So so coverage, but watch out if you quit
The service is relatively okay. My biggest issue is that it would drop from 20 to 25 speed down to three or four, and I would have to reset the router 2 to 3 times a day
Which is not optimal when my wife needs to be on governmental training zoom calls
Had to return the stuff and they're charging me for things that they never bought and I am currently in negotiations as to why they're charging me for all this extra fees

Recommendation: Try hot spot or even starlink
When I first got the product the salesman sent out the stuff. The in-house stuff did not work so he said he was going to set me up with a direct line of sight dish but they did not have any of the roof poles so I would have to buy one. Luckily it wasn't that expensive.
Fast forward several years. The speed is not what I need attempts to fix has failed. Return everything and now I'm being charged for everything including a mounting pole which I paid for

Net All Over Inc
Net All Over Inc. has the worst customer service once you have their equipment. I got a replacement router, and yes, I damaged the *** card when I got an upgrade. I was honest with them about it. After multiple phone calls and them asking me to place the *** card in the old router to see if it worked, over a week went by before I received the new router. When I finally received it, it wouldn't work. Don't bother contacting them on the weekend if you expect any help. They told me it had to go to a level 2 person. Another week went by before they finally called back. By that point, I had already tried many things and it started working again. So, I sent back the old routers, two of them. I thought I would get a credit for returning them. When I called again on the weekend, no one could help. I got a call back on Monday night at 7:30 PM. I returned the call during normal business hours and spoke with ***, who told me that no credit would ever be given. I also asked about a credit for the downtime I experienced. She said no. I asked to speak with a supervisor. *** got on the line and his statement to me was, "You are rude and no one wants to deal with you." I looked up Net All Over's mission statement, and it says their mission is to be responsive to you from the first call you place to them and every time you need them. I guess that's only if you're nice.
I have worked at Net All Over for about 3 months. We were taught to really listen to the customers and help them out as much as possible. I enjoyed working there because it gave me the Experience and knowledge to always put the customer first. There is a lot of people stuck out there who think they can get only satellite internet. Thats not true, give them a try and you wont regret it.

Used to love these guys, but recently somethings are beginning to change my mind. Internet goes out about 3 times a week, had to purchase my own SIM card, and that went out after a day. Although the customer service and tech support has been great, the constant replacement of faulty equipment, and internet failure due to their system randomly canceling SIM cards has cost me many HOURS of lost work. I hope they figure themselves out soon. I really dont want to leave this company, but am beginning to look at other options.

A complete and total scam of a company. They like to take your money, but will not give it back when they owe you. The service does not work, the SIM cards are capped and throttled, stay away at all costs!

I have been using their service for about six months
I have been using their service for about six months. I haven't had to call them very often but they have been helpful each time. Their service is using LTE Internet and it is not always the same speed but it always works. I don't have a lot of options up here in rural Illinois, but I am glad that I switched to them from my ***.

As someone who hates where I moved to because of lack of the internet. Net all over has literally been the best I could ask for. You wont get blazing fast wifi that you can game on. But they never falsely claim that you will. If you live in a rural area with no options other that satellite internet, net all over could very well be your best bet

I can't say much as I have only had this today but WOW! I live in a rural area and have dealt with every and any internet provider and finally found this. Half the price I ever paid and only unlimited plan I ever was offered. I immediately did and internet speed test and it is 10x faster than I have ever had in my area. Just WOW! Very happy customer already

I received my order earlier than expected
I received my order earlier than expected. Was very east to set up. Had great service, then an update happened and my unit went down. I called the tech team and they had the new sim card to me overnight. Was very professional and polite in the help. *** had the unit for over 6 months now. *** enjoyed the internet and have had no other problems.Would definitely recommend to others.

I received my modem 1 day before promised which is always a good thing
I received my modem 1 day before promised which is always a good thing.. It was super easy to set up.. Just opened the box, took everything out, attached the 2 antennas, plugged into an electrical outlet and in no time, I was on the network.. We have 3 phones, a smart TV, and my laptop all on the connection and everything is working great! Another plus is the 30 day money back guarantee! I recommend this to ANYONE, in ANY LOCATION, ESPECIALLY wooded areas.. Thanks Again ~AmyG~

We live in a very rural area
We live in a very rural area. Only option for internet was satellite. And that was expensive and unreliable. We discovered Net All Over and it was a game changer. I can now work from home with reliable service. For the first time ever we are streaming on multiple TVs. Some much do that we cancelled our *** Their customer service is great. They literally saved the day! We were barely getting by with satellite internet. And the nice thing is you can take it with you if you travel. Weve used it on camping trips!

Absolutely wonderful customer service
Absolutely wonderful customer service. Unfortunately the *** signal just isn't strong where we live but Net All Over tried everything they could to help us get the strongest signal possible before switching to *** When it did not work out for us they graciously refunded all the equipment and recent months service. I so so so wish it would have been strong enough signal for us because their customer service is second to none. It is not their fault the signal as not strong we just do not have an *** tower close enough to us.

Where I live we have had no access to any meaningful internet service that did not cost an arm and a leg and require you to sign up for at least a year. Until, a relative told me about netallover now I have download speeds that range from 50mbs to 125mbs. You pay one month at a time and if you wish to drop their service. It takes effect the next month. They also have available 5g connections which is really good for streaming. Anytime I have call netallover for service/advice they have been very helpful. Thank You, netallover keep up the good work.

I am a new customer, still in my trial period, but I am so impressed with the communication as well as the product. Router delivered exactly as promised, excellent packaging, trackable delivery. The company offers 30 day free-trial period and the package even includes a return label if it does not work for you. Router was super-easy to set up. I live in a rural area, and getting fast, consistent internet is extremely difficult. I am getting 40mbps up and 20 mbps down with latency at about 30ms. I am 10 miles from the tower so I have an external antenna attached to the router, but I think I would still get reasonable speed even without it. These results afford me the opportunity to work from home, using vpn and voip. I hope the performance keeps up! I will amend my comments if I start to get throttled. But for now, I am one happy client.

I signed up to try the internet from Net All Over Inc with a 30 day trial. I got the router and opened the box, taking out what I needed to set up the service. The internet was much slower than my current provider, so I decided to return it for a full refund. I tried chatting on their website, but didn't get a response until after I had already packed up the equipment to send it back. I also sent them an email. I only had the equipment out of the box for about an hour. I put everything back in the original box and prepared it for mailing. When they finally got back to me, the package was already taped up. They told me to write the RMA number on the outside of the box, so I did. I sent the box back to them with everything as it was received on December 9th, during the Christmas rush. Just now, I received an email saying they were charging me $25 for removing the factory label. They even sent a photo of some router in their inventory, who knows if it's mine or not. If it is mine, then that's how I received it. I've been waiting for a chat this whole time while writing this report. I think the company is using bad business practices by taking photos of their routers and blaming me. I'll tell my friends and the person who referred me about my experiences, and I'll let them know about a better service I'm currently using if they don't drop the false claim and $25 charge. I returned it right away in good faith, with the equipment and box just as I received them. I see my name on a paper in the photo, but it doesn't mean anything because I didn't write it. The photo looks exactly how I remember receiving the router, and I wonder if it was slow because it was previously returned.
