I called and got a choice to select a key, I selected 4 which was supplies. He said he was in the furniture dept but I selected supplies so he acted like it was my fault for selecting the wrond dept. The guy was very rude and even hug phone up on me. I have called again and been on auto music for 16 minutes and then it said for me to leave a message. Which I did and ask for manager to call me back. I was looking for ink and he said he did not have it in store. So I then asked for him to see if they had the other smaller yield in store because the particular one I had a number for was the xxl. He then ask if I had a number and I said "no" that I have the model of printer. Then he said "well I will have to walk all the way over there to look". Then he ask someone if they had ink in the store, I then told him the model and he would have to figure it out since he works there and I don't. I told him he needs to stop begin sorry and do his job. He told me to calm down. Well if he would do his job and just went and looked I would not have a problem. Then he hug up on me. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER ME!
Desired outcome: at least write him up and let him know he is in the retail business!!!!!!!!!!!!
