Trying to order water shoes using my discover card, but this card is not listed as one of the card I can use for payment. Could not reach customer service personnel with the number listed. You carry at least one pair of water shoes that I really like. Actually, there are about 4/5 pairs which are very appealing to me. On 4/30/2018, I ordered and paid for in full three items from New Chic. As of 5/18/2018, I'd received nothing and heard nothing from them. Come to find out two of the items were "out of stock" and one item was noted just as "back ordered" with no indication of when, if ever, it might be available. It appears New Chic is based in Hong Kong (wish I'd realized that before I ordered) and their customer service telephone number is an international number... no customer friendly 800 number here! Also, my order had been split into two orders. I was able to access the shirts order, I think, as they were still under the original order number - and I think I was able to cancel these. I could not cancel the pants because since they'd been put these under a different order number I could not find them in New Chic's system - and when I did try to cancel them, either their system did not recognize the order and/or kept telling me to enter a valid telephone number to process my request. Maybe I have to enter my telephone number in international format? No thank you.
New Chic should not be sitting on someone's payment for over two weeks with no notice to the customer that the items paid for are not (and probably will not be) available. Also, if you do run into a problem - it looks problematic to try to get in touch with them. I finally just disputed the entire charge with my credit card company. I will not order from New Chic again.

1. The product has nothing in common with what it was displayed and described.
2. It is not cotton (was described as 100% cotton).
3. the size has nothing in common with the measurements presented in the chart of tbe site.
4. It is just impossible to get a return label and get a refund.
5. They don't give you time to reset your password. When you try to log in with the old password, they don't let you fo it.

I never received the items I ordered, and no refund either. They constantly deceive their customers. I enclose the shot screen of one of the orders I didn't recrive. It is not my only bad experience with Newchic company. You order one thing they mail you another which has absolutely nothing in common with what you ordered. Besides, it is very hard to contact them. It id judt a constant deception.

3. The products have nothing in common with the puctures, materials, and size measurements.

They sent me a pair of shoes exactly the same size as the previous one! 28.5 cm! (when i ordered 25.7 cm, based on their shoe size chart) i gave them my measurements i even asked you to check out before they sent them to me (have it all documented). I even paid extra 26 dollars for the delivery, while my first parcel was only 14! (i have a receipt ). Receiving the shoes yesterday, i realized this shop is nothing but a big spoof! How can i trust their shoe size chart is they double sent me the same size (one marked as 42 and the other as 41 with no markings on a sole, but equal in length - two sizes bigger than their size chart! Also, they don't publish people's true responses about the shoes (i left them 3 times and they won't show up!), thus they keep misleading them!
They refuse to refund me for both 58.57 plus 26 dollars for the 2nd pair! They ask to post their huge wrong sized shoes back (and this costs a fortune to post them to china!)
Also they claim they can't see my videos or pictures, not even links on the youtube!

Something that slipped by me was that the merchandise come directly from China on a Slow Boat from China. They give you a tracking number which does not track anything so you have no idea where your merchandise is or if you will ever see it. I do get the comfort of knowing it "was shipped". If I get my merchandise, I pray that I will not have to return anything.
