Still awaiting a delivery from House & Home that I purchased on the 21 November...
Here I am with visitors that cannot do washing or put meats in the fridge cause it's still with this extremely incompetent shop.
I would not recommend anyone to support this House and Home ever! Still awaiting a fridge and washing machine that was bought online before black Friday here we are last week of the year still no word from House and Home.

I honestly regret ever purchasing from House and Home. I bought a fridge and a washing machine on the 21st November 2023 and till date no communication as to when it can be expected to be delivered.
Mind you I bought it so it can be of used now during the festive season with the meats and washing. This is the only store that has me running in circles I honestly do not recommend anyone to go through this experience. I just want what I paid for. Delivery is also paid in full

I bought a Hisense Gass stove with an electric oven on 31 November 2021. According to me this stove is still under guarantee. The electric oven is not working. I reported this to House and Home Mooirivier Mall Potchefstroom 2 weeks ago. Till date I did not receive any feedback or assistance to either repair or replace my stove. Every time I ask about the process I am told that I must give them a week to give feed back. I visited the store today again and was told that the person who assisted me is in the storeroom and will phone me back. This did not happen again! It seems that H&H wants to benefit with time and prevent from replacing my stove.

I'm currently experiencing the worst scenario ever in my life. I canceled my laybye and l was told that they will take a cancelation fee. Firstly that took me by surprise because I wasn't informed about that cancelation fee. The sales people are too quick to make you sign documents but very unhelpful when l want my money back. I was told to collect the money on Wednesday 1st of November but l was told to collect the money on Friday 3rd of November. Today I was told another excuse and I have to come back and forth. Please give me my money back and l'm tired of your excuses.
Hisense tv
Purchased a TV from house and home Westville on Black Friday by agent Danny. I sent numerous e-mails directly to Hisense to get a further two year warranty for months with no response. I have proof. We moved into our new home in March 2023 and then only had we switched the TV on. There was no app store for us to download apps on the TV. Contacted Danny who had told us that he will get a technician from Hisense to come out. At this point, he also agreed that the technician will be able to assist us with app store so we can download apps. Waited two weeks with no response from any technician. Eventually on the third week, 03/08/2023 a technician contacts me to come out. The technician arrives, only to tell me its a smart TV and not an android TV and there cannot be any apps that can be downloaded on the TV. Clearly Danny does not know what the hell he is selling. I contacted the store to speak to Danny but he said there is nothing he can do about it and did not even want to hear what i was experiencing. Disgusting customer service! Furthermore, every time there is load shedding, the tv disconnects from the fibre line and refuses to connect for a while. Hisense took the Tv for a week now, only to say that there is no fault, i was not even contacted to know what the hell is going on and Hisense never answers the phone. THE TV IS ABSOLUTE JUNK AND SO IS THE SERVICE FROM THE STORE! THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!

I write this with a sad heart, yesterday the 23 July 2023 I went to East Rand Mall branch to pay off laybye that was 3 months it was an online purchase and also to collect the item when the item came I noticed that the box was dirty and when I asked the guy who was pushing the trolley he looked for the cloth to wipe the dust. Okay I drove home and unboxed the item only to find oily finger prints all over the DVD/hoofer and also covered with so much dust, the speakers also have too much dust, the wood cover at the back have scratches and its lining is coming off pieces by pieces. The item was packed in Jan 2021, this item looks used I believe it was on display in that shop for almost 3 years and now they have found a culprit to be sold a used item. Paying so much money for a used goods like this. I'm so angry and I'm so disgusted by the service I am given. I was happy and trusted this shop I never thought I will be this disappointed. This is bull. I need this to be exchanged for a new item and not this second system or refund my money asap. I regret considering this retail I wish I can reverse the time. Basically they saw a fool when they given me a used item, how do you even give a customer an item that you know very well its used and was on display for years? I should have taken this money and used for important things I'm so annoyed.
Defy 7kg grey f/loader brand new - delivered end of march 2023
This is a brand new machine. I walked in to my kitchen flooded yesterday afternoon, I felt at the back pipes for leaks but nothing. It looks like water was leaking out the bottom of the door. I have had max about 6 washes from it at a push.
It is a DEFY 7KG front loader, brand new, not even a month old.
I would either like a refund or a new machine but urgent attention to this matter would be appreciated.
I did try the complaints line listed here as well as the number on the invoice but to no avail.

Useless service and a waste of time.
So I went in to open an account and after 2 days waiting for a response I get told we can only offer xxx amount after earning like a double salary where other companies have approved me. Also signing amd bringing in papers going there 3x. The. I get called and said I must come in again for more fingerprints and a statement where they have everything already on paper that they have asked for. They waste a person's time, money and petrol.

I bought a fridge from House and Home Newcastle Amajuba Mall in July 2022. I used my own transport and on arrival the fridge was scratched and 2 weeks later it was not working. I called and the Technician from Hisense came to re-gas it and a month later it was not cooling again. Now I am not getting any help from Hisense as they say they are currently busy and the Technician from Hisense cannot answer their calls.
I find it unfair for me because now I am the only one who is suffering from not having a fridge and I am now being told about a third party Hisense of which I did not pay my whole bonus money to. Also, as a result of a fridge not working for several times to date, all the food gets spoilt and this has put me in so much loss.
Lastly, my airtime calling the store and petrol money trying to rich them out has been too much too me.
Can I please be assisted.
Desired outcome: A brand new fridge, I can not be using the fridge that was fixed within a month of arrival and not working again.

Gas electric stove not delivered
Bought the stove on black Friday said 7- 10 working days ro deliver this was two weeks back , phoned customer service said they will deliver last week , did not deliver, phoned today and now they don't have stock , im redoing my kitchen and now everything is on hold because my stove is not here yet , try to phone head office and got nowhere with them ,this is the worst service ever they took my money and i paid for delivery another R 1000.00 ,what am i to do ?

To whom it may concern,
I bought a Samsung refrigerator on October 11, 2022, from House and Home Alberton City. The delivery took place on October 12th, 2022.
I was at work and my helper was at home when the fridge was delivered.
The delivery men brought the refrigerator inside, but when they attempted to install it in the home while still in its original box, they discovered that it could not fit.
My Helper called to inform me that the delivery men are refusing to unpack the refrigerator or install it in the home without its box because it is not their responsibility, and regrettably, they are indicating that they want to depart while I was speaking with her on the phone.
In addition to finding the fridge outside when I arrived, to my utter dismay, it also had a dent line on the door when we unpacked it. I then went to the salesman by the name of Ishmael that same evening to report the issue, and he advised that we send all pertinent images and everything to show, which I did but regrettably the store was closed for returning the fridge.
I'm exhausted from work, annoyed, and angry because of the terrible service, low care, and subpar job from house and home delivery drivers, and to top it all off, it started to rain. We were forced to attempt to bring the refrigerator that was left outside, into the home.
In addition, I keep receiving calls from a Lady from House and Home ALBERTON CITY informing me that the fridge dent is not their concern or problem and that I should contact Samsung directly to inquire about the situation, which baffles me because I am their client and bought the refrigerator from them, not Samsung.
The poor and unfair service I received from this store demonstrates that they do not value their customers.

Lounge suite cheap quality
My daughter purchased a lounge suite from House and Homes Tygervalley last year. The salesman who we dealt with told me its a Gomma Gomma lounge suite which has a 7 years guarantee. My daughter paid R20 000 the quality is so bad when you sit on this lounge suite i can only feel the plank and not the cushion anymore. When i phoned House and Homes and sent them numerous emails complaining how bad the quality is, the manager tells me its a one year guarantee and that was shocking because its not what the salesman told me, and when i sit on the lounge suite and get up I feel like a cripple it takes me time to straighten my back, being a pensioner and so old i dont deserve this.
For all the lies I dont want this lounge suite repaired because after one year again I be sitting with the same problem. That is why this supplier gave a one year guarantee because they know the lounge suite which is so cheaply made can only last a year.
But House and Homes makes all the excuses for their supplier I wonder why. I bought this lounge suite from House and Homes and not their supplier. We trusted House and Homes and we expected good quality for the price we paid. End of the day I want my money back or a new lounge suite from a reputable supplier like Gomma Gomma/ Grafton Everest. Please can you help.

Delivery/damaged product
Bought a dinning room suite and it was delivered few days later. Upon opening the boxes we realized that the table was damaged/ had a crack almost a meter long. I reported it and was assured that I would get another table. I am still waiting 2 weeks later and the only reply I get is it will be delivered at the soonest. Quick to take your money but can't even do a simple quality check before the product is sent to a customer. First and the last I'm buying from house and home.
It's been 4months I took my tv to the store to be repaired
I bought Hisense 32" 80CM Led TV 23/09/2020. Id started giving me problems of the screen being blank and I took it back to the store seems I still have my 2 year guarantee on 13/12/2021 I took it to the store at Greenacres Port Elizabeth for repares and it came back January 2022 it worked properly but near end Feb 2022 it was blank again and I took it to the store first week of March 2022. It's 13th June 2022 and I still haven't recieved my TV or any communication on house ND Home store in greenacres all they tell me is they waiting for parts to repare it and this year November my garuntee end and the TV was with them for 4 month what should I do am not getting any help at all at the store and am frustrated and angry at the poor customer service

I'm complaining about the couch I bought for my mother
I'm Lebogang makgetla and I bought couches for my mother at house and home in Bloemfontein last year November apparently it has two small stains of burning so I call the store to assist me by repairing it then I'm willing to pay they came to collect it on the 15th of January and they sad they will call me to give me the quotation they took time up until I called the store then they gave me the number of the repairing company I called it then they took pictures for me apparently on the pictures l saw the damage that has been made by the store so now the couch is fine but the store want me to pay the whole amount of damage which is R3000 what about their damage and no one is calling me my number is [protected] email address is [protected]@kmrs.co.za thanks

I am a customer of house n home, I bought 42L LG microwave last year September 2021...
The microwave is broken, its not warming the food I returned last month the 17th, they assured me it will be taken for repairs but still they have not... I have been making calls to find out why is it not fixed n why are they not calling me back for updates as now it's a month since they have taken my microwave... So please I need assistance I have been waiting for long if I dont get a new 1, I want my money back please this is not fair this is a shop I trusted but their customer service is out of line...
