This company is up to no good and needs to be shut down! Last year they called a friend of mine. They told her they were trying to reach someone for a reference on another couple. The name of the person they said they were trying to reach happens to be my niece. My girlfriend got them off the phone and immediately called me. I had never heard of the company, nor had I heard of the person who they were trying to get a reference on. I thought it was strange, but I just shrugged it off. Today a similar thing happened. They called a friend of mine. This time the name of the person they said they were trying to reach happens to be my sister! They said they were trying to reach her to get a reference on this couple who had applied for a loan. My sister had never heard of the couple before, neither had my friend, nor have I. Furthermore, I have never had dealings with Nuvell so I don't know how they just happen to have phone numbers and names of people that I'm either related to or associated with. Isn't there something that can be done about this?

I financed a car through Nuvell Financial Services on January 12, 2006. The car is a 2005 Chevy Impala. Had 31, 00 plus miles but when they finished and I calculated, I will owe them over $28, 000 plus dollars when the car is paid for. Right now, today, June 10, 2008, the car is in need of some repair wok and I can't afford the repairs because of the $400.00 car note every month. I was never told but I always examine cars closely and this car has been wrecked and I can tell from the left side. I need some relief because I wanted to trade the car in April and I didn't make because the payoff was over $15, 000 plus dollars and that's too much!

Apparently, they told me that they are completely in their legal right to do "trace" calling, where they try to find phone numbers of ANYONE who even KNOWS you!
They called my distant Aunt that lives 1300 miles away from me and said that their "tactic" worked because I called them to complain.
They are unethical! Don't ever take a loan from them!
