NineColours poor quality garment stitched appalling

I purchased a garment online and decided to have it stitched as i was stuck for time for my function.
The stitching was shocking with seams not being cut and neatened and fabric overlapping
The colour advertised said light blue and a GREEN garment arrives
The neckline is off shape and stitched skew and it looks hideous.
I sent in a host of pictures and Images but it falls on deaf ears.
I receive generic responses asking to send images to different departments.
No one takes responsibility.
I need to escalate and get a reply ASAP
Please help

NineColours unreliable, unfriendly, poor service. do not recommend at all.

I placed this order on 4th Aug after receiving assurance by email and online chat that the order would be delivered by 12th in Delhi. I had a puja on 12th Aug despite repeated requests the order was dispatched on 19th from Mumbai. It reached me on 21st Aug. Customer agents online and receiving telephone are not helpful at all. The only time you get good support is in placing orders. Once order is placed you are trapped and do not receive any help. I had to buy another set from local market for the Puja.
I placed another order this time for unstitched items. Again online chat cannot confirm the date of delivery. All they need to do is just ship. Didn't have a good experience in both my transactions and would not recommend this website to anyone.
Cannot comment about quality though as I came back to Kuwait. Hope it is good.

NineColours saree

I received a saree I purchased from ninecolours. It looks horrifying. The stitching is pathetic, it looks like a cut and paste. The fabric is of poor quality. The saree looks nothing like the picture. It looks ugly. So dissapointed, rather purchasing my Indian outfits locally, it seems as though online stores from India are out to rob hard working indians who want to still maintain their culture. Not purchasing from your stores ever again.

NineColours products and service am complaining about

The worst company ever. I made sure before ordering that i will be getting the product before eid, still i ended up receiving it 2 days after eid. Even then they didnt make the dress accprding to the measurements i provided they made it however they wanted to didnt even let me know that they couldnt make it according to the measurements that i have provided atleast i could still have time to cancel my order. This is a scam. Bunch of greedy people opened a business to rob people in the name of earning money. Product quality is the worst. Have the worst customer service ever.

NineColours order id: #[protected]

Hi Ninecolours,

So here my Story with your "Scam" that you run in the name of e-commerce.

1. I placed an order on March 16th 2017 via your website for 10 items with a total amount of US $233.61

2. During checkout, the delivery date was set as March 31st 2017.

3. Once placed, there was no communication from your side whatsoever.

4. My order finally arrived on April 14th 2017 after repeated phone calls, emails and "live" chats asking for a status. Your rep, who refused to give his name said "It is a mistake on our part as one piece you ordered was not readily available. So it was late. Sorry."

5. The order arrived with 9 out of the 10 total pieces.

As you will see from the screenshots grabbed from your website, Item Code GK1250063 was ordered but the above email also shows that it was never delivered.

So where is the item?

Then, what you advertise is not what was delivered.

Not only are the clothes HIGHLY cheap (They will rip even i I tough them), they are also not the same design as advertised.

Example: Item Code US1500110 shows embroidery on the leggings but the leggings are absolutely plain when delivered.

Item Code: LD1500704 sats "peach" colour and the picture on your website also shows peach..what was delivered is a bright and garrish orange.

Having said that, I am adding Consumer forum and the government helpline to this email to expose the scam you are running.

NineColours I was very disappointed with the quality of my new sari

I bought a sari from this store and paid extra for shipping. I was very excited about my purchased because it looked amazing on the pictures. When my order arrived and I opened the package I was very disappointed with the quality. Material was very poor and simply wasn't worth the money I paid for it. There was no way to return it and get a refund, because Ninecolours claimed they didn't accept returns. I was very disappointed, because I wasted my money on something I will never wear. There are many good reviews about Ninecolours but I really doubt those are true. My experience showed only negative, I personally think that Ninecolours is highly unprofessional and unreliable company. I will not buy from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

NineColours I am complaining about the product which I bought

I ordered a black anarkali dress from dani fashions which looked really nice on their website. However when I received the dress I was sooo disappointed with what I got. The dress was completely different to the picture on the website. The pattern at the front and back was different, material was different and the quality was poor. What they sent me was unacceptable, they are ignoring me on live chat. This website is a fraud and I do not recommend it to anyone...This has not only wasted my time and money but it means I am left in a predicament of having to arrange the clothing somewhere else. I am absolutely disgusted by their fraudulent nature.

NineColours lack of professionalism

I have purchased an item from www.ninecolours.com and received something absolutely different from what I have ordered. I found their phone number and called several times. At the beginning they seemed nice but after many calls they became very rude and nasty. Well, no one wanted to help me with my issue so I called almost every day and in my opinion I had all rights to do that.
Their customer service team is absolutely unprofessional and customer unfriendly.
When I placed my order I even paid some extra money for the shipping for my order to be delivered to my country and what I received? They treated me horribly!
Never again will I buy anything from these people!

Recently only I had ordered lehenga suit but it was exactly the same as shown in the image so i like the ninecolours.com and in future also i will buy from the same site.

NineColours stay away from this ninecolours!!

Ninecolours is horrible in every possible way! They are totally unprofessional and disrespectful liars!
There is clearly written on their website that they accept back any product in its original packing within 7 days! When I received my order I was shocked with how terrible and ugly everything was. So I contacted them immediately and demanded my money back and they said that they can't refund me and that they do not accept returns!
They don't honor their own policies and do not respect their customers!
Do not order from Ninecolours! Nothing looks like pictures! Total rip off!

NineColours terrible products!

I have ordered three dresses from Ninecolours and received only two. Not only that one dress was missing but the ones I received looked terrible and nothing like pictures on their website. Material is completely different from what was described! I immediately contacted support and provided some pictures. They said that they don't do refunds but I was very pushy and in the end they gave up and finally offered me at least a partial refund. Never again! Stay far away from Ninecolours!

NineColours clothing differs very much from the pictures

I had a terrible experience with Ninecolours and I decided to tell everyone about this horrible scam organization. Ordered some clothing from Ninecolours and was very disappointed when I received my order. Everything you see on their website is actually fake, I mean it! Yes, items looked something like pictures, but these guys here lie about the material, quality and sizes! Everything I received was a complete trash! Some items were super small, few were super large! And they used the cheapest material ever! Just a wasted of money!

Order ID 2382

I placed an order on 22 December 2023. The order was confirmed but that is the last progress on the track .I can't get hold of the company via the email, watsapp or online chat. The email has not been responded to. The watsapp remains unread for the past week. The online chat yields the same result, not available.

Received the incorrect item twice already! Off which I have to fit the bill for courier from nine colours to me and my return to nine colours, even though it was due to negligence from nine colours. Totally unethical way of doing business... So much for customer care. Do not recommend anyone to do purchase from nine colours.
