key pad problem
Hello all,
I been using nokia 6270 for lat one month. am facing a very big problem with the key pad ..unfortunately i just gave it to one nokia centre..they simply checked without doing any thing.now my life time warranty has gone since they have checked my mobile(they have taken the screws)..PLS HELP ME..i like the mobile very much, but the key pad is not at all working...i cant bear the service charges.HELP ME

In letter there is information that somewhere in bank of nigeria are some money (huge money) which must be send to me as a owner. I must say that many years ago I believe those liars and try to help. I even send them money to pay some documents. It was big amount for me which I send. Of course I lost it because I send money twice and everytime was something more to be paid. Money which I send was borrowed and I lost that. Now after years I still have financial troubless because of that. Collectors from bank want me to pay back but I can't because I have no money.
On this time, years ago I even go to other country about 1000miles away to pick up the person from the airport, of course this person was not in aircraft. Spend money for petrol which was borrowed as well. Because of that all troubles I lost house, wife take my son and find some other friend to live.
I stay all alone, my problems because of my stupid stay with me, and will stay forever because I have no chance to pay back all this debts which I make. Now as lonely bent person want to say anyone who has receive a similar message, do not trust them, they just want to scam You. They have no feelings and don't care what going to hapend with You if You do same stupid think like I did. Im 29 years old person which lost everything, 29 years old bankrupt!
Wife left me because I make so huge debts and take my son away from me, all savings, job, and past last four years everyday debt collectors wisiting me to pay back money which I don't have. I lost my life because is no chance to earn so much money and pay back that debts. For some people this money are not big but for my was and are beyond my possibilities to earn. Im sure there is more people like me which lost everything because they believe promises of better life, don't be another. Don't trust them.

I also received an e-mail from the same person, Joseph Maxwell Anderson, telling me that I have been awarded a cash donation from Nestle Aid Organization for me to use as investment as what he said "to bring long lasting wealth for me and my family."
On his next e-mail he confirmed that I am a true beneficiary of the sum of 1, 671, 000.00 Pound Sterling. He even sent me a copy of his passport as Facial ID in compliance with the donation policy as what he said. He also gave this website http://www.nestleaid.org.uk.tt but could not be accessed due to broken link.
I know he will send me more emails on how to go through the claiming process that will lead to one thing as always, that I have to pay for courier service in order to claim the award.

battery backup & overheating
I am facing problem with nokia 6300 handset of battery backup (Not even 1.5 hrs) & . I approached nokia care center at jayanagar 4th block and submitted with job sheet no [protected]/080505/37.
They serviced it and conveyed me they updated the software and they will replace it if the problem still persist. I checked it and found no improvement. Next day when I again contacted them, they told me to leave my handset with them and it will take 15-20 days to get it replace. When I asked the nokia care executive about there main office in bangalore, they never responded well & they were very rude to me and now if this the case with nokia, I do not find any option other than going to consumer court to get it done.
I just want to get my mobile replaced within 10 days.

I purchased a new nokia mobile, model no. 2630, from:

Phagwara gate, opposite old police division no.3, jalandhar city.
On 28-march 2008 against bill no. 13971, the mobile set was operational in the shop where i purchased it from but started creating problems same day. First it started hanging and ultimately stopped displaying anything. I contacted the dealer the very next day and he referred me to nokia care centre, basant chowk, near model town, jalandhar. Who checked the set and detected software problem in my phone and told me to visit again in evening. I visited the centre only to know that the problem was something different and the set has been sent to chandigarh for repairs. A jobsheet was made on 2nd april 2008 and i was given ten days time to collect the mobile set.Now i was phoneless and this was affecting my business severely so i had to purchase another used mobile set for rs. 2000/- to run my requirements. Even after the given delivery time of repaired mobile set i.E. 12 april 2008--- nokia service centre, handed me the mobile set on 21st april 2008 with three useless visits of about 6 kms distance from my house.
I checked the mobile set and again it was not working at all. So i again visited the nokia service centre with that faulty set. This time they found battery problem. A new jobsheet (No.[protected]/080421/6) was made and battery was again sent to chandigarh for replacement. I was given time of ten days to collect new battery. After the given time was over i contacted them and they kept on giving me new delivery dates on every visit. Even after six visits from 01st may 2008 and many complaints to nokia customer care (Latest complaint no. 2-307b8h), i am still waiting for the new battery, which i think i won't ever get.
Now i want to ask "nokia" why they claim to be the topmost and international mobile brand, with such kind of low graded, poor, cheap, harassing, time wasting service after sales. With this kind of attitude of nokia it appears as if nokia is selling dummy mobile sets in new packing, with so called useless warrenty. Actually nokia is reluctant to repair or replace the faulty sets ( for which they have charged thousands of rupees). Isn't it a false commitment to customers and failure in service ?

The same thing happens to my N6300 after I use the camera, send an sms, or change the theme. Sometimes when I open the phonebook or the message inbox, it is "not ready". I had the same exact problem with the sound. T-mobile was kind enough to do 3 exchanges within 6 1/2 months (of course charging for shipping and handling everytime). I got fed up with the phone, purchased a different make, so I could ACTUALLY USE the phone that I carried. Phone sat on the counter for 2 weeks and I decided to send it to Nokia (paying for s&h again), got the phone back and it was slightly better. I did what anyone else would and gave up on it. So now it is six months later, and no longer using it (although I LOVED everything except the speaker issue), I decided to sell it, but first I gotta see what the problem is. I tore it completely apart and found the speaker had no sound cone in it. Said Hmmm, that seems odd... Took a small piece of scotch tape and covered the speaker.. HOLY COW! It works and actually sounded fair. I decided to take it to the next step and apply some tape on the speaker grille, (located below the battery, under the cover) Now I have the best sound ever from this phone.
It appears to me that Nokia REMOVED whatever speaker cone material that WAS there. On the repair invoice it stated "made mechanical adjustment" for the repair. If futher instructions are needed, go to cvandehey.weebly.com after 7/15/08 and I will have directions and pictures posted there.

On 20-03-08, i went to service centre to collect the set. There after sitting for about half an hour one of your engineer came to me with the set along with a printed copy circulated from your side in which it is written that NOKIA is still trying to solve this particular problem (i.e. the problems in my set). He told me that the software needed for this rectification will be available to them within 2-3 days and also after rectification the button of music player will be become inactive. Anyway he advised me to come back after 2-3 hours, but after 1 hour that person called me on my mobile and told me not to come on that day. Anyway today is 24-03-08 and i am waiting for their call to collet the set.
I have really done a great mistake by purchasing a NOKIA set and for this suffering is going on.And also i never expect such type of customer service from a company named NOKIA. I request you please look into this case and take necessary steps to replace my set immediately.

In continuation of my earlier mail in respect of problem in my Nokia N-70 handset, this is to inform you that the Nokia Care Center (A M Mobile Pvt. Ltd., Kolkata) has installed some software, according to which the problem will be rectified and the music button in my set will become deactivated (as per their version). Actually what happened, the problem is still there and the button is not working.
If you please go throgh my earlier mails, you can understand the sufferings of myself in respect of this handset. I am really fade-up in your service and also the commitments by your service professional at Nokia Care centre.
Now tell me onething very clearly - that in my situation if a particlular handset in it's warranty period continuously giving problem after rectification for four times at you care centre, and the person who has purchased it and facing problem - what canhe/she will do to get rid of that?
Also please don't give me any false assuranec regarding this. If you are really serious to solve this problem, you please respond otherwise just send me a mail stating that you are unable to do anything in this regard.

I had purchased nokia 6275 cdma mobile on 01/11/2007. The esn no is [protected]. All of a sudden the incoming ring stopped. On 03/04/2008 I had given the mobile for repair to akshay telecom india pune. They had informed that the ringer is not working and it will take two days for repair. Till date the mobile has not been repaired.In between when I contacted akshay telecom they informed me that there is a small water damage which could have been because of using the mobile in ac (This was not informed when these people had opened the mobile for changing the ringer). Is nokia handset not compatible for acs. This is a personal mobile only used by me. Now today they are confirming that the handset will be given on mon or tue. This is my second bad experience with nokia mobile. Before purchasing any nokia mobile think twice. If I do not get repaired mobile on mon or tue I will be left with no option but to file a suit against nokia in consumer court.

problem with handset
I have bought nokia 3110c before 7 months. I got the problem to restarting of mobile within a week. I have submitted my mobile in service center for five times. I am surprised to get the same problem withing 15 to 20 days after getting it repared. I think all the people who are having the same complain should unite and go to consumer court. If we get united than the company will have to replace this damaged mobile handset just like batteries being replaced world wide in nokia.

I have purchased Nokia 3110c handset in th month of March 2009, at the time of purchase it was fine and working properly. But after a very short period, that is after six months i have faced a hanging problem (Boot Failure). I have not used the said handset roughly, still how come the said problem occured within such a short period? I have been to Nokia customer care, Falnir, Mangalore, they have formatted the handset as well as memory card and i lost all my important data also.
Now again my problem with this handset is, if i send messages it displays in SENT MESSAGES whether the message has been sent to the recipiant, with a symbol in green colour. But now it still displays "Waiting for delivery" in Message details.
How come this problem occurs? When i faced severe software problem, it has been started with the same problem in the begining. I am now scaring to have the same boot failure problem. Hence i request for the replacement of said handset. Kindly advice.

I bought my new Nokia 3110c two months ago and it's still working just fine. I installed a 2gig micro memory card a couple of days after buying the phone - no problems with it at all.
My phone is "open line" - not locked into any subscriber network, perhaps changes made to the firmware by the companies who lock them could be the cause of the problems being mentioned?

We have already informed to country director wiqar ul islam nsn pakistan & afghanistan also it is in the notice of hr department but no body is looking serious in this issue.
Nsn pakistan has recently announced a medical & insurance policy but it is also only for internals and aasa employees not for the mentech.

I miss. Sejal mehta am a user of nokia 6300 phone. I had purchased this phone on 06/01/2008 from alfa (Vile parle west). However within a week the battery of my phone was not working properly and used to take nearly 4 to 5 hrs to charge and would immediately become low inspite of not using the phone for more than 15 mins in a day.
Hence I approached alpha and they replaced the battery of my phone, however the same problem continued to persist inspite of replacing the battery.
They suggested me to go to nokia care centre. So I went to the nokia care centre at lower parel on 23/02/2008 and told them what the problem was. So they replaced my battery after having kept the phone with them for two days ref: job no. Mum0358860. However inspite of this the battery used to take 3 hrs for charging. Due to this problem I was not using any of the features of the phone like camera, music player, images, bluetooth and so on. Since the problem was yet not solved I approached them once again on 17/03/2008 and they asked me to handover my charger and headset to them ref: job no. Mum0375756. They swapped the headset (Replacement of motherboard) and replaced the charger and battery. The original esn no. Of my phone was [protected] and the new esn no. Is [protected]. They returned my phone after a week. However even after getting the headset swapped the battery now takes nearly an hour to charge but it drains out very fast.
So again I went to nokia centre on 28/03/2008 ref: job no. Mum0382912. Since they were not convinced that the problem still persisted they kept my phone with them for two days inorder to inspect it.
Today when I went to collect my phone they told me that again the phone has gone for replacement (Replacement of motherboard second time).
I would like to inform u and bring to your notice that inspite of buying a new phone of a company like nokia I am not satisfied with the phone at all. Infact it has already caused a lot of trouble to me since after every 10 days I have to go to the nokia centre to get it repaired. I fail to understand that even though the phone is not even 2 months old it has been repaired almost 4 times and yet the problem continues.
Now I have left all hopes of having the phone in good condition without any problems since there is no gurantee that inspite of getting it repaired so many times I will not face any problem again.
This is really a very unplesant experiance for me especially because nokia phones are supposed to be of the best quality.
I have spent rs. 8, 325 to buy this phone which is not at all value for money.
Hence I request u to kindly solve my problem and replace me with a brand new phone or refund my money back to me.
My patience have given way now and hence if no responce is received from ur side I am left with no option but to approach the consumer forum.

Nokia has become the worst option these days. I have also taken Nokia 6300 and am not able to use the same as most of the keys do not function. I got fed up with this set and decided to throw the same as there was no response from Nokia dealer and we do not have patience to spent our time and money to go to various service centres.
I think only the unfortunate people buy Nokia these days . Such a horrible service and response I have never expected from such a reputed firm.
My suggestion would be to keep urself cool and try your best to approach the comsumable court for claims and never recommended anyone to go for Nokia. gOOD lUCK

I had given to repair nokia n95 2 gb mobile phone to that shop. they told it will take 4 days to repair, after 4 days again they delayed another 7 days. then they told it cant be repaired. when I went opened my mobile phone nokia n95, I found that one important ic was missing. so please don't ever buy or try to repair any mobiles in that shop. that idiot shop keeper dosen't know anything about mobile.
