Nova Furnishing Center Pte Ltd. review: horrible customer service from salesperson

Recently visited NOVA furnishing at TH21.

TERRIBLE customer service.
The salesperson was pushy and kept repeating how "professional" he was and we should trust him and stuff like that. This was after we told him the size of the sofa we already owned(we were looking for coffee table). He kept saying that we are wrong and that he knew how big our sofa was.
Aside from that, when we asked questions regarding material and durability, other salesperson at the side laughed which was rather disrespectful. The salesperson attending to us also replied with an annoyed face, adding that he has already told us before (which he did not). Salesperson also acted like hooligans, sitting comfortably on their sofas with their legs on top of the coffee table which we were looking at. We also asked if there was any discounts and we were replied aggresively saying that it has already been discounted and its final.

Overall, the whole atmosphere was bad, we felt extremely pressured by these "ah beng" salesperson and from other reviews online, not only is their service bad, the product and delivery are horrible too. Definitely would not recommend anyone to visit NOVA unless you really have to.

Other stores have way better environment with extremely friendly salesperson that are flexible in cutting price and ensuring the best products are sold. Absolutely disgusted at the poor customer service from NOVA which from the outside looked so high class. It seems like others have similar experience as me and whatever NOVA is thinking with this gangster selling tactics, it is definitely not working and will only bring your business to an end.
