When we purchased our home, we had some potential leaking in two areas of the roof. We reached out to Novare and the owner personally came out and got on our roof the next morning. He fixed everything that needed to be done and left our yard and flower beds looking immaculate. The customer service is out of this world. They are some of the greatest people you will ever meet.

THE best roofing company in the area. Living so far away from my property in Daphne, I could not readily be there to tend to the roof damage to my house. Novare's professionalism and know how in the way they took control of the situation as if it were their own personal home made me feel so much better. And when I was having issues with the insurance company, they literally called me to set my mind at ease and calmed me down and they took care of those challenges for me. All of this was done over the phone and email because I don't live in Daphne anymore, but their care and understanding of my situation really made me feel better. They don't know me from Adam's housecat, but they treated me like family and treated my house as if it were their own. I pray that I never have another tree fall through my house, but if I do I will most DEFINITELY use Novare. Thank y'all so much!
