I had purchased Nike sports shoes in the last week of January 2013 during Sale period. I use my shoes only for morning walks of 2km approximately. Till the end of May, both my shoes had developed a hole big enough to put a finger inside.
I took them to the Nike Store, South Extension part -2, from where I purchased it. They clicked a picture of the shoes and I was told that there isn't any warrenty on sale items. They told me that it must be tight fitted. I wore the shoes in front of them and though it was not so tight at all, they didn't take any action.
I have checked my all receits and other cash memos for the items I bought from past one year but I could not find the Nike one. It must have been faded out as the print was so light that hardly anything is was visible.
Its unfortunate that i have to lodge a complaint against such a reputed international brand and I am really disappounted that the quality of the shoes are so bad that it ruins within 3-4 months.

i bought a basketball shoes for my son on [protected] from nike carrefour Alexandria and after 1 week one pair of the shoe had severe damage from the front and the left. When i called the nike back they took the shoe from 4-4 2013 till [protected] and answered back that this is misuse and it is not the responsibility of the company. Of course this is nonesense because if we misused the shoes, we would have damaged both pairs not only one pair. In addition to this a nike shoes should be tolerable and stong, isn;t it? or should we put it on the shelf and watch it?

I had bought Mercurial brand of shoe from Nike... This is meant for playing concrete football... Within 3 months of purchase the sole of the shoe.complete torn off... Tried to reach different Nike shops without any help.. Even planet sports where I purchased this from said they can't help and it happens with this shoes... If that is true then Nike has been cheating us by taking high price for a product with a specialised feature in it! They claimed this to be for playing in the concrete when other shoes would last longer than this If played in concrete... I would like Nike to compensate for the loss of money and also for the cost of trouble and mental agony we have gone through..

I went on the internet to buy trainers and I came across a website called cheapniketrainers.co.uk, so I choose the trainers and paid and received a receipt by email and it said I will have the trainers in 5 days. But I didn’t receive anything. I have contacted them several times but no reply.

Two days ago I got the NIke Air Max 2013 Women Pink Black shoe. I am little lost, because the shoes are little mucky.

I went on line to nikeairmax1.co.uk to order a pair of women’s Nike air max shoes for $69.90 & had to pay an extra $10.00. I paid by debit card & the money was taken from my account, I know this because I checked my account status only minutes after being on the Nike site...

I bought runing shoes from "NIKE" (NO :- [protected] ) on 09-09-2012 from the nike company showroom in DB mall bhopal ( f-12, first floor).After wearing it i realized that the front part of the shoes is not so comfortable as i expected and the shoes i bought is for runing purpose and nike always committ that its runing shoes are of very good quality but there is defect in the shoes. I had complaint about this after using two three times but your employee said to me that the problem will go automatically after using it for sometime.I had also given the shoe to the shop to remove the defect but they there was no positive response from your side. The quality of the shoes are not upto the mark . I am not satisfied with your uncasual response
I would request for a REPLACEMENT for my shoes at the earliest possible, I dont expect such quality of shoes from a company like NIKE after paying so much.I Expect a satisfactory reply at the earliest from your side.

I tried to purchase a pr of Nike retro 3 Jordans for a friends daughter. I should have seen the signs.. THIS IS A SCAM ! I ordered the shoes and the made the payment, waited for a reply email that pay had been when recd and the shipping date. Hoping in time for Christmas, . I went on the site today and my order has been been deleted. But unfortunately and of course my money was not returned. I am working with my bank now to get the $80.00 back.. I have emaild the company 6 times with no response. Of course there is no phone number listed which should have been another clue.. DONOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE or any site that has cheap nikes cheap jordans retrojordans.. Look and see if there is a drawing of the customer service rep- it si the same pic on each site.

i buy one pair shoes from the nikefree-runshoes.org, the shoes logo is tape longer up, the shoe on the right side the logos is longer down they are not tape same. oh my god you are hilarous bad bad understading.There are not god quality the logo ones is longer down and the other opp. And there's is blue paint on the back bad paintwork. People and friends is laughting at me. They see the problem. Sure you don't. Haha so I have to pay more if I want to changes each pair. Hahha and you haven't answer me this question. Are you one more times sure as you blame earlier that the air max is not fake? This is bad business.fake shoes with bad service.

I ordered from this store online a pair of shoes. The website seemed legitimate it was copy righted and it was encrypted. I even got a confirmation email. there is not number to call, no one responds to my emails and I never got the items I purchased. the money was taken from my bank and the transaction showed to be from a URFADDISH wholesale jewelry which is not where I ordered from.

FRAUDULENT WEBSITE: www.nikecanadaonline.ca The scam is a website that appeared to hijack the Nike.com site on Cyber Monday. I went to Nike.com and when I went to purchase my shoes, I was rerouted and nikecanadaonline appeared to complete my purchase. I thought I was still on Nike.com's official site. I paid for the shoes with VIsa and never received the shoes. I got an email from nikecanadaonline confirming my purchase then a follow up email from visamasterpay - this is also fake. When I called the "US" customer service number, ([protected]) a girl named SHADOW from China answered and after a long discussion, she admitted that visamasterpay.com, nikecanadaonline.ca and the number I called for customer service: [protected]@sitecomplaint.com were all the same thing and fake based out of China. Please DO NOT let these thieves scam you!

I ordered from NikeInTheBox.com and then I decided to cancel the order. I got no confirmation of the cancellation. Tried to contact them by the phone but the number was not available. I think they want to leave me without my money and order.

My wife bought a pair nike free run 2 from the website: flyput.com .but I have not get it .The post office said the shoes can arrived at my home in 2 days .I do not know how to deal with it.

I have ordered a pair of shoes from Australia-NikeFree.net website. I paid $90 for the product but they have never delivered it to me. Their website is not working anymore and tracking info looks strange as it is written in Chinese. I will never use this company again.

I ordered a certain pair of shoes, the web site claimed to have the product out to you within 5-7 business days. When I finally recieved the shoes 1 month later, they are the wrong ones. I ordered a pair of silver and dark grey they sent me a pair of black and white ones. When I contacted them they said that when you order online there are color variations due to lighting, cameras, etc. Clearly when they say a product is one color in the description and it arrives a completely other color it is not due to camera lighting or anything else. They just messed up and shipped the wrong product and do not want to make it right. Do not order from this company if you actually want what you order. They are a scam!

My brother purchased pair of shoes from brand-nikeshoes.com. The only thing he got from this company was tracking number that turned out to be invalid. We can’t contact them except emailing. They answer once a week and always kill the clock. I am tired of such people.

When my 2 pairs of shoes arrived they were too small despite being the size I normally wear. Minikeep admitted that their shoes may be smaller in size than some other manufacturer's are. I wanted to return them and get replacements and was happy to pay the return freight but they refused to accept them back suggesting that I simply buy 2 more pairs and keep the incorrect ones - as if that was a solution! I've never had an online shop refuse to accept goods back in over 10 years of online shopping. I'm going to make sure I put this message on as many online complaint sites as I can. I knew the shoes had to be knock offs at that price but I find the no return policy to be very dodgy

My daughter has bought a pair of shoes from MyNikeStore.ca site. They sent absolutely different model. I can’t even contact them. My daughter is very upset and I can’t help her! Never use them and stay away at all costs because it is a scam!

I purchased a pair of grey and hot pink Nike REAX shoes in March of 2012. The sole of the pair of shoes is already wearing a hole on the bottom. I have never had a Nike shoe wear down on me so fast considering I only wear them inside when working out. I am hoping for the pictures below that you will see that there is a defect with this particular shoe or style of shoe. This is also the first time that I have purchased a pair of Nike's that was over $100 which is another reason why I was so surprised that they worn so quickly.
