North American Services Center (NASC) Fraud/Scamming people for Money

Since 4 years they scammed me saying they provide PR for CANADA.

From the 1st day - they scammed my taking the money before the contract and misinformation provided by Rachel.

Since 4 years no action was taken - excuses were given that COVID, then asking for more money as the profile have expired.

When calling and emailing more excuses are given.

When i went to their office the legal department lady pushed me out.

Dr. Rod himself doesn't pick up any calls or respond to your texts.

Most of they employee have been asking me invest more money without doing any process check/action being taken since years and years.

Its an Mental harassment and at same time waste of time and money for the consumer.

Desired outcome: REFUND OR SHUT DOWN THE COMPANY

North American Services Center (NASC) They are fraud and scamming people for money

I have opened my file with them in 2020 when Rachel lied to about few details and after taking the money I was handed over the paper. Since then I have made countless calls and emails and never response.

I have called the owner and once he knows your names he doesn't pick up or revert back to your text. I requested them to send me the efforts done by them since 4 years, I was verbally accused and abused by the processing manager.

Later on this year they asked me to pay more money as according to them my profile expired with them so I need to pay 2500 on top of 6500 which I paid during 2020 and no action was as taken.

During this time I had to revisit my Ilets test again as it expired twice due to non-action of this agency.

Desired outcome: I need full refund + the mental harassment amount which they have put me under since 4 years.

North American Services Center (NASC) Refund delay

Myself pankaj, I have applied to Poland work visa last year August 2022, I was quite interesting with the image of NASC and one of my friend has recommended me to apply threw them, so far I paid 3150 as the first installment as per our agreement. Then later on I have chnage my not to move from uae as I brought my family here and we are doing fine here.

I have requested them to refund my amount after deducting your service charges, I have sent them many emails but out of them no one responsible enough to respond me back.

Kindly if any senior representative is reading it, hope u get back to me with solution.

North American Services Center (NASC) Regarding fake work permit after 3 years

On 2019 June, I applied for work permit for Poland through nasc, finally they provide work permit on 2022 and not sure if it's genuine or fake. I ask them if I can check if it's genuine but they refused and asked me to pay remaining money. Which I don't want to pay because they supposed to provide me work permit on max 3 months. And I was applied for hospitality job but they provide me different category job which I don't want. Later they sent me email that they will file a case against me for not paying due money. I paid them total 6700 AED. While applying.

North American Services Center (NASC) Quebec Canada nurse/skilled worker program

I applied to them after they had convinced me a brighter future in Canada for a skilled/Nurse immigration program. I paid AED 16,500.00 total with structured and organized promises, but nothing happened to my application. Many times, I called them, but they are not answering my calls. Many timed their office in Al Ain is closed. That was since January 2014. My original documents they took also and up to now they haven't returned any back to me.

Desired outcome: I would like to refund of my money and the return of my original documents such as college diploma.

North American Services Center (NASC) No working permit and demanding full payment

I applied and paid, 3150 a year ago. After signing the and uploading the documents on their Portal, one and half months only Portal is deactivated, the same with my friend that referred me to this immigration. Last December 3, 2022 I finally received emailed from them NOTIFICATION OF PENDING Payment. The in the email the said they sent email Nov 22 for notification of work permit but I did not receive it since Ms. Lyra notified me through WhatsApp only Nov 20, I Checked and waited the email until Nov 27 and refollow up to Lyra. And on December 3 and sent them email to resent the Nov 22 email as I never received it and the proof of work permit. But instead of sending the work permit they replied to me demanding now the remaining full payment 3500 plus vat. And need to send in the bank only no cash option, they said in the email that they will not process my work permit if I will not pay the full amount. The demand letter is highlighted and bold. (demand letter is literally blackmail to me) In their contract, payment is divided into 3

Processing 3150 which I paid
Work permit received, 3150
And final visa stamping is 500.
Violating their owned contract agreement.
In the contract written, I have to give payment after I received the notification with work permit. Violating their owned agreement again asking and demanding payment without official noticed of work permit. As an applicant, I am expecting that they will send notification including the instruction and required documents, so that I will be properly guided. But this is not what happen.

As an applicant, it is my right to see the work permit and look into it before I will give the payment.
Demanding payment without a copy of work permit is not in the agreement I've signed.

Desired outcome: I want to take back my money 3150.And stop them of scamming the people who aspire to go in Europe.

North American Services Center (NASC) Immigration process to Canada

I was a client in NASC from 2017 and I paid 6500 for PNR visa to Canada and after its not work no updates for a long time they told me to apply with AIPP add 3500 AED and they said they transfer my file to AIPP and it will work in 6 to 8months .after I was waiting untill now .no one call me not give me any updates or any excuse or even say sorry and I go there office and complain and ask them to return even half of my money to survive my life they not listen to me and ask me if I want to put case go and do it.untill now I don't have any idea what happened with my file and why I paid all these money for .can you please let me know what I could do now.anyone please

North American Services Center (NASC) Express Entry to CANADA

After a promising assessment from their client representative, I entered into a binding agreement with NASC in February 2017.

I paid the service fee of 10,000AED and submitted all required documents, including IELTS and WES.

After several attempts, there is still no clear indication that I will be granted residency in CANADA.

On February 28, 2021, I received an email from NASC informing me that my contract would be terminated even if the pandemic occurred. They said I needed to pay 2500AED to reactivate my account with them.

They have done nothing to pursue my application for several years.

I want my money back in full.

North American Services Center (NASC) Work permit

NASC (North American Services Center) has taken 10500 Aed from me in 2018 by promising (with the contract) to provide me genuine work permit which grants me to obtain National Visa and work in Poland. The first work permit they had issued to me was fake, so Embassy rejected my visa application saying that my intended stay in Poland is not justified, when I claim my money back they promised to issue me another work permit within 6 months, it took another 2 years to issue another work permit, which also turned out to be fake. so how can I get my money back from this agent?

North American Services Center (NASC) I want refund for money I paid to NASC for the application of Permanent Residency Visa in Canada but was not able to fulfill by NASC

I entered to a binding contract with NASC dated 28-Dec-2019 to process and help to secure a Permanent Residency for Canada for myself. However, after fulfilling all the requirements (i.e., Educational Credentials Assessed World Education Services - WES, Completion of IELTS Exams with 6.5 Band Score, and all other document requirement). Up to this date, nothing has been achieved from NASC in securing the Permanent Residency Visa for me. Please support in refunding my money since they are unable to deliver results and this is a clear indication of breach of contract.

Desired outcome: I need a refund of my money or to provide Permanent Residency Visa in Canada

I, too, am a victim of NASC. I completed all of the requirements, including the payment of 11,000AED+2000AED, WES, and IELTS. They have done nothing to pursue my application for Canadian residency. They terminated my contract and informed me that if I wanted to reactivate, I would have to pay again. This company has done nothing but take hard-earned money and given nothing in return, despite their promises. I simply want a better life for my family. NASC should refund all of my money. I wish someone could assist us in getting our money back.

I went to their office 2years ago. I paid 5500aed after that nothing happened no follow ups, no updates! we comply the requirements on our own coz they are charging us double again for processing (WES and IELTS). We called several times we ask to provide the resume they made as per canada format but until

now they cannot provide.last feb 28 my ielts was expired. They just wasted time and money. When you call them as if they are the aggrieved ones!Hoping all this complaints will help public notice they legit scammer!

Thanks man It's helpful to everyone who wish to approach this organization. Yesterday i contact Miss Javeria her WhatsApp number +[protected] to asked regarding complaints she has has no answer and just She said "I will get back to you soon on it". But she didn't get back to me until now. The complainants was not the enemy of NASC or their spokespersons. They prove that NASC is a scammer by ignoring complainants even the complainants attached their proves with complaints.

I WOULD LIKE TO GET A REFUND FROM THE AMOUNT THAT I PAID THEM TO GET A JOB FOR ME TO CANADA, WHICH NEVER HAPPEN UNTIL NOW.

JANUARY 14, 2019: I PAID AED 6,300 DIRHAMS FOR EXPRESS ENTRY PROGRAM BUT THEY DID NOT ABLE TO GET ME A JOB.

PLUS AED 2,000 DIRHAMS FOR THE ECA PROCESSING.

AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS I RECEIVED THIS LETTER FROM THEM:

North American Services Center (NASC) Canada Yukon immigration with job offer fraud

This company North American service center (NASC) is a scam organization, they're operating and scamming people of their hard earned money without any mercy. They collected money for Canada migration with Job offer within 10 months. From Jan 2021- Jan 2022, after one year client call back for refund, they boldly said they can't refund the money, they tell client to pay again and this time it's guarantee but double of the first payment. After paying they blocked the client from contacting them, they removed the client details from their clients portal. They refused to refund any of the huge amount they collected from the clients.

They are big time scammer. This company should be close down. They're wicked and evil, Especially the Arabic guy that always show visit Visa they got for someone instead of PR the client requested and paid for..

4000 AED was collected in their Abu Dhabi Branch sky Tower reem island by Lyra.

North American Services Center (NASC) Visit visa renewal

This company is fraud, they say all sweet things just to take your money, and after that you start chasing them with emails and phone calls, they even go as far as banging the call on you once they know you are the one calling, I paid them a sum of 1, 500 aed for visa renewal, they told me the entire process takes just 1 month to get the visa, it's going to 4month and no feedback whatsoever from them …. I was even told they will pay the visa fee, only to find out they didn't do anything… they didn't even pay the visa fee up until this moment, have sent several emails, sent message via their portal all to no avail, nobody is reaching out to me or telling me anything as regarding my application…. I need my 1, 500 refund, since that's what I paid for and they can't offer the service I paid for … they should refund my money ….. 1, 500 aed…. Please do not approach this company for anything, they say all sweet words just to get your money and give u one agreement to sign, after that they will turn to your boss and yell and shout on you when you ask questions regarding your application….. their workers are so rude…… pay them only if you just want to dash them money…… they are SCAM … so many bad reviews on goggle concerning them … wish I saw all this before falling victim to them …. NASC IS SCAM …. North American service center is SCAM ….. do not fall victim

North American Services Center (NASC) Imigration

I applied since December 2019 at north American services with the position of barista which is their job opening bound to Poland. According to them the processing will only take up to three months but it takes after 8 months when I received a mail from them informing me that my work permit has arrived and I need to settle the remaining balance for me to be able to continue the processing, I fully paid the amount of 12, 000 aed plus 5% vat. After the settlement they hand it over to me the original copy of my work permit written in polish. I did not understand every word that is written their so I ask them to provide me a copy in english translation but they told me that its against their company rules, so asked them to at least discussed to me the content, he provided me answers where in the job position was exactly the same position which I applied for as a barista. I was very desperate ti know what exactly in my permit so decided to download a english translator in my phone and I found out that the company that was given to m was a agricultural company where in my position was a farmers helper. I was really disappointed knowing about this and I confirmed it to them. They have not given m any choice but to continue the application because there is nothing they can do to change the permit, I continued the application and applied for visa last September 2020, my visa was refused having a 2 x mark no. 18 and 19. I have submitted all the needed documents from my side but I think the problem is regarding on my contract which is valid only until december 31 2020. I informed nasc regarding this and ask them what would be the reason of my refusal, they refused to answer me but rather they offer me to agree with them to apply for a new work permit where the validity of the contract will be one year so it would not be rejected again next time when I apply for a visa. I only accepted the offer but I informed them that I will only accept it if they provide me the position I applied for which is barista. Both parties agreed and they have promise m that the processing will take up to 3 months again and they will ask for additional 1500 aed for courier services. Now its been 4 months past and still no update from them regarding my application and I spoke one of their agent if I could get a refund since it's been long time and still no progress regarding on my application but she's is not being helpful at all. It was really bad experience from them

I would like to request a refund of my payment. I applied last 04 April 2021 for 1 year and one month now there are no results, no work permit from Poland.

Same thing happened to me as well. My Visa was refused. I asked them to help me for re appeal. They said they preparing strong strong documents for re appeal so i waited. On the last day of expiray date for re appeal they said employer refused for re appeal. So they gave me hope that they will find out some other good option for me. After one month they told me that they will apply new workpermit and it will cost me same 1500 and it will take 3 months. I agreed their offer . But suddenly today Anzhelina mesaged me and said that reason for my rejection is not clear so we cannot apply for atleast six months. What a story.. My question is why and how they claim to be consultant with 30 years of experience when they dont even know how immigration works. Most funny thing is you will never know what post you are applying for untill you get your work permit and workpermit will be full of surprises. They will just search the job in poland job market and get a work permit where ever they could find. No matter how big or small is the company. And we are made to pay 12600 dirhams for a piece of paper which costs only 1500 dithams. Ao guys think [protected] times before you give a single dirhams to NASC. May god bless you all.

Is only fraud and stealing money from people it's a fake little office without any permission or authority in dealing with immigration, they stole more then 90, 000 dirhams 2 years ago under a fake offer to gee a st Lucia passport. Please make a collective complaint and send it to court.

North American Services Center (NASC) Refund money

I have paid over 20,000 dhs to NASC but they don't do any things in process.
My suggestion is everyone who's faced same bad experience with this fraud NASC immigration company to submit a complaint at department of economic development in Dubai or Abu Dhabi

North American Services Center (NASC) Immigration to Quebec

I have applied for quebec immigration through nasc in 2013 and till date (2020) I have paid them more than aed 35k and still my immigration is incomplete.
I have sent them millions of emails and phone calls, but there is hardly any response and they keep giving fake commitments vis emails only.
Pls do not consult them at all
They will make u to suffer and take as much money as possible.
