I got this chair that's still under warranty. I told Natuzzi Americas, Inc. on 11/3 that some parts fell off. They said they'd send new parts and fix it up. It's been 5 months now and still no replacement parts. The company hasn't replied either.

I bought 3 sofas, Natuzzi brand, from Thomasville in the summer of 2019. Unfortunately, one of the recliners stopped working. I let Thomasville know about it in February this year. They passed the issue on to Guardsman, a company that deals with Natuzzi's warranty work. Guardsman has been making efforts to fix the problem, but Natuzzi keeps sending the wrong parts. It's been months now, and I haven't heard anything from Natuzzi. It seems like their phone doesn't even work. Thankfully, Guardsman has been doing their best. I just want the recliner to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible!

We bought a Natuzzi sofa from a seller and expected top-notch quality considering the price we paid and the time it took to make it by hand. The finished quality was awful: the cushion seat depths were uneven, there were gaps between sections where you could see the black fabric, the armrest was misshapen, and there were scars on the leather right on the FRONT of the couch. I understand that leather is unique, but it's mind-boggling that they didn't use the scarred leather on the back or sides, but right in the center. All the parts of the couch don't fit together well, and we filed a complaint with the warranty. The warranty technician came and said this isn't what they normally see, but after waiting for months, our request to replace parts was denied. We definitely won't buy another Natuzzi ever, and I warn anyone considering their products to think twice. They don't live up to the expectations for what they charge.

I bought a Natuzzi Revive reclining chair with ottoman for $2,289 from a local authorized Natuzzi furniture dealer in Baton Rouge, LA. The chair fell to one side, so I asked the dealer for help. They don't sell Natuzzi furniture anymore because of too many complaints about bad quality and the company not being responsive. The dealer told me to contact ***.com in Jan 2020. They sent a technician on April 30. I contacted ***.com again 3 weeks later because the chair was making squeaky noises after the repair. Two months later, ***.com said they rejected my claim. In Aug 2021, the bottom of the chair suddenly came apart. When I contacted Natuzzicares, they replied 2 weeks later saying the chair was no longer under warranty. I sent almost a hundred emails in the past 3 weeks asking if they could fix the 'failed repair' from 2020. No response at all from ***.com or Natuzzi.

It's not at all like what we saw in the store. The couch is especially bad in one specific spot. We contacted METROPOLITAN FURNITURE within 1-2 days after getting the couch and complained a couple of times. We even sent them pictures of the couch, and they passed on the complaint to Natuzi. They sent a repair person to our house twice, but they weren't helpful at all. They just kept saying that's how the product is and there's nothing they can do. We asked why we couldn't get a replacement couch or a credit for a new one, but they never gave us a straight answer. This time, we tried complaining directly to Natuzzi, but we couldn't reach them by phone. I emailed them last week, but I haven't gotten a response. We spent $5200 on this couch, so this is not acceptable to us. The one we bought is powered by a battery or plug for automated reclining. The furniture has a warranty for 5 years.

They sent a service tech twice to fix the mechanical parts and replace the plastic covers that the guy broke. Because of COVID, they couldn't service our chair and use the 5-year warranty. I also sent many emails before my wife did, starting from March . We bought the chair for $4700 in June (got it 6 months later in 2017), and it recently separated from the pedestal during normal use (I'm the only one who uses it, actually). Now the recliner just sits in the corner of our living room, reminding us of how frustrated we are with Natuzzi Cares customer service. It doesn't represent the company well! Please help us reach out to the company and arrange for a qualified service technician to come to our house and secure the chair to the swivel pedestal, so we can use it again. I bought a custom leather furniture set - sofa, love seat, and chair - from Natuzzi through a store in May. I paid about $5500 upfront, even though I was told I only had to pay half. I did this to show the store that I was serious and okay with it. When the couches arrived, they looked great at first, but after a few days, I noticed some issues. The leather was stretching badly where I sat, making the couch look old. I could also leave marks on the seats and armrests with mild pressure. I complained to the store, and they set up a warranty claim. A technician came and took more pictures. They said it would take a few weeks to review the report. Meanwhile, I haven't heard anything from Natuzzi. I also noticed that the leather grain doesn't match in some places, and the stitching on the couch is wavy in some spots. The stitching on the cushion panels doesn't line up anywhere. Nobody has even apologized to me yet. If I had paid $1500 and saw these problems, it would be one thing, but paying $5500 is a different story.

I ordered lots of furniture from Natuzzi in 2020. I gave the sales person the measurements of my bed so they could make sure the Natuzzi frame would fit. But when they finally delivered the frame eight months later, it didn't fit my bed. The delivery people took the frame back, but they made a big mess in the hallway. My condo association charged me a fee to clean it up. I told the store about the problem, but the store manager, Mila, made me pay for the amount they credited me and forced me to buy something else. So I bought a chase chair. After a few months, they delivered it, but the delivery company made another mess in the hallway. I had to pay another cleaning fee. They also ripped the cover of the chair and said they would fix it and come back, but when they did, the cover was still ripped. I know it takes a long time to get the furniture, and I was patient and waited for 2 years before writing this review. But spending over $50,000 on furniture and getting ripped chairs and having the building staff clean up the mess is not okay. Every time I call Mila, she talks about her staff leaving and her budget increasing, but she doesn't solve the problem. Please find a solution to this problem. Thank you
