I came across the site as was looking for "cheap nike air max trainers" which I searched for in google and landed on their site http://www.nikeshoesuksale.net. The site looked genuine and lots of products at a reduced rate but not silly prices. In fact there was so much choice I was overwhelmed. Now when I think back about the order process the alarm bells should have started ringing sooner. When I placed the order I received an automatic response saying they had received my order and I would receive an email with a link to pay, a bit unusual but was aware this was a foreign site. I then received an email with a link which took me to a payment page however the amount I was told to pay was a couple of pounds more than my initial confirmation, I thought perhaps it may be a conversion issue and would sort itself out on my credit card bill.
I paid and it said I would receive a payment confirmation within 2 hours, this did not happen so went back on to their site and the only way to contact them is a form or live chat. I did the latter quick response spoke to someone in live chat who assured me that they had my payment and to take this as confirmation.
The trainers arrived approx 7 days later, did receive tracking information so at this point did not see any issue, however the trainers arrived and they were the wrong colour I contacted them through live chat. Then the fun begins! I said I wanted a refund or to return the trainers and receive the correct ones and did not want to be out of pocket for postage, they told me to keep the trainers as it was their popular ones and I would receive a discount on my next order. I told them no, They then said why don't you sell the trainers to someone else, send us another £30 and they would send other ones. At this point I contacted my credit card company to raise a dispute and they told me they were aware of the company for counterfeit goods and some people had not had their items, as they had been destroyed by customs. I was horrified as I didn't even know they were fake, I just wanted the color I ordered. However even after contacting them again and letting them know I was aware of the fake goods and they were being investigated, they keep coming back offering me £5 compensation. Total Joke, please be aware of this site. I have done a bit of searching and the person who owns the domain lives in the UK, I have all the contact details and I am tempted to contact them, but unsure.

I've purchased 2 pair of shoes from this e-shop only because they've claimed that all of their products are high quality and genuine goods. When I received my order I've realized straight away that they are just cheap copies because quality was not even close to branded. I asked for refund same day but nobody answered me back.

I've purchased pair of adidas shoes from this website but unfortunately my order wasn't received. I've expected that in such cases people always get refunds but not in the case with this company. When I emailed them asking for money back nobody returned my queries and I'm still waiting for at least an answer from them.

On 3/25/12 an order for two pair of nikes at nikefreerunbox.com totaling $169.04 was placed. A third party, realypay.com processed the payment. Realypay.com sent me a customer support link, [protected]@realypay.com to review my order. I had been asking for tracking info and instead I got a message saying my order was not in stock. The policy for nikefreerunbox.com stated out of stock orders are fully refunded. The communication with both nikefreerunbox and [protected]@realypay is very poor. It's been two months and I have not received my refund. I had to cancel my visa credit card to be on the safe side. And canceling the card didn't have anything to do with not receiving the refund. Also, the description of this transaction on my bank statement reads, VENA TRADE SUZHOU.
I have also contacted nikefreerunbox.com through their website asking for my refund and I'm getting no replies.

I purchased pair of Nike sneakers from nikeshox-outlet.com and according to information on that website all products are made in USA and are genuine, but when I received my order I discovered that those were just cheak chinese fake sneakers and quality wasn’t even close to advertised.

It's been over 9 months since I ordered my shoes. I only got one pair and I was promised two others by mr. Chan (Whoever he is). A world-renown brand like nike shouldn't put a customer through all this just for two pairs of shoes. I'd like to file a complain please. I sent over $100 via western union to some guy in china who lied and sent one pair only. What is this? Absolute rubbish. I want a reply asap or ill have to file a complaint. The chinese guy told me: oh we're sorry it's the chinese new year that's why we're late with the delivery. That was like 4 months ago, I think. Where are my shoes? I paid for them so I think I should get them, don't you think? I just checked, by the way, and with shipment costs I paid $163.

I also sent the mtc and mr. Chen agreed and he mentioned he'll start with the production of the shoes. I've waited for over 9 months now. Please, send the shoes.

I ordered pair of sneakers from hotnikeshoesonsale.com but was badly surprised when I unboxed it... Shoes were damaged and I contacted customer support without hesitation. I was told that it is not their fault that shipment was damaged and I need to ask post office if they have something to do with it... Unbelievable.

NikeMB.com took my order and during payment process I was transferred to 95ePay.com and notified that this company is responsible for transactions. I filled in all fields and submitted my card for payment. Week passed but @ NikeMB.com order is still marked as awaiting payment.

Purchase of NIKE Air Monarch shoe(s), they squeak while I walk. I thought it was only the first pair that was defective. I messed up and bought two more pair, all three are defective. Tried the powder underneath the sole, worked for about an hour, then back to the squeaking noise. NIKE should reimburse me for these defective shoes. I wear this shoe because of heel problems, this shoe has a thick, soft heel.

I ordered Nike sneakers from nikefoamposite.org and received tracking info for my order. This tracking information looked fake and didn’t work so I decided to contact company about this situation. Nobody answered me and I doubt that I will receive my order.

Bank of China for transfer money? Using EMS for shipping? Complete fraud! Even if they ship anything, it will be a fake.

This place looks pretty legit but is a total scam.

A third party money handler takes your money they're called fashionpay.com another site with hundreds of complaints.

I got too comfortable in the internet and got hit for it. You don't have to make the same mistake.

My boyfriend purchased the sportsband for me for Valentine's Day. I took out the chip once to make my inital registration online and then did not remove it again. After about 2-3 runs, the chip came out somewhere. Nike refuses to replace their $60 product I used 2-3 times. They state it's not part of their warranty. Please try and make a product that actually securely keeps the chip in place if it's going to be removable. They are horrible. Refuse to buy any other Nike products ever again.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my sister from nikeclassics.eu and paid $94 in total. They never provided me tracking information or even confirmed that they’ve received my payment. I don’t know how to get this money back and my sister is very upset too.

I had bought nike sport shoes worth Rs. 3300 in the month of January 2012. But unfortunately the sole of the shoes has completely come off and got torn in 3months, forcing me to change the sole or buy a new shoe. The shoes appropriate for rough and tough use has disappointed up. Bringing down the brand image and our future loyalty towards it.

My Nike shoe fell apart after using it only about 10 times; wrote to Nike and send pictures.
Nike's wrote back saying their return guidelines will not accept DEFECTED products beyond 2 years from the date of manufacture. (You can find this date printed on the tag on the inside of the shoe just above the barcode)
The Golf shoe was giving to everyone that played in a Golf tournament @ Braemar CC in 2009, (code # 030103) the shoes were 6 years old when everyone got them and out of warrantee before they were use!
Nike does not cover their shoes from manufacturing or fabric defect that is a rip off
