I received an alert on my email account, that this company pulled my credit report from Experian. It is listed as a hard pull, and not a soft pull. This is usually done when someone gives a company permission as well as their name, address, and social security number in order to obtain credit for a loan or other financial product. I have not applied for any sort of loan or credit card in over a month. This company has not communicated with me in any way shape or form to obtain my permission to run my credit. Since this was done without my explicit authorization, I have considered this to be a fraudulent action.
This company has continued to call family members and have provided personal information to family members about a small debt that I owe. I have never experienced such matters regarding debt collection ever. This company does not have my permission to contact anyone other than myself for any debt collection. The debt that they are trying to collect will only be resolved with the original lender and NOT this company. My entire family now knows some of my personal information. I am requesting that this company immediately STOP contacting any and everyone associated to me. I have been informed by family members of my wife that this company is rude, disrespectful, & intimidating. Again, I repeat this company does not have my consent or permission to contact anyone and again I will only resolve this matter with the original lender, not this collection agency. So the best route here is for the collection agency to turn over the debt to the original lender. I will continue to seek further actions/advice from a legal expert on what else I can do.

Myself and multiple family and friends members received phone calls from this company putting my business out there to them which was a total embarrassment to myself. Than when calling back speaking with a individual Named Mike he was using imitation tactics to make me pay the debt at that moment. Mike number is [protected]

I have been receiving calls from them, it seemed, for many months
I have been receiving calls from them, it seemed, for many months. I finally talked to a women who supposedly works for this company. She told me it was a medical bill that I owed, and she asked me how much could I pay. It was during the height of the Covid era, but I explained to her our situation and then settled for $25.00 a month. Before the conversation was done, I asked her if this was real, or is she a scammer. I have been scammed in the past for a lot more money. I asked her if she can send some information on this bill that I owe. She stated she will do this. I have not received any information to speak of. This also happened before when I was scammed. I also asked her bluntly if she was a scammer. She laughed about it, and assured me she is legit.
