National Hotel Motel Association review: National Hotel Association gift rewards

We attended a membership presentation in Branson Missouri March 11, 2026. The rewards offered us was $400.00 in Motel credits. We have in our possession the certificate allowing use of a website (nationalhotelassociation.org) that shows participating motels and their room charge. We can select any motel they offer and the response is that $0 is allowed for the use of their reward even though it shows we have cash credits on the same page of theirs. We talked to Anthony and then Liz at the above site and they both said they couldn't help us , rather they wouldn't. This is a DISCUSTING SCAM and I would advise no one use their service, you can't trust them even when you have everything in writing. This is just another pathetic scam, I'm so very happy we decided not to spend thousands of dollars to become a member owner. PATHETIC SCAM and no offer to assist us!
