I went to the Your Hampton store on10/23/2033. I needed a ream of paper and envelopes for Thank you notes. Your paper was marked 2/$15 So I picked one up. Than found envelopes for $13.79 #50. I thought that was a lot. But since the paper was on sale figured why not. Got to the check out and was charged $12.99 for the paper. You have to buy two to get the sale price. Walking out the store thinking that was high. When I got home, I decided to check Amazon. Should have checked them first. Got a ream of paper, $9.99 and looked up envelopes found #100 for $9.99. And it was delivered today. No brainer. I returned yesterday's purchase back to the store. How'd that work out for you. I saved $6.80 cents plus tax. And you lost a customer. Maybe you should rethink your pricing.
The only redeeming thing was the lovely young lady at check out. Wish I'd remembered her name. She apologized numerous times, which was not her fault it was managements.
In these times you either give the customers a reason to shop with you or you will no longer exist.
