In June of 2023, we made a deal to purchase a new Nissan Rogue from LA Nissan for an agreed price that included our trade-in. We were issued a contract/Bill of sale. We provided the deposit as requested. We were told that they could find one in Alberta. They could not and would have to order one to arrive in August 2023. We were OK with that. Later, we were told that it would not arrive until September 2023. We were OK with that. In September we were told that it would not arrive until sometime in October. Since we were away through October, we were OK with that. All throughout these months, we were assured that 'All was good' and that they were 'Honest and Trustworthy'. In September, we were even provided with the vehicle's vin number. When we went to pickup our vehicle in early November with cash in hand, we were told that we needed $ 3,000.00 more to get our vehicle. We were surprised and not prepared to be sideswiped/scammed/swindled like this. And left without our Rogue. This seems VERY shady to me and we are very disappointed with this outcome. BAD BUSINESS. We have tried several times to rectify this situation with the salesman but he has of yet to contact us. BAD BUSINESS!

Desired outcome: Get the vehicle promised at the price agreed upon.
