Marijane's weight management journey
I have been trying to lose 10 lbs since my last son was born 40 years ago. I have tried every
Weight loss program, diet books, supplement,,work out programs, etc.- to no avail. TI do aerbics 5 times a week, Yes, I do want to feel and look better, but also want to have good health as I age. NextMed has been the answer. I have lost 9 lbs in 4 months. Doesn't sound like much except to me.The staff is so helpful and encouraging and I am thrilled to have finally found success on my weight loss journey.g
It works so well!
I was skeptical and not losing weight while working out. I didn't know nor understand the key I was missing. Having done Atkins for a few months, I just simply wasn't losing weight. I saw a commercial on Fox News and decided to give it a try. To my pleasant surprise, it was really easy and works. I quickly found that my issue was "Caloric Intake". After the first dose, my appetite was suppressed. I was able to do intermittent fasting with no issues, no hunger, and the pounds started to drop off. I had zero side effects, felt great and the more weight that I lose the better I feel and the more energy I have. I hope this helps someone on the fence, checking the program out.
I have a borderline A1C and I am?
I have a borderline A1C and I am menopausal. Losing weight had been very difficult for me. I decided to try Ozembic to see if it would work. The process began with bloodworm at my home and a teleconference with physician. My medication was sent to my pharmacy and was covered and in the 4 months is using the medication? I've lost 20lbs. Nextmed has been extremely professional and efficient with ensuring my medication was delivered to my pharmacy in a timely manner. Whenever I've had questions of any kind, they are fast and responding?no later than a day and often the same day. My service representative Julie L. Has been extremely supportive and helpful whenever I've had questions. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Overall a very positive experience.

I wouldn’t recommend to my enemies.
They stopped accepting my insurance. Lied that I wouldn’t be charged after pause to work on canceling my account- charged twice girl services I never received. Said they would send to cancellation team on September 28th- emailed again after getting charged for a visit fee for a visit that didn’t exist- and they said Oh Openloop charged you for NextMed, you need to contact them. I asked for my cancelation update and was told again on October 22nd it would be forwarded to the correct team.
These people are scammers. I’m working with my FSA to get these charges blocked from my
account because NextMed is useless. I recommend Sequence instead. They picked up where NextMed failed. Also do NOT talk to NextMed by phone- keep correspondence by email because they lie. They don’t deserve a single star.
Recommendation: Do not use NextMed
Poor communication-inconsistent billing practices-lack of consistent care-I could go on
I've had a varied experience with NextMed.
It started out rocky and I felt left in the dark, begging for follow up. No one was there to explain the next steps or guide me in any way. I didn't even have an initial visit with the doctor. I just filled out a questionnaire, went and had labs. That's it.
Then, things got better and for several months things went well. I had a contact person, got my prescriptions taken care of, had my follow up appointments (2, maybe 3).
All the while, they were very inconsistent with their billing. After about 3 or 4 months, they suddenly stopped charging me my monthly "membership" fee and I started getting charged an office visit fee. Not one to rock the boat, I didn't ask questions. My mistake, I guess.
Then, after MONTHS of no monthly charges, I get a call out of the blue and they want to catch my account up for EVERY month that I've been on the medication. It didn't matter that I was left entirely on MY OWN for all but 2 of those months with no follow up with their doctors. They wanted their "membership" fee. I realize that I signed up for that, but when they suddenly stopped charging me, how is that my fault?
The only good things that I've experienced is that for that short period, I had a direct contact that I could text with any questions or get refills called in. I got the medication that I wanted, but at what cost?
My 1-year mark is coming up and I will be finding another provider.
Recommendation: Unless you're desperate and have money to burn, find another provider
The drugs work and I lost weight. But choose another company.
The communication between this company and the patient is almost nonexistent. They won't give you a phone number so you are unable to call them. All you can do is email them and pray that you get a response. They are quick to take your money but you may get charged for two or three months before you actually get any treatment. I recommend the medications...but get them some place else. Been waiting a month for a refill. My pharmacy claims they have tried to contact NextMed themselves several times. No response.
Recommendation: Find another source.
Stay away! They are shady!
Their customer service department is horrible and do not expect help. They only read from a script and will only answer with a generic answer. They do not run insurance correctly. Labs, that I know for a fact, are covered under my insurance, they first say good to go. They did not process the order for labs, waited a month and came back with a cash amount I needed to pay. Every time you speak to them the price changes, or there is another charge/invoice sent, always increasing by $19-$20.00 a transaction. You will receive the medication, about 2 weeks after you first pay. I am happy with the medication, and have lost 12lbs in the 1st month... but they do too many shady things within their billing and provider practices. I will be going somewhere local that offers this same program.
Scam
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Im sure they offer some sort of product but their customer service is terrible. I joined and immediately cancelled to see what their services were like, I didn’t want a reoccurring subscription. Somehow, I was enrolled and charged. I thought, well this will be easy enough, NOT. Their website makes you re-enter you credit card information upon logging in and you have to select an appointment date before it will allow you to go any further. I called their phone number and immediately reached a message that I was going to be scheduled for a call back, which never happened. I then wrote an email explaining the situation and that I would like a refund. Someone replied with a generic, “ Thank you for reaching out to us. Regarding your concern we can help you on step by step process on your weight loss journey,” obviously they didn’t read my email. Super frustrating.
Recommendation: Avoid
NextMed: The Game-changing Life-saving Experience
I wanna tell you about my experience with NextMed. I had a knee surgery last year in October and during my recovery, the doctors told me that I was in a pre-diabetic state and required insulin before my first meal in over 16 hours! I was appalled since my primary doctor had not told me about this condition beforehand (she also didn't mention how high my liver levels were!). However, a finger poke test confirmed that the doctors were right about my condition.
This was an eye-opener for me since I weighed 242 pounds and this could have been life-threatening! I knew I had to do something. So, I did my research and came across NextMed. Rena, the customer service representative answered all my queries (and there were over 2000 of them!) diligently and patiently. She even connected me to Dr. Riley who prescribed Mounjaro.
I have to say that NextMed saved my life! With Mounjaro, I was able to shed 70 pounds in just 5 months! And my last blood work showed normal levels all around! I can't thank NextMed enough, and Rena is simply the best in customer service. She made me feel like an important person with her attentiveness and empathy.
In conclusion, if you're looking to make a positive and healthy change in your life, NextMed is the way to go. They have excellent customer service and their medical services are top-notch. Thank you, NextMed, and Rena, for the life-changing experience!
Horrible Experience with NextMed: Shoddy Services and Non-existent Customer Support
I recently had a terrible experience with NextMed. I was charged immediately after signing up for their services, but it was all downhill from there. Their customer service was non-existent, and I was unable to get in touch with anyone when I needed assistance.
I received an email indicating that my prescription would be filled soon, but I never heard from anyone at NextMed again. To make matters worse, I was charged for their monthly fee a couple of weeks later. I was shocked to receive another email, informing me that they were in contact with my PA at my insurance company for approval. However, I never gave them any information about my insurance, so this was a complete lie.
NextMed's services were shoddy and untrustworthy. They have no qualms taking your money and making grand promises that they cannot deliver on. I would not waste a single penny here, as you will receive hardly anything in return for your investment.
My Disappointing Experience with NextMed's Anti-Aging Program - A Warning to Others
I recently gave NextMed a try by signing up for their anti-aging program. Unfortunately, I encountered multiple issues that left me feeling frustrated and concerned for my well-being. To begin with, the intake process was a mess. Although I was specifically interested in the anti-aging program, NextMed sent me forms for weight loss instead and completely neglected to provide me with the necessary intake forms for the anti-aging program. When I reached out to them to ask why nothing was happening after close to two months, I was met with silence. No response at all.
Despite their lack of communication, NextMed continued to charge me. I was never able to speak to a doctor or any other medical professional, something that they had promised me I would be able to do. This was especially concerning to me because they offered me medication for weightloss, even though they knew nothing about me or my health history. They even offered to provide me with the medication immediately, without waiting for my insurance company to approve it. The medication they offered was semiglutide, which is a generic diabetes and weightloss medication that is injectable and highly regulated. The fact that they were offering me this drug without a consultation with a medical professional was big red flag for me. Not to mention, I wasn't even on a weight loss program!
Overall, my experience with NextMed was far from pleasant. Although I had high hopes for their anti-aging program, their communication was lacking, their intake process was disorganized, and they offered me dangerous medication without fully understanding my health needs. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
NextMed's Medicaid Fraud: An Honest Review of Their Weight Loss Program
I recently had an experience with NextMed and I must say, it was not a positive one. I was interested in their "$99 same prescription" weight loss program and decided to give it a try. However, things quickly went downhill.
I made the decision to cancel the program only 34 hours after purchasing it and requested a refund. What I received was a response stating that they were unable to process the refund due to the fact that I had already gone to get my labs done. They claimed that this was a part of their service, but I am confused as to how. The only thing they did was order the labs, which my insurance ended up paying for. So why am I unable to receive a refund?
This experience has left me questioning NextMed's practices and has even led me to believe that they may be engaging in malpractice and health care fraud. They are essentially charging customers for services that they did not receive, and that is completely unacceptable.
I paid for their services, but what services did they really provide? They ordered labs that I ended up paying for out of pocket. They did not provide me with any valuable information or guidance, and yet, they refuse to give me a refund. This is a clear case of dishonesty and lack of transparency that should not be ignored.
I strongly advise against trusting this company. They are not to be trusted and will take advantage of unsuspecting customers without any remorse. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for weight loss solutions.
Top-Notch Medical Service: My Experience with Nextmed.com
I had the chance to use nextmed.com and communicate with Dr. Palumbo, and it's been about three months, I must say that my experience is top-notch. Dr. Palumbo did a wonderful job in promptly refilling my medication. Shout-out to JM, who has been very friendly and professional. I've never felt ignored since the moment I sent a refill request in. I always get timely updates from the doctor and staff in a few hours.
In addition to Dr. Palumbo's promptness, the staff at nextmed.com is exceptional and provides excellent customer service. They always prioritize my concerns, and it's clear that they truly care about their job and providing amazing customer service.
All in all, I can definitely say that nextmed.com is great and worth it if you're in the market for reliable and trustworthy medical advice and medication refills. April 17, 2023, was an amazing experience that I'd go back to again and again.
NextMed Review: My Phenomenal Weight Loss Journey with this Online Program
I been utilizing NextMed for a bit now, since November of '22 to be exact, to aid me in my weight management journey. Initially, I was skeptical of using an online program to help me lose weight, but this platform has truly exceeded my expectations. After signing up and paying the initial fee, I had my labs scheduled in no time, and within ten short days, I was already able to get my program started.
I must say that the prospection process was much smoother than I anticipated, especially considering how daunting it can be to start a new program or regimen. However, with NextMed, my journey was pretty much straightforward thanks to their easy-to-follow program instructions. After submitting my insurance details and pharmacy information, I received my prescription, and from then on, I got in touch with the doctors to understand my plan better.
The weight loss results I've seen since starting this program have been phenomenal for me and my body, and I'm the first to say that it wasn't anywhere near an easy journey to get here. To achieve my weight loss goals, I decided that healthy eating and consistent exercise would be the best course of action for me. I maintained that regiment in conjunction with the medication prescribed by the NextMed doctors, and BOOM, that's when magic started happening.
I'm no stranger to the struggle of trying to lose weight - I've tried many different things, approaches, and programs over the years, and nothing has come close to the effectiveness of NextMed. Initially, communication through the portal and email was a bit of a challenge. Still, After working with Nico R, my new Customer Support Agent assigned to work with me, things have gone a lot smoother. Nico was an excellent liaison between myself and the doctors and has been very responsive over text, which made my overall experience much more enjoyable.
To sum up, I would highly recommend NextMed to anyone looking for a reliable and effective way to manage their weight. My experience overall has been fantastic, and I'm so grateful that I decided to give it a try. So... if you're looking to achieve your weight goals while also having a great support system along the way, NextMed is simply the way to go.
Mixed Results with NextMed: Ozempic Works Wonders but Refills are a Hassle!
Me and my old lady decided that we wanna lose some weight, so we signed up for NextMed. We got charged right away, which was kinda annoying, but whatever. Then we had to wait for weeks just to get our bloodwork orders. We checked that website every day, and there was nothing there. Eventually, we got our prescriptions, and that Ozempic stuff really does work wonders. I lost 44 pounds and my lady lost 19, which is pretty good considering she didn't have as much to lose. The medicine makes you not feel as hungry, and the weight just starts melting off.
But then we gotta get refills, and that's when things really started to suck. We tried to request refills on the website, and we kept going back and forth with emails for a while. Finally, they hit us with some bad news: they're out of network, so they can't get us refills. They got some alternative medication, but that stuff costs ten times what our insurance would cover! No thanks, NextMed! We cancelled that junk right away.
I gotta admit, though, that the Ozempic is the best weight loss drug I ever used. And I done tried them all! If you wanna lose weight, get yourself some injections. But don't bother with NextMed. They're not worth the hassle. Find yourself a good doctor or a service provider that knows what they doing.
Next Medical Review: Shady Company, Broken Promises, and No Support!
Last year I joined Next Medical with the intention to lose some weight. I was initially disappointed to see that there were no virtual meetings with an MD or coach, and that I was left on my own. Also, the only way to contact customer service was through email, which may not be ideal for some people. If you need to speak with a representative, you have to leave a bit of a nasty review, and then they'll be all over you. It's like they don't even want to talk to you unless you're angry and frustrated.
For the first four months, Next Medical sent me prescription refills for Ozempic, but then things started to go downhill. The pharmacy never received the fourth and fifth-month refills, even though I had already paid for them. So, I left a really negative review, but they must have deleted it because I never heard anything back from them. It wasn't until I threatened to take legal action against them that I finally got a supervisor to contact me.
The supervisor told me that they had thousands of patients, which seemed like an odd excuse to me. When I said that I wanted assurance that I would receive refills for the remaining two months, he said that he couldn't make that promise. I told him that I would delete my negative reviews if they could guarantee me the medication. They sent me the last dose, but then the scripts stopped again. I am now out of money for the last month.
To be honest, this whole ordeal has been really stressful for me. I've even gained back the weight that I had lost during the four months when I was receiving the medication. I think that Next Medical is a shady company, and I'm planning on contacting the Better Business Bureau to see if there are other unsatisfied customers who would be interested in filing a class action lawsuit.
My advice to anyone out there is to avoid Next Medical at all costs. They make promises that they can't keep, and they'll leave you high and dry after they've taken your money. It's just not worth the aggravation.
I would be interested in a class action lawsuit against this company!
Excellent Customer Service: NextMed Came Through for Me!
So, I gotta tell ya that I was a little worried about nextmed after checking out some reviews. But I gotta say, they really came through for me when my insurance denied one med that was prescribed and they quickly got me on another one. Unfortunately, that medication didn't suit me as it was a daily injection. So, I figured I would turn to nextmed and ask them to slap in some pre-approval for another medication. And sure enough, they told me they had it covered. But then, a couple of days later, my insurance company sent me a letter saying that medication #1 was a no-go (which I already knew) but that they would approve medication #3. Now, that's the medication I actually asked for in the first place!
So, I got in touch with nextmed right away to see what was going on. And this awesome person named JM got on the horn with me, which was amazing. She made sure to stay on the line with me throughout our whole convo, too. Anyway, during that talk I found out that they never submitted medication #3 for pre-approval, which was definitely a downer. Especially since I'd already forked over payment for two months and still had zero meds. But JM was the bomb and quickly sent in the pre-approval request with me still on the line and then got authority right away.
And get this - she then reached out to the doctor's office to make sure that the prescription got sent through. I'm really stoked that I'm working with JM and David. I'm seriously crossing my fingers that the meds show up soon so I can get going on my weight loss journey. These guys rock!
NextMed- A Game-Changer in Weight Loss: My Experience with Their Dedicated Staff
I recently relied on NextMed to help me lose weight and I can confidently say that the staff is nothing short of amazing. Miellette B, Lyka and Athena were all incredibly kind, understanding and dedicated to making sure that I received my medication on time and that I am making progress. Let's be real, nobody wants to be fat and now we have a chance to use an FDA approved drug that just melts the weight off. Of course, you need to work at it with a solid diet and some exercise, but NextMed makes it easy for you to realize your weight loss goals.
One of the major benefits of NextMed's program is that it's suitable for people of all fitness levels. You don't have to put excessive pressure on your knees or hips, especially if you have arthritis. In my case, my primary doctor and my orthopedic doctor had both been urging me to lose weight. It was hard because my knees hurt, but now with NextMed, I am able to walk a few times a week. It's simply miraculous! What's more, they have real doctors who keep a close eye on you and are genuinely concerned about your progress. Dr. Reilly, in particular, was a very nice man.
I really appreciate the fact that the NextMed team is non-judgmental and genuinely wants the best for their clients. They are also very reasonable in terms of pricing and accept insurance which makes it an even easier choice for anyone who wants to lose some weight. It's simply a no-brainer! I would urge anyone who is interested in weight loss to start the program as soon as possible so that you can wear your bathing suit with complete confidence this year.
The quarantine period was full of stress and the only relief was to eat and cook since we were all stuck at home. Many of us gained weight during that period and now we're all trying to shed the excess pounds as fast as we can. Thanks to NextMed, we can achieve our health goals quickly and easily.
I am really impressed with this company and I must say that the staff here is simply fantastic. They are super-nice and always willing to help. I just hope that NextMed succeeds for a long time because I don't see any negatives to this program. In fact, it even helps with sugar levels! Personally, I hate taking pictures of myself, but I am already looking forward to posting a picture of myself in my bathing suit with a nice tan. Thank you NextMed and your wonderful staff for all your help. Sincerely, Lyn.

DO NOT USE NEXTMED
DONT NOT USE NEXTMED I had an Zoom medical appointment with Amy Dougherty, FNP-BC. This Nurse gave me false information and she falsified her medical summary notes from the appointment she and I had. I had an appointment with Amy Doughtery today 8/16/2023.
Amy advised me that she can not service me today due to my Medical Insurance being Medicaidare. I said to her that I am not using any medical insurance, that I have been paying out of pocket for my services.
Her denial of services came at the ending point of the appointment, when she told me that she needed more lab work from me, and that she is placing an order for labs and that I should go to labcorp. I then asked her if I could obtain the lab work from my primary care doctor because I don't want to pay for the labs from the lab corp. I have Medicare and Emblemhealth.
Amy then asked me did, I have Medicare due to a disability( I find this discriminatory). It's really none of her business why I have Medicare. Amy seems a tad bit discriminative.
I said yes, I have Medicare due to a disability, Amy then strongly advised me not to use nextmed to use another provider instead of NextMed and that I could lose my Medicare Benefits. I said how when I am paying for these services out of my pocket. She said your insurance is on file. Medicare does not pay for weight loss meds. I said I know Medicare does not pay for WL medication. This is why I am paying for everything out of my pocket.
Amy then said that she will notify nextmed and tell them, I can not service you today and this is when I finally got a smile from Amy. After she said that she could not service me today she smiled. I said to her that I am not using any medical insurance, that I have been paying out of pocket for my services. Amy said there are several other services you can use. I said oh I guess I'll just go back to using the Medi Spa in Nevada which I have to fly out to. Amy said oh why would you have to do that I'm quite sure there are other places like nextMed.
I then asked Amy if she has any places that she can recommend. She said no, with another smile. Amy then got a sudden burst of energy and said I'll be contacting nextmed and telling them I cant service you today, and to refund your money. I said thank you for your help Amy. Have a good day. That concludes our zoom visit.
In the initial intake when I signed up for next med in June 2023 I did upload my medical insurance because that's what the form asked for. It asked if I had medical insurance and to upload a picture of the cards. In which I did. I was under the impression that I was paying out of my pocket for these services.
I was so nervous that I was almost in tears. I called Medicare and told them about the conversation and how the Nurse said I can lose my Medicare benefits. Medicare then informed me that, that is misinformation. Medicare care said the only way I can lose my Medicare is if I dont pay my premium.
I then contacted NextMed,I told the rep that I did not authorize any usage of my Medical Insurance. The nextmed CSR confirmed to me that I am not using anytype of insurance. I am paying out of my pocket as my credit card statement reflects. In June I paid for the doctor's visit and 128.00 for the medication. I then requested the nextmed rep to please delete my medical insurance cards off of the medical records please.
At this time I am requesting to cancel the services of open loop and next med. Also please delete my insurance information off the records, if it has not already been removed. I was solely understanding that I was paying for these services out of pocket. I did not authorize any usage of my medical insurances.
Lastly, Amy Doughtery was not personable at all, from the start of the appointment. No kind hello or anything as soon as she saw me on the video she was not welcoming at all. Amy was asking me for my medical information in a very flat and rude tone. No smile nothing, not even a greeted smile from the start of the Zoom Call. I have reason to believe by her initial attitude that Amy may be biased toward a certain type of people. Her entire impression was discriminatory. I would like to request a copy of the Zoom Meeting between Amy Doughtery and Myself. I also would like to suggest that you review that meeting as well. I have served my community and worked for half of my life. I expect the same courtesy and respect as anyone else.
Please note I am not coming to the conclusion that Amy may be discriminatory because Amy said she could not service me, in fact I was thanking her for notifying me that I could lose my Medical benefits for paying out of pocket for NextMed. Amy's attitude and demeanor was nasty from the start of the Zoom Call.
I worked 20 years of my life fighting crime I deserved accurate information and better service. Amy is dishonest. I also read her medical summary the document is falsified.
They have no issue charging your card! But lots of issues getting your meds to you!
I have been with NextMed since July 2023. In August 2023, they double charged me for a doctor's visit. I reached out and after some back and forth they refunded the extra charge. Then, I got my labs as requested, uploaded them to the portal and emailed the labs to the support team a few days prior to my appointment. During my next doctor's visit, the doctor advised could not access the lab work, the doctor cancelled my appointment and advised there would be no charge due to the mistake. I was charged for the doctor's visit. I had to reach out, after some back and forth, I was refunded for the visit. Finally, I got my first month of medication. Please note you will be charged for their monthly service fee of $138 per month weather the medication is issued or not, weather they have messed up or not and that monthly charge doesn't include your medication or doctor's visit. My first round of medication for 1 month was $99. The following month I was charged for a doctor's visit, the subscription of $138 and my medication was now $111 for a month supply. Unfortunately, that second month of medication never arrived and after reaching out to their support team, I was advised they switched pharmacies and that my prescription must have gotten lost. They refund the money for the missing refill, set up another doctor's appointment that I had to pay for again. At this point I have now paid for 3 months of their subscription service and had only received 1 month of medication. I should have cancelled then but the medication really works, and I figured due to the medication's popularity, it was just some supply hiccups and moved forward. My next round of medication went up to $121 for October, another doctor's visit charge and the $138 for the subscription. November the cost went up to $141 on top of the other monthly cost and doctor's visit. I then go to refill in December to find out the cost has jumped up to $390 on top of the $138 for the monthly subscription but are now claiming the cost covers the doctor's fee and a 2-month supply of medication. I had to skip my refill because I had not budgeted for over $500 between medication and monthly service charges. I reached out about the price increase and got an email back that they were changing platforms/services and that the cost was correct. Lastly, I ordered my refill last week. They promptly took $390 from my bank account the same day- I never received a receipt, I never received confirmation that the prescription was issued or shipped. I reach out today and received a response that the pharmacy is backed-up, but I should get tracking information soon and my medication should be shipped in the coming days. The email outlined "medication package for a month supply, Doctor's fee, unlimited messaging with the provider anytime and anywhere, and you will not need to have monthly video consultation appointment for your refill." However, the website said when I agreed to the charge that $390 was for a 2-month supply. I am now waiting to hear back from their support team to confirm whether I will receive a one-month or two-month supply for $390. They are not transparent about their pricing; they will charge your card with no warning and at times charge you in error. The support team replies to your concerns with generic response that never fully answer the questions you ask. I would definitely look into other programs before agreeing to NextMed. I will be making a switch! I've paid $138 per month since July 2023 and have only received medication 4 times in 7 months. I hope they return my email soon and explain the $390 charge and how much medication that includes.
Update: I have now been contacted advising my medication is only for a 1-month supply at $390, so the price increased from $141 to $390 in 30 days. Yesterday, I was told my medication was delayed because the pharmacy is backed-up. Today I am told my medication is to be delivered today. It makes no sense and does not add up! I am trying to cancel the prescription and get a refund of my $390 but I am getting the run around.
To recap the current issues:
1.) I never received a consultation with a doctor to discuss my medication needs- no messages were sent to me through the portal, by phone or email.
2.) I never received a receipt for the $390 taken from my account. I also have an additional $2.00 charge from NextMedical pending from bank account- I have no clue what the $2 is for.
3.) I was not told what dosage I was given.
4.) When I agreed to the $390, their website clearly stated I was agreeing to a 2-month supply, however, I later found out that it was only a 1-month supply.
5.) I called yesterday 01/30/2024 and was told a cancellation was submitted- so I have no understanding as to why the medication was shipped out or set for delivery today 01/31/2024.
6.) I have not received any tracking information.
I want a refund of the $390 and I want to cancel their services all together at this point.
Update: I finally spoke to someone on the phone who has confirmed I will be refunded the $390 once it's confirmed the medication, that I was told on back order yesterday, but told today was shipped to me and set to deliver to my home today, is returned to the pharmacy through UPS's return to sender process. I was promised a phone call tomorrow with an update on the tracking of the package. I also received confirmation that they cancelled my month subscription.
As long as I get my refund and they never charge my card again- I will be happy to say this is resolved. However, I would warn everyone to steer clear of this company!
Nextmed Review: Terrible Experience, Hidden Fees, and No Refund Policy
This place, Nextmed, I tell you, it's a complete joke! I paid $99 thinking I could get everything done, but no, they require labs and it's also a membership, can you believe that? So, I decided to switch to a different company. I mean come on, who wants to deal with all of that nonsense, right? I sent them an email just 15 minutes after they charged me, but 5 weeks later and after about 10 emails back and forth, they STILL haven't given me my refund. Can you imagine? And as if that wasn't bad enough, just yesterday, I found out they charged me $188. What in the world is going on here? I specifically requested a cancellation of my membership and a refund of my $99 because I followed their 24-hour policy. But no, it seems like they just don't care about their customers at all. I'm definitely not recommending this place to anyone I know. Stay away!

Terrible Service and Scam Billing: My Experience with NextMed.com
This company is the worst! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! I'm furious with their service, this is my first time ever writing a review but I had to speak out. I went to their website, nextmed.com, to get some lab work done back in October. But, I didn't hear back from them until November. And when I finally did, they didn't provide me with the medication that I wanted - weight loss medication. Instead, they sent me some anti-nausea medication. What a waste of time! And now, the real kicker is that they have been charging me $188 every month, ever since! And despite getting in touch with them, since December, I have still not been able to get my money back. Can you believe it? I am so angry, it's like they are taking my money without providing me with any service that I actually needed. I would never use them again! Don't make the mistake I did!
Terrible Experience with NextMed for GLP-1 Weightloss Rx: Strongly Discourage Anyone from Using Their Services
I had a really terrible experience with NextMed and would not recommend them to anyone looking for GLP-1 weightloss Rx. Honestly, it was such a frustrating experience that I would steer clear of them for any medical needs at all. When I tried to get in touch with them for some basic questions, I found that they would not answer my calls or emails. I had to go through a long process just to reach someone who could help me, and even then they were not very helpful.
In the end, I was not able to get the medical authorization that I needed from my insurance provider through NextMed. They promised that they would try to help me, but they didn't even make an effort to get it done. Despite the fact that they provided no actual services for me, I was still charged $188 per month for their "services." I tried to cancel, but they refused to let me do so. It's such an unethical practice that I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company.
It's worth noting that other customers have had similarly terrible experiences with this company. The Better Business Bureau has given them an F rating, and I would recommend that anyone considering using their services to check out those ratings before making any decisions. Overall, I was extremely unhappy with my experience with NextMed and would not use them again - and I would advise others to do the same.
Not Worth the Hassle: My Negative Experience with NextMed
I gotta say, this company called NextMed ain't all that great, no way. I would've put zero stars if it was up to me, you know what I mean? The whole thing seems like a sham, if you ask me. At first, they set ya up with an appointment and ya talk to this nurse or doctor or somethin', but after that first meeting, you're left in the wind. They give ya the meds ya need, but if your insurance don't cover it, they're still taking your money! Every month, coming for your wallet like a ninja in the night. And if you try to pull the plug? Well, you're gettin' charged for two whole months! It's crazy.
But that ain't even the worst part, believe it or not. If you wanna reach out and try to get some answers, there's no chat, no email, and their phone line puts ya through this ridiculous loop on hold. You'll be wasting your whole day, even though they're suckin' money outta you like a vampire. It seems like they don't care about their customers at all, so I wouldn't recommend signin' up for this company. Save your time and money for somethin' else, like getting a cup of coffee with a friend or somethin'.
NextMed Review: Poor Customer Service, Faulty IT Systems, and Irresponsible Billing Practices
billing, and IT. I have had numerous issues since I joined in November 2022 and even after I followed the company policy and submitted notice to stop service, they continued to take money from my account without authorization. This has caused me significant financial burden, and despite multiple attempts to rectify the issue, the problem persists.
The lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by NextMed has been shocking. Despite promises from a customer service representative supervisor that no more money would be taken from my bank account, they continued to withdraw funds without my consent. When I called to address the issue, I was met with excuses and blame placed on computer glitches.
I would not recommend NextMed to anyone due to their poor customer service, faulty IT systems, and irresponsible billing practices. If you can find an alternative provider, I suggest you avoid this company at all costs.
NextMed.com is a SCAM - Beware!
DO NOT BE FOOLED! This website, NextMed (nextmed.com), is a complete rip-off! They trick you into signing up for their subscription service, and then make it impossible for you to cancel. I signed up for their service and was charged for three months despite having canceled after the first month. There was no phone number to call, only an email that no one ever responded to.
I decided to stop payment at my bank, but to my surprise, the payments still came out, and their payee name changed slightly monthly so they could still collect my money for nothing! Needless to say, I have three payments out and no medication. Worse yet, I can't even see my labs because they claim to be waiting for insurance approval.
I asked my doctor for a script in January, and she called it in for me. I was approved instantly, so I thought I could finally cancel my service. But no, they're still charging me! I had to get a new debit card just to stop their payments, and now I have to dispute payments with my bank. This is a complete scam!
Overall, I highly recommend staying away from NextMed (nextmed.com) at all costs. Do not fall for their tricks and their website. They are a scam! I would give them a 0 out of 0 if it were possible.
Nextmed.com Review: A Complete Disaster - Stay Far, Far Away!
I gotta say, my experience with nextmed.com was just a complete disaster. Like seriously, it was terrible. I was like, "Okay, let's give this a try." And then they took my hard-earned $99. And then what? Nothing happened, just silence and crickets. Like, what kind of service is that?
After waiting for what felt like an eternity, they finally ordered my labs. But guess what? That wasn't the end of my frustration. Oh no. I waited for my zoom meeting with their provider, and even though I was on time, the provider was freaking late. And when she finally showed up, I was facing a sound issue. But instead of giving me time to fix it, she just ended the meeting! Like, what kind of customer service is that?
Feeling utterly fed up with nextmed.com, I tried reaching out to them multiple times. And let me tell you, it was a total waste of my time. I spent days on hold, only to be told by a freaking recording that they couldn't take my call. Can you freaking believe it? I mean, seriously, what kind of a company treats its customers like this?
Finally, I couldn't take it anymore. I cancelled my credit card and reported the charge as freaking fraud. That's right, folks. I had to take things into my own hands because nextmed.com just can't get its act together. If I could give them a lower review than one freaking star, I would. Save yourself the hassle and stay far, far away from this dumpster fire of a company.
Avoid Nextmed: Terrible customer service, cancelled appointments, missing medication. Scam alert!
I've been a member of Nextmed for a month now and I have had the worst experience ever. Firstly, I was offered a promo code upon joining, but I couldn't enter it on the site. I tried everything, but it just wouldn't work. It was so frustrating because I could have saved some money on my subscription fees.
That's not even the half of it. The personal data I entered has been changed and removed multiple times. It's so annoying because every time I log in I have to update it all over again or email it to someone. I mean, it's just basic information like my name and location, why is it so hard to keep it the same?
And if that wasn't enough, all of the doctor's appointments I had scheduled were canceled without any reason or explanation. I haven't talked to anyone since I joined. I was really looking forward to speaking with the doctor and discussing my health issues, but it hasn't happened yet.
What's even worse is that there's no way to get in touch with Nextmed. The phone number they provided doesn't work, and they haven't replied to all my emails. It's like they don't care about their members at all!
To make matters worse, I subscribed for a month worth of medication and haven't received anything so far. I mean, what's the point of paying for something when you are not getting it?
I am beyond disappointed with Nextmed and currently trying to cancel my membership. I am 95% sure it's a complete scam. I would not recommend this site to anyone, and if you're looking for health care services, look elsewhere.
This company does not follow through with request. I have been without medication for 4 months and still cannot get any, because it is out of stock. No follow up has happened despite my many efforts in contacting them via email, phone and messaging. They have no problems in taking money from you. I am completely appalled.
The people you get in the service call are all very knowledgeable. Not to mention their assistance on anything you ask them. The fact that you get an email detailing what was discussed is amazing.
Waited as long as 3 months and nothing! Look at this message they sent me. They spelled OUR like ARE. Im sure a profesional legit company wouldn't do that. Took forever to cancel my membership after receiving literally nothing. RUN!
