong size because I measured my frame at the gunnel instead of the top of frame. Might be nice if the specified that when discussing measurements. Returning was easy as they provided a shipping label and I was able to track when they got it. Waiting for credit on first one.Already ordered and received the replacement. Haven't installed it yet but if like the first one, I expect the quality to be top notch.Customer service was always very nice even though not always efficient in delivering correspondence when promised. I chalked that up to staffing issues and I'm sure volumous customer service inquiries.I would do business with them again.

I ordered a Goldline Pop Up Camper Cover (10-12 foot, Tan colored) from Walmart on 5/13 and was supposed to have it shipped to me on 5/21. On 5/21 Eevelle contacts me via email stating the shipment is being delayed due to being on back order, and they were getting more in stock around 6/18. On 6/23 I follow up with Walmart to see the status of my order and they contact Eevelle and I receive and email from Spencer Rowles of Eevelle stating "Sorry I do not know what happened but this item is currently out of stock and not able to ship..." So I respond to Spencer stating that last month your company sent me an email saying it would be back in production 6/18, why was this not the case? Why haven't you reached out to me, if I had not reached out to your company I would still be sitting in the dark. You guys need to step your game up and make things right. 7/14 I never heard back from Spencer or Eevelle from my last email and still haven't received my order. Would look elsewhere to do business.

We purchased a 5th wheel RV cover in Nov 2019, installed in Feb 2020 before we left Fl for our 1,500 mile journey home to Canada (we are snowbirders). A friend who recently returned to Fl from overseas travel checked on our trailer to find the cover 90% off and badly torn. It is now rendered useless plus our RV is open to the sun and elements until we are able to snowbird in winter 2021 after this pandemic settles. Upon notifying both Eevelle and their distributor National RV Covers (whose businesses are at the same address in Carlsbad, California) we were advised that nothing can be done since the 1 yr warranty from date of purchase has expired. We are unaware of which month in 2020 the cover blew off and tore so, in fact, the warranty may still well have been in effect when the damage occurred. I would advise to not purchase from this company which appears to lack both sincerity and integrity. The Eevelle representative was so politically incorrect as to advise me to "have a fantastic rest of your week" at the end of her response to my damage restitution request. My husband & I are both most disappointed by the lack of service displayed by this U.S. company and shall be making future purchases in Canada where possible.

The cover arrived on time
The cover arrived on time. The colour was as expected. This item was purchased as a gift. The option to select the boat make and model was a little misleading. I realize the covers are not full custom fit covers but it fits pretty large for the boat. We wound up purchasing 2 additional pole supports from a local boat dealer to manage the extra slack in the cover. Im sure we are not the only ones to have had this issue. There was approximately 24 of overhang down each side of the boat and once its cinched down for travel, the cover is about 2 off the trailer frame. With the additional poles installed, we have managed to make it work. Had I purchased this cover locally, I would have returned it. That being said, it definitely looks like a robust cover, well made and heavy enough to last. We have opted to use rubber tie downs instead of the web straps as they are easier to use and much faster to apply and remove for travel.I gave this 4/5 stars because the quality appears to be what I hoped for. The fit is not exactly as expected but accepting that this is not custom fit - we managed it with additional supports. If I had one recommendation, it would be a cover to fit the mid range beam widths of the smaller boats out there. An 84 beam seemed too wide for the smaller option but its definitely too narrow for your next available size up.Thanks for your quick service and delivery!

I ordered a cover for my camp trailer on Nov
I ordered a cover for my camp trailer on Nov. 18, 2020 per their website it said it was in stock and would ship in 5-7 business days. I called on Nov 27th to get an update because their website had not updated any information. I was told that they would look into it and get back to me in 24hrs and update the information. I never heard anything from them. I called back Dec. 1 several times and ended up leaving a message. They did not call me back. So I called yesterday Dec. 8th and left 2 messages and called 12 times before I was finally able to talk with someone. I was informed that they are having trouble with Mexico shipping their items and said it could be 2 weeks or more before they knew anything, but really had no idea on the time frame. Now mind you I spent over $600 for this cover. I was told I have 2 options: just wait or get reimbursed. I chose to get reimbursed as I can't wait possibly months to get my cover. I told them they should really update their website to reflect this information, that due to Mexico they do not know when you will get your cover. Or at the very least let everyone that is waiting on covers know the status of their orders. The person I talked with was less than helpful and just told me to make my decision. I asked to talk with a supervisor and was told they would take down my information and call me back in 5-7 business days, I'm not holding my breath. The person I talked with informed me that there were only 2 people taking calls for the company so good luck getting through unless you are persistent and keep calling. Good Luck

We ordered a bimini top for our bass & ski boat. We are dissatisfied with the quality upon opening the package. The poles appear much thinner than pictured and the fabric appears thin and junky. We attempted to return it. We did expect the 18% restock fee as it was advertised but we did not expect that we would also be paying return shipping which would cost us $104 from *** and make returning it not even worth it. Now we have a bimini top never used that we will not use and it would cost too much to return. I am so upset. I just want my money back!
I ordered a Bimini top for my boat, and expected the whole kit to come in the box. I received the package, and there was no canvas top or storage bag in the box. Both the box and the instructions show the canvas is included. I tried contacting the company, and received no response. I went back to *** and they escalated the issue and I finally got a response. The company states that I did not purchase the canvas kit, jut the hardware. The *** post shows a color. The company is not doing anything to help me. I wanted to return the product due to false advertisement, but the company is making pay for the postage and will not compensate the shipping fee. This is a big package and the shipping is over *** dollars. That means I would be getting a return of 15 dollars. The company is extremely hard to get a hold of.
I purchased a bimini top from this company in later summer 2021. Shipping of this item took nearly 2 weeks. Upon receipt, the canvas top did not fit the frame - it was incredible loose on the side and flapped in the wind. I submitted a return and everything through the return process was great until I received the second binimi top (arriving later summer 2021) after the boating season had ending. Upon using the binimi in summer 2022 (first boating trip) to my surprise, the cover was incorrect and fit horribly once again. Given the business' mistake twice, they are now rejecting a request for return/refund even though the product has only been used once. When using the bimini top cover at an average speed, it paracutes and is nearly not function given the risk of it ripping the mounts off of my boat. I have contacted the business multiple times and they only provide a generic answer that my return is outside the window - they are not acknowledging this is the second return and it is incorrect. Refer to the pictures where the sides of the cover fit incredibly loose.

I purchased a boat cover for my pursuit 265 DC in Nov of 2020 only to have the cover prematurely fail ( large tear in the seam) in April
I purchased a boat cover for my pursuit 265 DC in Nov of 2020 only to have the cover prematurely fail ( large tear in the seam) in April. A replacement was sent to me in may. This replacement cover also failed in Feb of 2022. This cover retails for 1100$ and carries a 7 year warranty. I have not been able to go longer than 8 months prior to having these covers fail at the seams. I have taken photos and provided all necessary documentation to prove no abuse or misuse caused these failures. Now I am being told that Eevelle will only honor their warranty once. So essentially I had a 5 month warranty not a 7 year warranty. This is quite misleading to say the least. I have tried now on three occasions to amicably resolve this concern with Whitney in the warranty department to no avail. I have asked to have my concerns escalated to leadership to no avail. I wish for nothing more than either a full refund of the original purchase price, or a replacement of the same item. My concern with a replacement is that they seem to last an avg of approximately 6 months. Thank you for your assistance and consideration.

On December 12 I ordered 2 personal watercraft covers from National Covers. I used the size chart, from their web site, based on the model number of the crafts I was ordering for. I received them on December 22 as a gift for my son. At the time the crafts were in storage. On the weekend of March 26, 2022 my son attempted to use the covers and found them small and not able to be used. In an attempt to initiate an exchange for a size I could use or a refund National Covers told me there was a 30 day return policy and no exceptions were allowed. One of the covers is still sealed in the original packaging and the other was repackaged.Having used their size information it seems that they should be a little more flexible on their return policy. I have emailed them on April 1, 2022 and they have yet to respond
Bought a bimini top (awning) for my boat, cover does not fit correctly and is loose and flapping compared to all other pictures of the cover online and the ones the company itself has sent. their people have told me i have it installed wrong and the poles are at the wrong angle which i cannot change due to the construction of the product. the top fits tight in the center when poles are pulled taught but the edges seem to be made with too much material and are left loose. there is no adjustment for this. the pictures they sent me look to be at the same angle as my product. the cover part is simply made wrong and they are not working with me to resolve the issue and keep telling me its my fault.
I ordered a cover for my travel trailer on October 4th through their website https://www
I ordered a cover for my travel trailer on October 4th through their website https://www.nationalcovers.com/. On my order confirmation it said that the item was in stock and it was expected to ship on October 9th. I didn't receive a shipping notice so on October 12th I called and left a message on their voice-mail. When I didn't get a call back within 24 hours I called back and this time talked to a customer service rep who said that they were behind but it was set to ship on October 15th. I again didn't receive a shipping notice and the order status was still showing October 9th so I called again and had to leave another message on Monday, October 19th. I called back yesterday and left another message because at this point we have put our TT in storage and no longer need the cover. Today I called and was told that the message box was full and I couldn't leave another message. Also one of the reasons I went with them was because they had an A+ rating from you on their website. I will not trust that rating anymore because when I checked your website after the order it was actually a B rating with 87+ complaints against them.

I purchased a Greenline 4 seater golf cart cover on Amazon. I read that Eevelle would deal with any complaints and there is a complete warranty included. Unfortunately, the golf cart cover is missing one strap. I did deal with Amazon first, but they cannot help as they don't just have stock laying around. So then I went to Eevelle's website. I have tried to call the *** # (their voicemail box is ALWAYS full and I am disconnected), emailed them using the provided email on their website AND used the "contact us" form on their site. Can someone please tell me if this business has gone under? I just want 1 strap mailed, I don't think that is a lot to ask :(
Hello, I purchased a golf cart cover from this company after a sales person told me what cover to buy. It didn't fit. I asked to return it and the company it told me they would deduct a fee and make me pay shipping. I purchased what they told me to purchase. I simply want a full refund, nothing less, nothing more.

I had purchased a customer cover from National Covers, aka Eevelle earlier this year
I had purchased a customer cover from National Covers, aka Eevelle earlier this year. I received the product in mid June. It is supposed to be water proof and it immediately did not provide any water proof ability in most spots. We have it tented so water doesn't pool. Even with a light rain if any stands on any part of the cover it soaks through and onto our wood table below. It already has caused issues with the finish of the table which is also new this year. I have tried repeatedly to reach them by email (multiple times) and via voicemail and not on returned call, returned email or voicemail from them. This product is marketed to be a superior quality product and it clearly is not and it got screwed up during production. They try and argue no returns on custom covers but there has not even been an opportunity to discuss this issue with them that is clearly a manufacturing problem and not something I have done. The customer service is horrendous and there is no excuse for no response. I am sending another email today to another email address I located but it's not the same customer service email I have been using per their site

I purchased a $393.00 cover on 7/6 and it arrived the next week I put it on my boat and within 7 week you can tell the material split about 1 inch from the seams. Whoever sewed the material had something set wrong on their machine. I sent pictures to them and they replied that I had it to tight. If the material will not withstand a strap pulling it tight it will not support anything. They just do not want to replace it. What good is a warranty if you do not make it good
We ordered a mooring cover in May for a 34' boat. Our boat year, make and model was included in their drop downs so we expected no issues with fit. It arrived in late June and was too short. After going through the hassle of returning it we were told a different cover would likely be better for us and should fit a boat up to 36'. We agreed and paid an up charge. The next cover was EVEN SHORTER. We returned it, provided measurements and photos. Since we couldn't get a straight answer or replacement we said just round it up to 37' and be done with it. Now they want another $245 and we've been without a cover all summer. Do NOT waste your time.
I bought a cover for my camper. Within a short period of time it began to rip. The purchase date was 11/27. I had emailed the company and they asked for certain pix. I supplied them with it and they asked me to fill out a warranty form. It had a year warranty. I did that and theyre saying it wasnt their fault. The cover fell apart at every seam. We did not do anything to damage the cover whatsoever.
On Oct.2 I was looking for an RV cover on the web. National had what I wanted. the form stated it was in stock. I placed the order. When the delivery date came up it said "On Back Order". I called the number listed and said I can't wait until the 11th. (week of). *** said she could not cancel the order and I would have to wait until Mon. I received an email saying in was being packed and being sent. I had already ordered another cover. Their policy is, that a restocking fee is involved if the item was shipped. If they didn't have one on Sat. and no one was working, how did they get it out the door very early Mon. morning. Not a good way of pleasing people. Either you have it or you don't. Lying doesn't work for me. *** Total amount $215.00 PS I see that you will support documents. I can mail copies of the emails I received.

Ordered an RV Cover via online platform from national covers with a confirmation order number *** emailed to me on Nov 18 2020 with additional items of gutter spout protections and strap kit totaling $900. I immediately noticed an error in the order and tried for several days to contact them to correct error. They selected Goldline which is the wrong cover that I requested. I sent numerous emails, made numerous phone calls and left many voice messages, requested assistance from all the various platforms they've listed on web, Facebook and other Social Media with NO RESPONSES. I did receive the gutter spout kit and the strap kit but never received the cover. Fed Ex assured me the only delivery was of two small items and no RV cover. I have spent the last two weeks trying to contact someone or discuss my issue with this agency and had no success. I as the consumer have done my part to include paying for these items up front and in a timely manner. This organization owes a level of customer service to all who conduct business with them. I understand we are in a stage of pandemic but if they can process my order and take the money then they can fulfill the order! If there no longer in business or have filed for bankruptcy let the consumers know and take down their media advertisements. I

On 10/12 I ordered a cover from this company, and it shipped on 10/14 via Fed Ex
On 10/12 I ordered a cover from this company, and it shipped on 10/14 via Fed Ex. On 10/20 I received a confirmation of delivery from National Covers. I never received the cover, so I reached out via phone to this company and Fed Ex to figure out what happened. I followed the procedure and at filed proper claim with Fed Ex and this company. I never heard back from them, so I reached out again and discussed with *** of customer service. *** stated that they had not figured out what happened and stated they would send me out another cover. After noticing that they never had any more of this cover in stock I reached out to *** again and discussed. I requested that they just refund my money, and I would find another cover. He stated that he would call me back after he discussed with his manager. This was on 11/26. *** called me back on 11/26 stating that they would refund my debit card and it would take approx. 5 days to go through. Since they agreed to refund my debit card, in good faith I ordered another cover from them. I never received the promised refund and have had numerous calls to them and now they have denied my refund. I have asked to listen to the recorded call from 11/26 that promised the refund and have not been able to discuss with upper management.

I ordered a 26' cover for my RV on 10/27
I ordered a 26' cover for my RV on 10/27. My husband and I put it on our RV at the end of December. Within 2 weeks it was off the camper but still strapped underneath. It ripped down the corner all along the zipper. I called customer service and had to leave a message on Saturday 1/17 and another on 1/19. No one returned my call. Yesterday, I tried again and got the same message line so I called back and chose the option to place an order. Immediate answer! I was told there are no returns after 30 days and I would have to file a warranty claim. I filed the claim and heard back in an email from Lauren who told me they would pay up to $100 for me to take this and have it repaired. Oh, and the offer was only good for 15 days, I also asked to speak to a manager and was told it will be at least a week until someone gets back to me. This thing weighs a ton and it is shoddy. They will only cover it once during it's lifetime so if I go through with the repair and it rips again, I am out of luck and nearly $400. At the very least, it should be replaced because it is defective, not patched up. What I really want is my money back. You also can't leave a review on their website, They must post only reviews they like to give them the high rating they advertise on their website. If you buy through Amazon, you see a totally different picture. The products and the customer service is terrible. I want my money back.

On May 7, 2022 I ordered a cover for our truck camper
On May 7, 2022 I ordered a cover for our truck camper. Order # ***. The cover was specified as being 20x16 feet. We had carefully measured the roof of the camper and needed that size due to the placement of the gromets necessary tie it down and keep it from being blown off. Due to problems accessing the storage lot because of a gate failure, we had to delay installing the cover. When the access problem was resolved, we installed the cover on the fifth of June. The cover did not fit as expected and we could not properly install it.When we removed and measured it the measurements showed it was 28x15 feet. Much too long to tie it down as needed. On June 5th, we notified National via email and asked that they send us the cover in the dimensions we ordered. Since then we have sent several emails attempting to comply with their numerous requirements for photographs, measurements etc. Now, they have belatedly decided that we, to their advantage, fit into their "Return" category and have sent us a laundry list of requirements that they know we can not comply with since the cover was momentarily installed on the camper and can not comply with their numerous requirements that the cover essentially be "new" as originally sent. Also that we pay for shipping and a 20% "re-stocking" fee on our $115.63 purchase price. It is obvious that National Covers has no intention of sending us the cover we ordered and paid for.

Purchased Gold cover due to 5-year warranty, it's unraveling at seams
I purchased the class c Gold cover due to the 5-year warranty, but it's unraveling at seams. After contacting the warranty department and filing a claim, they approved it but only offered 70% of the new price of $623.99, more than my purchase price of $369.9. They've ignored my refusal to pay more and haven't returned calls. The selling platform tried to help but to no avail, as the warranty is the seller's responsibility. They've since removed the item from their listings. Despite numerous emails, I only receive instructions to file a claim, and the warranty department remains unresponsive. The warranty, as I understood it, implied I'd pay the prorated difference from the original price for a replacement, not double the price. My claim number has been ignored.

On June 29th, I purchased a bimini top for my boat from National covers for $505.43
On June 29th, I purchased a bimini top for my boat from National covers for $505.43. It was understood it would take 3 weeks for delivery. The package arrived as promised but was incomplete without the frame on which to install the canvas. I began attempting to contact seller that day without success on 07/20. Voicemails were left but received no return call or email. On the 21, I was able to reach customer support and was told the frames were on backorder(and received no communication) and would be back in stock on 08/10. I agreed to wait but asked for an email or some communication stating I was waiting on a piece of the order, as their system stated it was delivered without any backorder. I have had email correspondence with Nicole since the beginning and this is the the only correspondence I have had from National Covers and has been prompted by me continuously. No formal email from the company was received past the order confirmation. On the 19th of August, I , with persistence was able to reach customer service by phone and was told a pick up tag would would be sent and as soon as it was seen as picked up in the system, they would start a full refund process which would take about 3 days. FEDex picked up the package on 08/21. I am contacting again today. It has been 2 months since I placed the order...I need them to follow through with what they promise. I don't feel like this will be done without some mediation.

I placed an order on Tuesday November 17th ordering a 46 foot 5th wheel Toy Hauler Cover, RV Strap Kit, and RV Gutter Spout Protector(order #:***
I placed an order on Tuesday November 17th ordering a 46 foot 5th wheel Toy Hauler Cover, RV Strap Kit, and RV Gutter Spout Protector(order #:***, Confirmation #: ***) . To date I have only received the Strap Kit and Gutter Spout Protectors. When I review the order tracking information online and from the automated emails I have received, the National Covers Website only shows that the order has been shipped and delivered with out any specific details that would indicate a backorder or status of the cover. When I look up the tracking information (tracking # ***, FEDEX ground) the shipping data indicates that it was for a 1lb package which makes sense regarding what I have received to date but would be far to light to include the RV Cover in addition to it indicating only 1 package was shipped. I have called three times in the last two weeks and most recently today leaving a detailed voice message and contact information to determine what the status is of the RV cover itself since I have been charged for that item. To be clear I have received no return phone call, email, or have been able to speak with any representative when I have waited on hold until the system directs me to leave a voice mail. I am growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication regarding an order placed over a month ago and that I have been charged $936.01 for product that I have not received. I also do not think it is unreasonable to expect a business to respond to its paying customers on the mediums listed on their website within a month timeframe. At this point I am looking for a status on the item that I ordered that was "in stock" and if there is a supply chain issue I expect a full refund for the RV Cover not received.

My Brother in law purchased me a gift of an RV cover from National Cover online
My Brother in law purchased me a gift of an RV cover from National Cover online. We used the cover for one season and the seams came loose due to poor workmanship. I turned in a warranty claim on 8/11. I got am email with a link to where to complete the claim and send images and receipts etc. I did this and got no further reply so I called. I left a message with my warranty claim number and asked for a return call. The company would not respond to me except in email. I left many messages on the *** system but never got a return call. I would get a canned email from someone named *** All they said was that they did not get all the information (original receipt) which I sent 4 times. Finally, I was able to reach a woman on the website chat who told me the email did not go through so I scanned the image in the online receipt and sent it in. During the Chat session she said that the warranty department should be able to process the warranty claim now. This time instead of hitting 3 on the phone for Warranty, I hit 1 for sales and someone answered the phone. The girl on the line stated she was just looking for freight information and would call me back to send my replacement cover. I insisted that she not hang up on me because she is the first live person, I have been able to talk to for over a month and a half. She stated she would for sure call me back that day. Nobody called me back that day. I called again. This time I got a young man. He said that the warranty was not approved and he had no other information. Later that same day I got an email just saying the claim was denied because the name on the receipt and the name on the claim were different. I responded and asked if My brother in law needed to submit the warranty claim? My sister also tried to reach them. No one from National covers has returned our calls or emails. This is poor faith and lack of honor of warranty.

I ordered a bimini top on 09/21 in charcoal grey as the color I wanted (hunter green) was out of stock
I ordered a bimini top on 09/21 in charcoal grey as the color I wanted (hunter green) was out of stock. The charcoal grey was in stock according to the website. The only email from National Covers I received showed the top to be in stock and order confirmed for shipment on 09/25. I received no indication order was shipped so I called on 09/30 and was told something was wrong as it showed no progress and the woman would follow it up and send me an email. As of 10/03 there was no response from National Covers so I called and left a message. This was the only option as all the reps "were busy with other customers". On Monday, 10/05, I left two messages requesting a call. No one responded. I finally got through to Nicole, who advised the bimini top I ordered in Charcoal gray was produced on Friday 10/02. I was upset because it was not "in Stock" as advertised and I am still waiting for it, although my charge card had been charged already. I told her I wanted to cancel the order, and she said I would receive a refund to my card in 1-4 business days. Then she said, oh, I have a tracking number with Fedex so I no longer can cancel the order. I checked my emails and my spam and there was no message from Fedex about the shipping of my order. *** was quite adamant that the email from Fedex would go to spam as they always do. I asked for her supervisor as I was not happy with all this. She forwarded me to him and I left a message for him to call me. As of and up to 6:40 p.m., I had not received any emails or spam. At 6:42 p.m. there is an email from EEVELLE LLC c/o Logistics telling me my bimini top is about to be shipped and that the delivery date may be updated when Fedex receives the package. So as of this time it has not been shipped and I would like a refund to my credit card of $188.66 to settle this matter. If the top had been delivered in a timely manner, this would not have been an issue. Sincerely and respectfully

Bought a cover in July of 1922 for 359 00. Rotted by July of 23. Offered 60 percent to be applied to a new cover at full fare of 459.00. Plus shipping worthless warranty. Better off buying a cheap Adco cover financially.
