Nick Scali, has to have the worst customer service in history. We purchased a lounge set that was apparently in stock and quick delivery a month prior to when we needed it delivered. On the day of delivery we get a message saying it won't be delivered due to damage. I call up their terrible 1300 number and received the worst customer service, no loan coach, no compensation and only to be told I would have to wait another month for it to be delivered. I tried calling the Osborne Park store and dealt with Brett "The Manager" who had no empathy and basically said they don't do loan coaches, "these things happen in life, and I'll have to just wait for it". He also said he would escalate to his regional manager which he clearly hasn't and won't give out this regional managers number even though, old mate Brett has no power to actually do anything to sort it out. So now, we still have no coach and no call back from them. Absolutely terrible and would not recommend anyone purchase anything from them. They are rude once they have your money...and absolutely disgusting with their service.
Recommendation: do not buy anything from them
