Next Day Pets Blue Heeler Puppy

I had contacted Next Day Pets in regard to a Blue Heeler Puppy that I was interested in. I was contacted back right away and was put into contact with the seller of the puppy. I made arraignments with the seller to come and see the puppy and take him home with me after reviewing the pictures that I received.

When I got to the seller location five hours away in a different State, I had found that the puppy's were kept in a cage in area with chickens, dead animals, rotten food, fleas, and bit marks all over him and the other puppy's.

I could not leave the puppy, I took him wrapped him in a blanket and took him right to a vet in the area. Where the vet treated him for fleas with medication and a flea bath, being anemic, and wound care cream for the bit marks all over him.

If I could of taken all the puppy's with me I would of. After trying to report this in the State that I went too, I have found out that Amish do not get in trouble for this type condition.

Next Day Pets Melissa Garcia - Puppy Mill

Melissa had a post on NextDayPets about Cream colored Golden retriever puppies. I asked her if she had a litter that was a little darker and more golden. She sent me a picture and I put a deposit down. She then sent me a picture of a different litter/puppy that what I had asked for. When I questioned her about it she got defensive and asked if I wanted the puppy or not. She claimed the puppy was eating solid foods and ready to go... at 34 days old (less than 5 weeks). It is clear she wants to churn through as many puppies as possible and giving them away far too early. When she realized she sent me the picture of a wrong litter she tried to sell me a different one for $200 more. This person should be banned from this website and pursued for cruelty to animals.

Desired outcome: I would like my $200 deposit back and this breeder should be banned from NextDayPets

Next Day Pets lack of support from staff

We attempted to use nextdaypets to purchase a puppy a few weeks ago. Filled out the application and paid our 25.00. We then were contacted by the breeder and were told a deposit would be necessary to make sure we got the female we wanted. After paying the deposit and asking for a picture of the puppy we got no more responses. We contacted next daypets through email and Beth responded. We were told it was between us and the breeder and received zero help from them. We even went as far as saying we didnt even care if we got our deposit back we just wanted to warn others by leaving a review on their site and she quit responding completely. Terrible site and service! Stay away and find another route to your puppy!

Next Day Pets puppy mill jason mcdowell

Next day Pets is one of the aliases for a pampered pups. We bought our teacup Yorkiepoo April 5, 2018. She passed away September 5, 2018. She was taken to the vet for all her vaccinations by us and there's no explanation for her death except for birth defect. When we bought her from Jason McDowell and took her to the vet she had a heart murmur. All my calls and emails to Jason McDowell were never returned. Pictures of the puppies parents that were supposed of been emailed to us were never sent. All the dogs that are using to breed are kept at an off site place for next day pets and pampered pets. She was only 2 pounds when I took her to her bed and she had too many vaccinations for weight and age . She also had a heart murmur. All my calls and emails to Jason were never returned. Next Day Pets Fraudulent activity

I have signed up for NextDayPets and paid $5. Everything was ok until they've started charging me every two weeks for who knows what. When I signed up I was aware I have to pay $5 for the service but there was nothing said about some extra fees.
Customer service never replied to my messages so I had to call my credit card company and ask them to block NextDayPets.
I do not recommend this company. I feel robbed and the bad thing is that there is no way to get a refund.

Next Day Pets Hidden fees

I signed up for $5 and it was not so expensive and seemed like a great price for a membership. But recently I noticed that NextDayPets were charging me every two weeks for who knows what! When I joined the site I had no idea about that! Please be careful and don't make the same mistake I did! I tried to ask for a refund but they refused to give my money back. Well, at least they stopped charging me and I successfully deleted my account.

Next Day Pets Waste of money and I haven't found good puppies

I thought about to buy a puppy and signed up for the website www.nextdaypets.com. People, be careful, because the seller doesn’t listen to you and interrupted me all the time. Also, I wasted money for their subscription, because at this time they haven’t offered good puppies. And the prices were too high for these puppies. I already cancelled the subscription and will never use this website.

Next Day Pets Purchased one dog - received another!

I found next day pets September, 2010. I found a puppy I wanted, a solid black malti-pom with a tiny white spot on it's head. I talked to the infamous Michael who ASSURED me that the puppy I was purchasing was the puppy whose picture I was looking at. He assured me that it was and even went as far as to tell me it was at his house and he had been playing with it all morning. So I purchased the male puppy. A few hours later I heard from Michael that the puppy was coming in the next day at 4pm. The following morning he called and said the flight was layed over and it would not arrive until 9 pm. He called again and said the puppy wouldn't arrive until 11 pm. He called still yet again and said it would be after midnight, but don't worry because the puppy was being taken out and played with at the airport. Yeah right. At 1 am the flight finally came in. The cargo building had long closed so we went up to the main terminal's baggage department where I found a very scared little puppy with no water or food, it had been eating it's feces and the carrier had been sealed with plastic zip locks that had to be cut off, hence the scoff at Michael telling me that he had been taken out and cared for. On top of all this horror, when we finally got the dog to the car and drove to a store that had lights so we could see what was going on and cut the zip locks I pulled the dog out to find that it as indeed NOT the puppy from the picture, not by a long shot! Totally different coloring and facial features, ears, you name it. I looked at the paper the vet signed they sent along and they listed my dog as a maltiPOO. This company could care less about their animals, their clients, their reputation. They are without QUESTION a conglomeration of puppy mills. I love my little dog, but I DIDN'T get what I purchased. Michael is a liar, a cheat, a dog abuser and a snake in the grass. Ill gotten gains are his passion. How sad and hideous for him. Karma, my dear Michael, karma finds everyone sooner or later.

Next Day Pets Total waste of time and money

Nextdaypets.com is scam if I ever saw one. They try to come across as protectors of the public. Their charges for advertising are outrageous! Their so-called ID verify methods is a scheme from the get-go.

If you have alot of time and money to waste, this is the site for you. They take you around Robin's Hood barn to get any advertising done and leave their pricing until nearly the last step to advertise. Very unethical and very inconvenient!

They are full of charges and empty of delivery upon their ability to promote your ad. On a scale of one to ten - ten being awesome - they are minus 3.

We are sorry you feel this way. Many of our customers solely advertise on NextDayPets.com because of the success they have had compared to other sites.

Our advertising rates are clearly displayed before you even create an account. There is a large "Advertise" button in the main site navigation that links to this page: http://www.nextdaypets.com/assets/info/advertising/

We are the only dog site that requires our breeders to validate their identity through Equifax. We have received very few complaints regarding this process, and most breeders appreciate the fact that it confirms their identity and helps establish a level of trust with a potential buyer.

Hopefully, you will change your mind and decide to give us another chance. Best of luck in your advertising.

Cheers,
NextDayPets.com

Next Day Pets The customer service is rude and they do not list their fees appropriately

This site is horrible - The customer service is rude and they do not list their fees appropriately. Their links lead you to the wrong page and when you think you are purchasing one thing it is a completely different service and they do not want to offer a refund.

Worthless search ability that is not worth the money to upgrade. The sellers are not reviewed and the site is flawed beyond belief. Overall you'd be better off taking a $20 bill and burning it.

Luxine,

What more search options would you like to see added to the advanced search feature on NextDayPets.com? Currently you can search using the following fields:

Country
State
Dog breed
Gender
Price Range
Keyword

As we state before you create an account, the advertisers are not reviewed, however their identity is verified. You paid $5.95 to be able to search all listings, if we were to fly to every breeder that wished to advertise on NextDayPets.com, the fees would be MUCH higher than $5.95! The onus is on the buyer to make an informed decision before purchasing a puppy. We provide all the tips and resources for identifying a good dog breeder.

We hope you choose to come back and take advantage of your upgraded membership.

Thanks,
NextDayPets.com

We are sorry you feel this way. Our fees are clearly stated before you create an account as well as our refund policy.

The list of our fees can be found here: http://www.nextdaypets.com/assets/info/advertising/

When you made your purchase on NextDayPets.com, you selected the checkbox stating you had read the 'terms of service, ' which covers our refund policy. Over 75, 000 people visit NextDayPets.com everyday and I can assure you links do not take you to incorrect pages and mislead you into purchasing something you did not agree to. The service you are purchasing is stated in bold text on the payment page where you enter your credit card information and is subject to your final approval before you submit the payment.

Next Day Pets Beware

It took more then 2 weeks for my item to ship out; I called and emailed nextdaypets.com the response given is that they would have to get with their warehouse. I again asked and asked and get the same response. I am trying to figure it out is their warehouse in China? horrible customer service, they don't know the meaning of what customer first is and all their complements are lies to draw customers in, hook line and sinker!

I am just amazed on how they have tried to avoid the question like the plague, truly amazed, I am never buying again from them again...

Next Day Pets Bad business experience

We ordered a dog bed from www.nextdaypets.com. The bed arrived and we determined it was too small. I went to the website and followed all of their "rules" in regard to returning an item. Long story short, we're getting the runaround or nothing at all from them...no return authorization number(I've asked 3 times as of today)...they said at their last communication (12/11/09) that they were "reviewing" my request (I just want a return authorization number - if there's an "issue" with the item it can be determined after I return it!) I will never do business with this website again and suggest that you also look elsewhere - luckily there are many other pet supply businesses out there.
