I purchased 4 O-KAM security cameras installed them and subscribed for cloud accounts offered with cameras. After paying subscription there is no recorded material or footage from any of my devices. I purchased a month to month 15 day long package ongoing payment 15.03.24, not that day or afterward a single record is available.
Photos of the cameras or motion detections appear on the screen, but as soon as I try to open them they even disappear or coming up with a note video file doesn’t exist.
