Hi, i am Veenit Verma, I am bought a nokia phone model no. 6260 & Serial No. [protected], I have given twice times to nokia center but still is not working properly, last time I gave this mobile to nokia service center District Center, New Delhi India for repairing. They took one month to give it back to me after committing one week. Apart from that its still having same problem. I got really frustrated from this company bcoz they are doing nothing and my warranty period about to expire.

Beware people!

Please be aware that brand like LG, SONY...and others are giving much better customer service, a faster responsible service respone I must say. Please check the faults in your company's manufactured handsets they are just result of irresponsible customer dealing and service.Customers are also becoming prone to STRESS because of the POOREST customer service at NOKIA CARE. Customers won't tolerate this for long...its(customers temper) like kerosene oil... its cool but once it will catch fire it will burn off the brand NOKIA from INDIA atleast..so awaken and act now or get FIRED later..choice is yours NIPL !

I have purchased a Nokia N 82 model (worth rs 14500) on 21th June 2008 from ALFA in Mumbai. The instrument was hanging for couple of time's, I went again and I exchanged mobile again with N 82 model (on21th June 2008) but i find the same problem existing.I'm frustrated with Nokia, I haven't come across in my life, until know sure a worst mobile.I need some solution for this issues, So says that it is a software problem/N series hold this problem which can't be resolved.

Hi Rajiv,

I want to bring to your notice the plight that I am going through while dealing with Nokia and its customer care services. I had bought a Nokia 5800 Express music phone on 1st March 2009 from Mobile India, 23 NWA Club Road, West Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi 26. This store is a Nokia Priority dealer. The Invoice number for the purchase is 1873 and is in the name of Rajat Pugalia, for a total amount of Rs. 18850.00. The IMEI No. of the handset was [protected], Battery number 0670573, the color being red.

Since the time I have bought this phone, there have been immense issues with the handset. For your benefit, I will chronologically lay down the sequence of my harassment:

This was the first time that I had given the handset to Nokia care, B-1 market, Paschim Vihar for repairing as the applications were not opening on the phone. The touch pad was not recognizing any touch and was not responding. The above job sheet number was given to me for the repair of this handset. The Nokia guys gave the phone on 22/3/2009 saying that it has been repaired.

On 24/3/2009, I had to give the phone again to the store, as it was not functional and the same problem existed.

Above are two more instances when the same handset with the same IMEI number was taken by the Nokia care and repaired, which frankly I don’t understand what they were trying to repair. After a month and a half of being repaired, they replaced the phone with a new one. However, even that had the same issues. I’m listing below the job sheet number and the new IMEI number of the new handset that was given to me. Listed below are again the frustration that I had faced on the hands of Nokia in not completely repairing the phone and just making me run around like I have stolen something.

After the above two instances of the new phone being repaired for the same issues of the touchpad not responding, the phone was replaced for the 2nd time with another so called new handset.

Once I had got this 3rd new handset, I had to give it for 3 more times to repair (listed above) and go through the same frustration, harassment, plight that I had been subjected to, since the past 4 months. Having said that, even then the issues still existed and I had to return to Nokia for a replacement. I returned the phone on 23/6/2009 in the Nokia care, and I got it on 22/7/2009 – again almost after a month of me giving the handset for replacement. Below are the details of the current phone (5th one) that I’m using, which is still giving me the same issues.

I don’t have any options but to go to the consumer court and file a case against Nokia for the grievances that I have been through and still going through. This harassment in terms of time, money and peace of mind has affected me deeply. I am fully dissatisfied with the lack of services and customer centricity shown on the part of Nokia and its customer care. I have no hope left and that is the reason I am writing to you. I tried calling up the customer care lines, but they are clue less and lack any sense of customer centricity to deal with my problem. I have to explain these issues to anyone that I speak with and they do not have any authority power or responsibility to resolve it. I’m even ok to move to a different model as I think that Nokia doesn’t know what they have built and how to fix it. So I’m better off using a different model in the E series. However, I want a choice and will not accept anything sub standard.

I’m expecting a speedy redressal of my complaint through you. If you are not the right person who can resolve it, pls forward it to someone who can.

This is really my last resort before moving to legal means, which I’m sure even you won’t want.

I baught a Nokia E63 from mobile Store with EMI no.[protected] which was faulty from the day 1 I baught it It's MENU was not opening and for this I have to restart the set 5-10 times in a day. I consulted SHEETLA WLL SERVICE centre in gurgaon sec 14 these people frustrated me to an extent by keeping my phone for more than 10 days, this activity was repeated 5 times in 2 months after which seeing my level of frustration these people gave me another hand set with EMI number [protected] but that handset was also like that It used tovget restart 3-6 times a day and MENU problem of not getting MENU opened is still there from that very day i got the mobile, for which I consulted the person Dharamveer & deepak who are looking after the NOKIA CARE center they updated the software and handed over to me, but still problem was same I contacted these people again, but now situation is such that they don't listen to me neither they meet me ...It is a high time to take action legally against NOKIA and Servive Center for there behaviour ..Should I expect any help from your side to get the problem resolved or not? waiting for your responce or reply.

Sir,

I submitted my handset nokia 2505 to nokia care on 26.08.2009 due to some connectivity problem and got a target delivery date of 31.08.2009. But I havn't received my handset till yet after contacting them many times. They do not give any proper response. I want my handset back at any cost as soon as possible because its warrenty is going to get over this month. If I would not get my handset soon them i am going to contact the consumer court for the same. Hope that i will get my handset soon.

Dear sir, I have purchased Nokia E71 set on 3rd april 2009 from jaipur, customer ID [protected] and of Lot no [protected], with 2 month of its purchase i found the set totally dead and non functional, during this period i was on official work to brahmpur(orissa) where i have shown this set to nokia care, which was deopsited with them for 10 days and later they told that its battery is dead and it requires changing, but warranty of battery is of six month which has finished 2 days back, when i requested that i have deposited the set 10 days before, there answer was that the complain of mobile was done not of battery. Further after inserting a different battery the mob is not getting charged though it is showing the sign of getting charged. when the same set was shown to Nokia set Pathankote (Punjab) they r also not showing any sign of help, and there only answer is the battery is dead and it require changing.

I purchased a Nokia N86 8mp and its been three months since the i bought this cell and for the last one month this cell is in Nokia Service Centre. the cell had important softwares like nokia wavesecure theme diy and so on. I go serive centre in vasant kunj for just said that some software of my phone n86 dose'nt work properly but they receive a cell and got back to me after a whole day after they give me phone i checked it out than sometime i realise that they deleted my all important softwares and phone hanged and restarted. said nothing about this problem before it take my phone for repair i very feed up of all this things if you dose'nt help me than i go to consumer court with my request I wonder if Nokia has begun to take its position for granted. So people plz be really careful and take a wise decision

They dont have any esclation matrix.I have given My new nokia 5800 expressmusic for repair for the same problem three times .Instead of replacing it they keep on repairing it.I am forced to go to consumer court now

Hi, i am Mohit Parashar, I am bought a nokia phone model no. 3600 slide & Serial No. [protected], i have once given this phone in the waranty period in nokia center .Now 1 month before i again gave this mobile for repairing to nokia care center n paid a sum of 1450, but within that month it again got the same problem i have again given this phone to nokia center, faridabad and they say to pay a sum of Rs 1450 again.there is no response from nokia care center, faridabad, opp.Municipal auditorium.They also said that there is warranty of 15 days only.So please check the records and help me to sort out the problem.

Dear sir,

Hi,

I have purchase one nokia C-5 Mobile recently, the phone is not working properly and creating lot of problems. 1st time i have refershed the software from nokia care in last week.Next day it showing again problem and unable to startup. This is very poor quailty from Nokia. Now again my phone is lying with Nokia care for a week time .The ESN/IMEI Number of phone --[protected] . why this poor quality from Nokia ? i am unable to understand. The money spent on phone puchase is my hard worked money, might not value for nokia, but this does matter to me . I am sure some would call up me from your care . But pls make sure i don't want soory from Noika, i need solution of replacement of mobile.

I want to keep something into your notice about the product of yours.
I am very old user of nokia phones, so by keeping its reliability and simplicity in mind I prefred to buy Nokia-5130...
But unfortunately this time your product did not fulfilled my expectations. In the very first year of my buying the phone stopped 2 times just because of software failure. I have many knowns to me who are also facing the same problem with this handset(5130). So this phone has changed the outlook of mine and all other users towards Nokia.

Please do something before all the reputation of nokia will get down.

Please give us the final solution with this software problem...

I have purchased a handset n97mini on 28th sept 2010 from a retail shop. From very beginning it had signal problem, failure to connect internet and pc via OVI suite. The nokia care centre at barasat repeatedly misbehaved me and till today couldn't be able to repair or replace the device. I think it's high time to go to consumer protection court against the company and to stop cheating.

i bought nokia 5130 express music, it was hanged often, and it doesn't switch on, if it is on, it shows message contact service, i given to nokia service centre, no use, it has the same problem, in just one year it becomes waste, be careful when you think to buy this mobile

hi...i m shipra bought my nokia cell 2700 classic in dec2009 now in year feb 2011 some problem occurred in it thrice i visited to nokia center still it is not working now they hav submitted my phone bt while submittin it d behaviour of the staff was nt al good...the staff need some extra customer handling training ...wat i can say is staff behaviour was pathetic & not satisfactory... i submitted my cell in karol bagh nokia center...

since 1st day.
either suddenly i gets switched off or starts blinking atleast 8 to 9 times in a day.
i came to my nearest nokia service center but they are not taking it seriously.

This is to inform you that i had purchased a nokia mobile with model no :5235 which now has encountered some display problems .On contacting the nokia care centre ( Newly opened nokaia care -chengelpet, kancheepuram Dist, Tamil Nadu), I was adviced to get the display changed which costs around 2000 bugs.Its disheartening to know that eventhough my mobile serive falls under the warranty period i would be charged.This kind of responses to customers will depreciate all the goodwill and the reputation earned by Nokia.

I m Sijo Moses from new delhi, I m using an E5 nokia handset, I purchased the handset on 26/02/2011 IMEI number of the hanset is [protected] after one month of purchasing the handset i faced a problem with my device, my application were running slow, I called the nokia customer care they informed me that i can go to the nearest nokia care, issue with the handset will be fixed, they even updated me with the address that was F13 BHAGAT SINGH MARKET, GULATI COMMUNICATION, GOLE MARKET, NEWDELHI110001, I went to the nokia care centre and informed them about the issue after checking the phone they informed me that there is a need of updating the software of the phone, in there centre it will take around 30 days for updating software and advised me I should go to some other Nokia care centre as in there centre It would take 30 days, It was hard for me to beleive that a software update would take 30 days as I work in DELL COMPUTERS, but as it is a new phone as I was not able to use the application I went to the nokia care centre in karol Bagh in front of the gurudwara, DELHI, I did informed them that i was been sent by F13 BHAGAT SINGH MARKET, GULATI COMMUNICATION, GOLE MARKET, Nokia care centre as in there centre for updating the software it would take 30 days, after hearing this karol Bagh, Nokia care staff, informed me that i was been lied by the F13BHAGAT SINGH MARKET NOKIA CARE CENTRE, representative and i should go back to them, But looking at my inconvenience they updated the software within an hour, after this incidence I really felt bad about the company as I was been misled by The people who are representing the company, and i was made to travel to a longer distence, As with the dissatisfaction of the service by this particular Nokia care centre, I called the customer care helpline and informed them how I was misled by F13 BHAGAT SINGH MARKET, GULATI COMMUNICATION, NEWDELHI.As a customer I felt that right to inform the Nokia authorities about inconvenience been faced due to irresponsible behaviour of the Nokia care representative, after a month or so again i faced troubles with my nokia handset, I was having flickering video in my handset as well as the lead of the earphone was coming out of the rubber holder on its own and there was problem with its functionality, again I went to the F13 BHAGAT SINGH MARKET, GULATI COMMUNICATION, NOKIA CARE CENTRE, NEW DELHI 11001, They checked my phone and the earphone for the flickering video they told me that in there centre it would take 25 days and for replacing the earphone it is a 7 day process, if i want the repair and the replacement of the earphone to be done right away I should rather go to other nokia care centre, as before also they sent me to other nokia care centre with wrong information and it is really a big inconvenience and i dont know after knowing that, I was been sent by this nokia care, they will handle my queries and its been 3 months one after another im facing issues with my handset, I was very dissatisfied with the services in the nokia care, I called the customer care helpline number and asked for the replacement of handset as Im unhappy with performance of my handset as well as the level of service provided by the Nokia care, he listened to my complaints and informed i should go back to the nokia care centre and i should deposit my phone over there, they will check it out whether it need repair or relacement and provide me with the complaint sheet, when i asked him if Nkia care centre staff dont accept phone to deposit, the customer care reprentative will let me talk to the supervisor and the issue will be escellated, again i went to the BHAGAT SINGH MARKET, NOKIA CARE CENTRE when i reached there and informed them that I am been told by the customercare representative over the phone to deposit my handset, she refused and told me I was told earlier to come after 25 days or go to any other nokia care centre, she was not even listening to what i said, being frustated so much i called the nokia customer care they were really helpful I even had a word with the floor supervisor MR SATISH, He was very supportive and informed me the issue will be escellated to the higher authorities, I dont want a replacement but someone should provide me with right information and not to create inconvenience by misleading me with wrong information, I m writing this email so that this issues should be escellated to higher authorities, as noncooperation by some official of the company is breaking the trust of the company as well as putting down the name of the company,

My letter to NOKIA INDIA about NOKIA N97

I was told on phone that I will be receiving a BLACK N97 in replacement of my BLACK N97. Even then when I go down to the service center at Borivali west they are trying to give me a WHITE N97 ? Why did your representative lie on the phone to me that I will be receiving a BLACK N97. I am sorry to say but this issue is going on for over a month and im the one suffering with losses due to NON - Replacement of my faulty N97 even after the phone is in WARRANTY and EXTENDED WARRANTY. This is becoming a court case and a press issue in a very short time. Plus will have to send a letter across to NOKIA international head office about the way this matter is being executed. Currently I am ignoring the arrogance shown at the NOKIA SERVICE CENTER at Borivali as they are just trying to save face.

Please keep in mind the efforts I have already taken of goin to the service center at Borivali
1) First N97(which was not working) was replaced by another N97 assuming it had been replaced by the head office. Also had faults and was returned in 4 days.
2) On the first visit it self NOKIA SERVICE CENTER was very happy to hook me into taking an extended warranty for this phone. Are they willing to refund this now?
3) When they replaced the 2nd N97 it was not the same color as the one i bought. Are they willing to refund half the cost I paid to buy a black phone within warrenty.
4) Instead the arrogance of the service center at Borivali west was " Its not our problem you have to take what we get"
5) THEY AGREE TO GET THE PHONE REPLACED for a black phone. and some one calls me up 2 days later that a black phone has been sent across.
6) Today I go to the service center and they give me a white phone? Are you saying the color quality is so bad of the phone that by the time I reach the service center the phone became white?
7) IF not then what happened to the black phone. OR someone is lying badly.
8) I have not bought N97 for fun its a business phone and I don't have to explain its use as you know what it can be used for WHO IS GOING TO PAY FOR THE TIME LOSS AND DAMAGE?

Hello,

My phone’s model is Nokia 6700 classic. I have given my phone to Nokia care which is situated in Tilak Nagar, Delhi.

Its Service is pathetic. They charged me Rs.1300 saying its because of some damage. First of all I got my phone back after like 3 weeks. And I paid for it and then found that the problems are still not solved. In fact I could see more of trouble after having it back. So I again had to give it back to them for servicing, then after rushing to them like 8-10 time, I got my phone back after like 1-1 1/2 months. And then after 20 days of use it was dead again. And now again its going to be a month that I dint get my phone back.
They always have excuses.

Not only this, last time when I went to find out the status of my phone there. They showed me my phone, which was not my phone. It was replaced with some other phone with a very bad condition, which wasn’t my phone’s condition. After asking, they give cold replies. And then keep on extending dates.

I seriously want you people to look after your CARE’s services, which actually doesn’t care at all.

Please don’t make people realize that they did a mistake buying a Nokia product, which has got a huge reputation. I’ll have to think 100 times before buying a nokia set now just because of the services.
Please look after people’s problem and not getting them into problems.

Guys,
Please dont ever purchase Nokia C6 its horrible, not working properly in winter stops working.
When u keep it near the hot blower it starts working. The sensor of heat or it operates on heat sensor what ever may be but its horibble.
Its battery back up is also horibble.

Query:

How can the Phone IC get damage without damaging the phone. According to Dot Net Solution Nokia Care Center the IC has no hard damage.
Can anybody please tell me what is the definition of damage. If an IC is getting damage without any hard damage to the cell phone. If it so, it simply means that the Body which they (Nokia) are providing on the cell phone is weak.

I have purchased new Nokia Asha 202 set (IMEI1 : [protected]) on 23rd July, 12 bill enclosed, its hardly 15 days I started getting problem in Volume Controlling and key pad no.s 4, 5, 6, but all other features are working absolutely fine. Hence given it for replacement/repair as under warranty period. However jobsheet provided indicates its due to Liquide damage in PCB, which is entirely wrong analysis done by your engineer since if it is damaged due to water then other numbers would have been effected and volume controller would not be working one way.
Its very frustrating that new product giving trouble and service centre providing bad service.

I have bought a nokia XL DUAL SIM handset from CROMA at karol bagh on 19-07-2014 which found defective at the time of delivery and croma people made a Do of the same and replace the handset, after that i gifted it to someone and went to USA and a day before yesterday i came back and heard that the same problem exists, speakers not working propery, whats app not working, data retrive automatically, volume keys not working, i went to nokia care at karol bagh yesterday and met with incharge over there they said that they will repear it and they are facing manufacturing fault in it, but i requested to refund the amount but they denied to refund and said that they will re[pair the same, but now i am no more interested in the handset as it have so many problem, then nokia care incharge said that you need to go to croma they will arrange refund or replacment for the same but croma people denied as well, i said you can repair the handset and send the same to nokia service center at your end but it is very strange that again nokia care incharge are that it's physically damage, then i went to nokia they call kirti (from nokia care) and informed her that its manifacturing fault and they even showed their new phones as well in ehich same problem exists, so i am no more interested in the nokia and want my money to be refunded ASAP otherwise i will legaly file case against nokia..
