Customer Service Representives Need New Training
When I first started with this company I had great customer service as time past if I was a day late or had a problem I would speak to someone that was helpful. Now dealing with their customer service they don't speak english they threaten to repo your car and one rep told me to pawn, borrow or steal to make the payment. I would ask to speak to a supervisor and they would put me back on the phone with the same rude rep. So all calls are recorded by me as proof. I will never them again!
Bad customer service
Gave me a two month extension on my loan then has people in manilla calling asking where my car payment is, when i explain this they give me lip service and then call right back again the next day, cant find a number to get it straightened out so i guess i have to endure these calls for two months great i actually heard the people in Manilla who are i guess representatives of nuvell laughing at me when i complained about the calls, why give me the extension and then leave me out to swing in the wind, customer service my butt...
NUVELL has called me and harrassed me about a carnote they say i owe but my attachment says different. Please don't use these people.
had recently deferred a payment as of DEC 2012, it was ok as long as they received my payment of $50 and the payment of $400 was to be due in January of 2013, i made the payment of $50 via web pay, and I never received the paper work for the deferment for the month of December so i called, and finally i did receive the paper work but it was dated December 2010 in January of 2013 ...i faxed the paper work back to them and told them it was the wrong date I made my payment in January of $400 as it was due ...and have been reported as a late pay to the credit bureau due to their lack of attention to detail, i get repetitive harassing calls from c/s every day starting at 8 am Monday thru Friday .. i have stated my thoughts of "why are you calling me? this is suppose to be work in progress of getting the right paper work sent to me immediately ...this has been going on for over 60 days and the phone calls are relentless every day, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing and first of all customer service is quick to make a call before reading any notes previously on my account ... i am asked every time is "you vehicle at the address provided?" why? do they want to come and get it? over their mistake?
i have been told for 2 months the proper paper work will be faxed to you with in the next 24 to 48 hours (really) why when a fax should be instantly? right ? I feel this is a mickey mouse operation I'm dealing with and goofy is running this company and he allows the unprofessional harassment and improper training of his or hers employees... again this has been going on for over 60 days and things are still unresolved but the harassment continues everyday with broken promises of "this will be resolved as a priority" wtfe ! i have only a few month left on my truck and i feel i'm being set up for a repo even though i have never been late EVER! if their phone calls are monitored and recorded does anyone listen to them and follow up with a follow thru if the customer has been taken care of properly? NO !
I have asked who the CEO of the company is so that i can provide him or her with the run around that i have been given and no one seems to have a name or do they want to give a name as if this person is so private...i work for Justin Brands INC and it is no secret to who our CEO of the company is, if there is a complaint to be made it should go directly to my CEO of how needs are not being met or taken care of, as for customer service they should have people that speak english and good english at that, broken english i do not understand and as for me being a paying customer i want to be understood. I have documented everytime some one has called me and i have taken every name down of who i have spoken to and the time and the date so that maybe just maybe when i do get to talk to someone othe than c/s they can listen to the recorded call (calls) and use them for training purposes .
Rip off
Nuvell Financial needs to overhaul their company big time. They conned me out of 2230.00 of my own money and I already told them when to expect the next payment despite me telling their "customer care" department. Despite their inability to communicate that oversight cost me my truck when the repo man came and took it. I had to pay $2230 out of pocket because they didnt communicate. And when I explained this I still got a "we cant do anything about that" comment out of them. I do not recommend this financial institution to anyone. If anything, stay away from them unless you want to pay the price. Also even after you tell them of your payment arrangements, you still get collection calls, sometimes 4 or 5 a day! Do not trust this company
Nuvell did this to me too. My husband has been out of work and I have been paying and dealing with them on a daily basises. They keep telling me I owe late fees after late fees. One minute they are telling me Im all set and we dont owe anything and next they are repoing my car for LATE FEES. Someone needs to do something to this company
Don't use them
Record it and listen DON'T CALL MY JOB ! How many times can a company call without getting in trouble, I have contacted a LAWYER, this type of business is NOT GOOD. I tell everyone I know how bad NUVELL'S customers service is, never buy from them. They charge you to pay your bill, what the heck, pay back is usually bad, look out Nuvell Employees (carma)! Nuvell causes their customers to get in troble with phone calls then we lose our jobs the Nuvell wants to know why you can't pay them, DUMB people!
PLEASE PLEASE don't use NUVELL for a car loan, worst company ever!
Write them a cease and desist order to stop calling you and your job and have it sent to them certified so you will know they got it. According to the the collections laws in some states you have particular rights. Look up the collection laws in your state and keep your eye on them, and clock every word they say, and phone call they make. They are not suppose to call your job. Idiots!
Harrasment
I lost my job a few months ago so it put me behind on my truck payments. As I was waiting on unemployment, Nuvell Financial harassed me and threatened to repossess my vehicle. I made 1 full payment on 06/9/10. This left me 28 days past due on the other payment. Nuvell reps still call me up to 20 times a day even after speaking to me. I answer and the rep just hold the phone. I constantly say hello, but they will finally hang up on me. This is everyday and I'm tired of the harassment. When the last rep threatened to take the vehicle, I told her go ahead and pick it up then. Her name was Bridgette Qassas [protected] ext. 87769. She confirmed my address, but still kept calling harassing me! I am grieving due to my dad death 5 days ago and this is the last thing I need. The reps are rude, yelling and threatening to take my car. After the funeral, I will seek legal counsel.
Liars
A lady from GMC and Nuvell called me telling me that I needed to make a double payment, and it had to be done through money-gram and that if I did they would defer my payments till June which of course didn't happen. now they want another 2 payments. F***, doesn't anybody know someone that can take care of them? I just had to let it out. thee's not *** we can do. because nobody there cares. If you ever need a vehicle never never go to GMC or Nuvell financing they cheat you..at every chance they get

Promises and deception
I requested a deferment on September 4th and was told by Nuvell to pay a $100 dollar fee. I was not told anything one way or the other if the deferment had been approved. Now I am being told to come up with 2 payment by November 5th or they are coming to pick up my truck. They are the most deceptive company I have ever had dealings with. Nuvell changed my...

I have a tracfone that I bought from Wal-Mart, the very next day these jerks were calling. I realize they (tracfone) recycle phone numbers, but I have also told these people I am NOT who they are looking for. Do any good? NO! They call now more than ever and have the nerve to leave voicemail messages if I ignore them. They are just wasting my time. Does anyone know if I can get reimbursed for the used minutes through a lawyer? I am really at my wits end and could use the break. 12 calls in 3 days is a bit much for anyone!
Out of minutes!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I personally am happy with my Tracfone but if I had your problem - I wouldn't be. Here's what I'd do:
I would change my area code using their step-by-step approach here: http://tracfone.com/area_code_update_info.jsp?task=area_code_update
Hope that helps!

Harrassment, Liars, Fraudulent against borrowers
My husband has been hospitalized three times in the last year for a work injury, acute pancreatitis/diabetes and he had an auto accident in February in which he became permanently paralyzed from the chest down. I called Nuvell each time to ask if they would work with us. Nothing! They call, harrass, threaten, lie. Our vehicle was totaled and the GAP insurance wouldn't cover the whole amt. because we got a two month extension after the work injury (which put him out of work for 2 months!) This is a permanent disability, and they lied to us. The insurance company paid their amt. which was short 2, 300 dollars the full amt. of loan. They called us in June, lied and said they wouldn't report it to collections. I just checked my credit and they reported it 120 days late in early MAY! We hadn't been sent any letter, warning, nothing. We didn't even know there was a balance until the call in June! This company sucks! They also lied and reported that we hadn't made our Feb. payment, but we did! We had the same situation as everyone else, poor credit from way back. Their company takes full advantage of those with a bad credit history. We paid our payment on time for 43 months straight! No kindnesses for an almost $600 payment, no lowering the interest rate, which was almost 12 percent! Crooks! Liars. Very bad business.

Fraudulent extension
On Feb 12, 2008 I received a telephone call from Penny, a collection agent for Nuvell. I was told that I was behind in my payment and that my only option at that time was to catch up the payments(2) or complete a form for extension. After a heated disrespectul conversation with Penny. I agree to complete the extension. She explained to me that she would fax the form to me at home and that although the form states "Your next regularly secheduled payment $$$$ will be due on 03/04/08", my payment was not due until April 2008. I went on and may a payment in March 2008 just to be ahead of the game and every payment since then. However, upon speaking with Penny on today (05/19/08) she could only offer me an apology. The purpose of me making my payment in March was so I could stay ahead of my payment just in case of a financial emergency. However, instead of being ahead, I am not behind and looking at late fees being added to that.
Is there anyone out there who know how I can handle this situation?
I also had aloan through Nuvell, and was treated poorly. But remember this is an extension of GM, and the public owns 60% of GM. So like I am doing call your congressman, and let them now how they are treating you and remember DONT BUY GM! And also when the dealer says they have you financed with Nuvell, say NO THANK YOU! Look for another lender.
Deceptive phone practices
This company is up to no good and needs to be shut down! Last year they called a friend of mine. They told her they were trying to reach someone for a reference on another couple. The name of the person they said they were trying to reach happens to be my niece. My girlfriend got them off the phone and immediately called me. I had never heard of the...

I had a car repossessed by Nuvell in 2001. Nuvell put a debt on my credit report of 3, 000.00 to try and get me to pay for a reimbursement check they received from an insurance company that paid for damages on my car after one of their insuree's hit my car. Nuvell claimed that the check was accidentally put into my account (but it never was), and has been...

I have no account with the above company. They call me all hours of the day and night. My name was given as a reference for someone else, but I am getting the calls. I have reported this company through the FTC because I am on the "Do Not Call Registry", but it has not stopped the phone calls. I have told them on many occasions not to call me concerning...

The company is doing the same to us as we have read on many complaint boards. We have been with them for almost 3 years now and we are 31 days late on our account due to a layoff and my son's heart condition. We got a new rep this month. The old rep was wonderful to work with if he had to call, which he did due to the hurricanes we had and a sinkhole under the home. Now the new rep and his manager are threatening to take the truck by the end of the month unless we get them the past due amount in 7 days. (total days will be at 38 days past payment due date) The manager I was transfered to would not give me her last name nor transfer me to another manager when I asked, nor would they let me speak with the old rep who said I could transfer back to him if they started giving me a problem for such a short time of being late on the payment and trying to work a deal, I informed them that I could make 2 payments within 30 days, but could not make the one in 7 days. (This was ok'd by our old rep on day 30) The manager said they would garnish wages, or 1099, but they would get the money for the truck. I told her I could make 2 payments within 15-30 days, but not the one they wanted in the 7 days due to the payment schedule that unemployment had me on. She asked where the truck was. She was VERY careful not to use the word repossess, just stated things would be taken care of. She told me how she worked 2 jobs to support her mom who had cancer all while taking care of her 2 year old son, so I could and should not say anything about my situation, I needed to not pay a electric bill, mortgage or something and pay them. I re-enforced my son's heart issue and she was very rude repeating the above.
STAY CLEAR! Even though we have an extension left, they will not let us use it. And YES, they call 15+ times a day, from 8 am - 9pm (all legal there), but they call all numbers listed, neighbors who are not, etc. They do not leave messages or numbers on their calls until almost 30 days, sometimes past that. The new rep we had, on the 18th and 20th of this month, finally left messages saying he had repeatedly attempted to contact, action would be taken that would be detrimental, etc. That is when I contacted my old rep and was told that prior to 30 days, phone calls like that are not acceptable and that those calls are for 60-120 day people, not at all before we were 30 days late. No wonder he is leaving the company. He has people skills and tries to help. He said as long as we made to 2 payments in August, it would be fine, now what he stated is overruled.
VERY unprofessional, rude and we would never go with them again, and will warn anyone we can about this company. Almost feel like giving them the truck, but life has made your credit more important and frankly at the rates they charge at finance and the approx. $5 a day late fees for every day past your due date, what you owe them is not what the vehicle is worth so they said they would get that from us too.
Please stay clear or pray you never go late on a payment do to any act of god or nature!
Rude , disrespectful customer service!
My husband and I financed a vehicle for 60 months through Nuvell in June of 2003. We have been paying faithfully through April 2007, until my husband suffered a heat attack. He required quadruple bypass surgery on April 11. On May 4, 2007 two of the bypasses collapsed, causing a second heart attack. This required the placement of two scents on May 5, and an additional two stents on May 25,2007. He is currently disabled and unable to work until at least September of 2007. We have tried to work out and agreement with Nuvell to accept partial payments until my husband returns to work. Nuvell refuses to cooperated. They have made threats to repossess the car unless we make full payments. My husband is receiving only 40% of his pay through his employers STD plan. (I have been unable to work myself for the last to years due to a crippling autoimmune disorder and severe arthritis in my knees and back.)I have an SSDI hearing coming up in three weeks. When my husband stated to Nuvell's customer service rep. that I could not work because I had "bad knees" the women remarked very sarcastically, "Bad knees shouldn't stop your wife from finding a sit down job somewhere?" "Just tell us where OUR car is so we can come and get it?"I find this kind of customer service rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. I urge anyone to avoid financing through Nuvell.
I hate this place! I have a car loan with them also. They are the rudest people in the world to talk to! I swear they have the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. you can tell a lot by their attitude over the phone that they could care less. Also they refuse to work with you. I have a 6 year loan and going on my third year with them. I asked to have a defered payment one time and they are unwilling to work with you. They arevery hateful and I hope they read this!
I agree with the complaints. I co-signed for my son's car. He unfortunately lost his job and got behind on his payments and the phone harrassment phone calls started. They call beginning at 8AM, and continue throughtout the day. What a sad existence it must be for individuals to be so nasty, cursed they are. On yeah, look out for the "good guy, bad guy skit." It's apparent that they have not read what the Lord says in Galatians 6:7, "Be not deceived, God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reaped." You cannot treat people, made in God's image so rudely with no regards for their situations and expect to go on your merry way without reaping what you sow from God. The saddest part about this is they will surely be in the same type of problem one day soon. Hopefully, some of the offenders will read this note and give it some deep thought!
Customer harassment
I purchased a vehicle through a auto dealer and they went through Nuvell Financial to finance me because I had some slow payments in the past. Within 6 months, my child got sick and had to be back and forth to the hospital, which lasted for about 5 months. During this time, my payments were late going to Nuvell, never past the 30 mark. However, with...

I purchased a vehicle 2 years ago (at the age of 19) from Ghent Chevrolet in Greeley, CO. Of course, I was a first time buyer, my credit was very limited. However, I still wanted to own a Chevrolet Colorado. After the t's were crossed and the i's were dotted, Nuvell financed the truck at an ungodly interest rate; I was 19, all I cared about was the monthly...
