Northern lights primary care windham
I've gone days and weeks without refills for medications they put me on. Going on a week this time. Everytime I need a refill it's a problem and when you call up and ask about it your given a attitude. Notified them two separate times I'm out and needed refills. I can't go to work without taking my meds as I get dizzy and migraine headaches and employer doesn't want me working if not on my meds because working with heavy equipment you put people's lives in jeopardy. Called them 15 times this week and Everytime they assured me it was done. Friday they said it would be done before end of the day and it didn't get done. They gave me a attitude at 445 telling me it was done so I called pharmacy and they said no t was never sent so called mercy back and they switched the phones over to answering service knowing dam well what they did. It's all a joke to some of these people. Playing games with people's health like this isn't ok and I don't understand how they can get away with it. [censored] needs to change and these Dr need to be held more accountable for their negligence. You put me on these meds and tell me to not just stop taking it but don't provide refills. I'm glad them getting out of work on time Friday was more important then my life and health. I've missed 4 days of work now and it will be 6 days by the time I'm able to call them up and be treated like it's my fault for their negligence. So sick of this place and I go through this for every refill.
Recommendation: Don't go to this pcp
This happens every time a refill is needed and dealing with this on a monthly basis is enough to drive anyone insane! Hours on hold with pharmacy then on hold with Dr office only to be talked down to and belittle and patronized. This is beyond unprofessional and feel like they being passive aggressive because I dare to call plain they are messing with my health. Where is my refill. That's all I ask for is something you told me to take and allow me to work. I'm glad you could enjoy your weekend you were in such a rush to get me off the phone instead of doing your job that was supposed to have been done a week earlier. So so sorry to inconvenience you!
Disappointing Experience at Northern Light Mercy Hospital: Lack of Thorough Examination and Treatment
I recently visited Northern Light Mercy Hospital due to experiencing chest pain after a long and tiring weekend of work. Despite feeling exhausted and a bit dirty, I knew that when faced with chest pain, it's important to seek medical attention at a hospital. However, my experience at this hospital was far from satisfactory.
Upon arriving at the hospital, I was disappointed to find that they didn't conduct any tests to determine the cause of my chest pain. Instead, they simply provided me with an ant acid and sent me home. This lack of thorough examination and treatment left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of care I received.
In my opinion, this hospital is one of the worst I have ever encountered. It failed to address my concerns adequately, leaving me with unanswered questions and unresolved symptoms. I believe that when it comes to healthcare, it is crucial for hospitals to prioritize patient well-being and provide comprehensive care.
Overall, my experience at Northern Light Mercy Hospital was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality medical care, as my visit left me feeling neglected and unsatisfied.
Unacceptable Lack of Communication and Unprofessional Behavior at Northern Light Mercy Hospital
I recently had a colonoscopy at Northern Light Mercy Hospital on March 9th. It's been quite a while now, and I still haven't received the results, nor has my PCP. I tried calling to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kleeman, the doctor who performed the procedure and was handsomely compensated for it. However, I couldn't get a follow-up appointment for a whopping three months! Can you believe it?
During the colonoscopy, they found some potentially cancerous things, including lesions. It's quite concerning, and I was eager to discuss the results with Dr. Kleeman. But the staff member I spoke to in order to set up the follow-up appointment was absolutely terrible. They rudely hung up on me right in the middle of my sentence! Can you imagine the audacity?
Honestly, this whole situation is beyond ridiculous. I strongly advise against going to Northern Light Mercy Hospital. The lack of communication and unprofessional behavior from the staff is simply unacceptable. It's important to prioritize your health and seek medical care from a place that values their patients and provides timely and respectful service.
Disappointing Experience with Mercy Hospital: Money-Hungry and Unprofessional
Mercy Hospital used to be one of the best, you know? Like, they had all these kind and generous people, and the staff was super competent. And the best part? No hassles, man. They were all about healthcare for everyone, which is pretty cool if you ask me.
But things have changed, dude. Like, over the past couple of years, they've become all money-hungry and stuff. It's like they jumped on the corporate bandwagon and started acting like a bunch of thugs. Not cool, Mercy, not cool.
So, here's what happened to me, right? I have this Christian health sharing coop thingy that's always been awesome at paying most of my medical bills. My little baby boy had to get some stuff done at "Northern Light Mercy" a few months back. Now, you'd think a Christian hospital would be all understanding and stuff, but nope. They couldn't even figure out how to submit my son's bills at first. And when they finally did, they started calling me non-stop, man. I'm talking multiple times a day, all for a measly $400. Can you believe it?
Now, here's the kicker. The bill was already in progress with my co-op, right? So, I had to go back and forth with their aggressive bill collection peeps, trying to explain what a co-op is. It was a whole mess, dude. But they seemed to get it for a hot second and promised to stop bugging us. Guess what? They didn't keep their word, man. Instead, they sent the bill to some collection agency. Now I gotta deal with a whole new group of people calling me and explaining everything all over again. It's a real pain, bro.
So, you know what I did? I switched to a new primary care physician for both me and my son. I couldn't deal with all the hassles anymore, man. Northern Light Mercy just couldn't live up to what they said on the phone. Too many headaches, you feel me?
Anyway, that's my experience with Mercy Hospital. Take it for what it's worth, dude.
Warning: Racist and Unprofessional Treatment at Marion Center Inpatient - Stay Away if You're Black or Homeless!
This hospital ain't merciful to patients here at the Marion center inpatient part A! If you're feelin' down, thinkin' 'bout endin' it all, and ain't got no place to call home!- And if you happen to be Black! 'Cause of the most evil psychiatrist runnin' the show! She's a doctor of racism! And a disgrace to the medical profession! She should be fired for the way she treated me!- when I was a patient there back in Oct 2017! It was sick!- and humiliating! And just plain wrong on her part! And then there's this wicked nurse named Juanita! 'Cause of my race! They got a real prejudice against people of color! And right from day one, they refused to help me when I needed emergency treatment! And this psycho psychiatrist wanted me out the very next day without even treatin' me! And then this racist nurse does the same thing and has the nerve to call me a liar! She refused to believe me when I said I needed help 'cause I was feelin' suicidal and depressed; instead of lendin' a hand, this idiot threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave!- which was a crime on her part!- not mine! I couldn't believe she'd say such an evil thing to an innocent person! All I wanted was some help! They both failed me! And they were so rude, mean, and unprofessional! I couldn't wait to get outta there! I had to go to the emergency room all over again 'cause of these racist losers! Just 'cause I'm Black! And was homeless! They violated all my human and civil rights as a patient! That goes against their patient policies and rules! We got a right to get treatment or refuse it! But they didn't give a damn! They're the real criminals! They should be locked up for what they did!- it was an outrage! I had to go next door to find someone else to help me! Thank God I finally got the help I needed! And I'm doin' better than ever! But if you're Black, stay away from this hospital!- it's pure evil, especially at the psych ward! The staff there are the ones who are crazy! They're worse off than the patients! And they don't even know it!- but I do! And there are plenty more complaints against them! Look it up online! Just Google it! You'll see! There ain't no mercy here! Not at all! And it's even worse if you're homeless and Black! Don't ever come here for any emergency! You'll be mighty disappointed! I ain't never goin' back there again!?
As for the psyc ward I know a few people that unfortunate visit their and your 1000% right! The staff messes with their heads and the mental abuse they inflict on their patients is heinous. Reminds me of one of the American horror stories I believe it was the original. That describes this psych ward perfectly
Trust me they are not racist they treat everyone of us with the same neglect! They used to care about their patients but since they sold out they don't care about anyone but themselves! These Dr and hospital need to be held responsible for their negligence! People need to speak out about their care givers...
