Today is the 24th of February the lady helping us to be admitted to the hospital was so damn rude. We told her the pre admission was done but the file was not pulling through. I asked can she pick it up with the id again a damn rude response just for us to sit and struggle and the more we say the App is giving errors the more she is doing her own thing. Then out of the blue she is done. We give her the paper for the fact that there is no co payment that also was a issue for her so rude I would definitely not recommend this hospital. One is already so stressed for a procedure to be done to be treated like this.
