Ask any ohio lottery retailer how many claims forms they have filled out for a pick 4 winner. I only know of one of the many I have asked. It's obvious that they rig the balls/machine so that a combination with a low payout comes up. There is a 5 minute gap between the time you can play the numbers and the balls are drawn. That is plenty of time for their computer operators to analyze and sort all combinations played and adjust the balls/machine accordingly. For example, if a lot of people played 1234, all they have to do is rig it so that 4 does not appear in the last position and they save a whole lot of money in payouts. The computer can tell which combinations were not played and have the lowest box payout, then the machine/balls can be rigged to that number. I would guess that all games are done like this as I know many people who play the lottery and no one knows anyone who has won a pick 4 straight.
I seriously doubt that there is a midday drawing since it is not televised anymore.
Don't play ohio lottery games!

I wonder if the lottery is rigged, I have been playing the same numbers plus a quick pick twice a week for over five years, I have won twice, a free ticket and seven dollars. So if I do the math, I have played four tickets a week for five years and two months. That is is 1076 times I have played. The Ohio Lottery boasts that they payout 60% of the earnings to winners. My overal average of winning is .[protected]%. Is it rigged who knows, but think of it this way. Why is there a four hour time period between the drawing and the time you cannot purchase a ticket? The lottery is a money maker that was supposed to be for helping education. The education system in Ohio has plummeted financially, the lottery was supposed to prevent that from happening. Money from lottery goes into a general fund and is used for many other things other than education. It is a voluntary tax, that every one with a dream of hitting it big pays to include myself that is nothing more than a dream. It also a dream that Lottery money was going to keep our schools functioning, try to find a school that still has free sports or a band.

I have played over 15, 000 dollars on scratch offs in Ohio, in the last 6 months. My biggest win was 90.00, and in that 6 months, I haven't won more then 250.00 total. When I do win, it's always what I paid for the ticket, and the bonus is always ×1. On the losers I've had, the bonus is always 5×, or more. I realize that it's my decision to spend the money on tickets, but I thought that since the state was backing it, that it would be an honest game. What a joke. I urge everyone to boycott the Ohio Lottery. I'm sure the schools aren't getting the money the state said they would get. Ohio's Lottery sucks!

I buy a few lottery tickets every couple of weeks at a particular gas station in Columbus, Ohio. For a few years I have noticed they don't always tear away or scan that particular ticket I just purchased. I have told friends that I feel they are pre-scanning tickets & handing losers out to customers. Is this possible? Tonight I received a 000 ticket off a $10 real & it felt funny again. It was a loser of course & have never won a dime at this particular store. I purchased this ticket way late & tomorrow morning I'm going back for the same ticket & buying the same one. There is no way they sold another of this kind so close to closeing. If it is ever a few numbers away from 000 what should I do?

I just bought $50.00 in instant lottery tickets Again! Won $4.00! This is totally rigged! I cant tell you how many times I have done this! If you win an instant - you Are lucky! Maybe a dollar or two. It is ###! It didnt always use to be this way. Now it is all a sham. What really pisses me off is the fact that Ohio has closed all the little internet cafes down - why - because you could actually win something!

You may not always win but you do WIN sometimes - more so in these places and Ohio officials cant stand it! They tell you that these little cafes are rip offs, but they are not as bad as the lottery or the so called casinos that they have put in place. People - go - see the difference! The Ohio Lottery and these casinos pay you nothing. The internet cafes pay you something and they do not want that...The instant lottery tickets are so lame its pathetic.

Ohio people wake up! Fight these idiots and let us gamble where we want. Atleast we can win something once in awhile! Not at their casinos or racinos or their lottery!

For the last 4 months I have played 10 lines($10) on each drawing of classic lotto. This is well over $400 dollars with no winners. Not even a $2 winner. How can this be? Is the lottery fixed? Who polices the lottery, the Ohio attorney generals office? Odds of winning any prize is 1 in 54. I enjoy playing but come on!

The last winner of the Ohio Classic Lotto was December 7, 2011(that's right, YEARS ago). I've been playing it for weeks now, choosing my own numbers using the law of probabilities. Sure enough, I didn't match a single digit at all with the 5 dollars I spent. I honestly didn't realize that the classic lotto drawings weren't aired until tonight...(How convenient for them to avoid showing a live broadcast!) I'm done with this b.s... it's a damn same when you have a greater chance of winning a multi-state jackpot, verses a statewide drawing...

I think they are on to something and I definitely think the Ohio Lpttery has been compromised by a very powerful organization that is using it to bleed the people out of the little money they have. They are trying to eliminate disposable income and they are doing it through the lottery and many other things as well. (Gas)

How many Classic Lotto winners since they stopped the live drawing on TV in 2010?
Only 3 and two of them were in 2011 within a couple months of each other. (Oct & Dec)
The latest winner was in July 2014 after not having a winner since December 2011.
That's over 2 1/2 years between wins, with three drawings per week, in a largely populated state. WHAT ARE THE ODDS OF THAT? I posted this on the Ohio lottery YouTube video:
" Are the numbers rigged" and after about a week my post was deleted.
Very easy to have " pre draws" until no winning combinations show up.
Why would they delete my you tube comment?

I have played the cash explosion game for over twenty years and never been on the show, and then they have players that say that they one had one ticket and first time playing and they are on..What gets me is when you submit your ticket on line how do you know that your ticket is in that drawing or how does it actually pick the ticket. I have emailed them three times and never got a answer back from them. It's not right cause you have no proof that your ticket is even on the computer or where ever for that drawing.. And really what and how is it done, ,

i have a problem with a store that refuses to allow me to purchase lottery tickets because I refuse to be yelled at and disrespected in the store..I told him he should treat people with respect and decency...This man seems to have a problem with PR. When I told him that, he took it personal. He wouldn't take my betting slips and play them. I guess he was showing me he had the power to not play my tickets. He barred me out of his store because I was speaking up for my rights...If he cant treat his customers (women) with respect; maybe he shouldnt have a lottery machine there; he's losing a lot of lottery money deciding who can or cant buy a ticket! Heres the address of the store.. Toledo 24 LLT, 5424 Telegraph Rd, Toledo, Ohio 43612 phone [protected]

The rolling cash 5 shuts down at 7 the rest of the games shut down at 7:24 why is this here's why rolling cash 5 is a big jackpot game that's drawn 7 days a week the reason for the 7pm shut down is so they can have time to analyze all the numbers so a number with the lowest payouts can be displayed I think the government should crack down on the Ohio lottery they shouldn't be able to look at the numbers played until after the drawing just like everyone else

On Nov 28, 2015 I want to the store to play 1111 for the evening drawing. He put in the number and told me the machine said the number was full. How can a number be full. It's lottery. So I played it for midday Sunday 11/29/2015. Got a call from my sister telling me 1111 came out sat 11/28/2015 that evening. This is so wrong..how can you stop people from playing a number and then let it come out that same day..so rigged. That would have been 5, 000 dollars.

Its ironic you mentioned the pick 4.I've noticed that many stores I frequent, they have a '2500 or 5000 winner' of a pick 4 sign.Maybe they know we know this and other games no doubt are rigged so in turn they make you believe that people are winning.I would support a petition to audit the Ohio Lottery a/o abolish it altogether

Have bought 54.00$ in scratch off tickets in the past 2 weeks and not even got 1 dollar back. Most tickets were cashwords, 1out of 4 odds of winning bull, bought 6 in a row this week and no winner. Also have been playing rolling cash5 for almost 3 years, picking my own numbers, 2 or 3 sets of numbers, that's 14 to 21 dollars a week because I play for 7 draws, and only get a dollar back for matching 2 numbers. On a rare occasion I might get 3 numbers for ten dollars.I have come to believe the Ohio lottery is a scam. They lie about their odds on scratch off tickets and their draw games are definitely rigged.I am done with the Ohio lottery. They will not get another dime from me.Save your money don't give them your money. Scam Scam Scam Scam Scam

The Ohio lottery is a scam. Especially the draw games. It's way pass the point of just rigging the machine. There's no such thing is being lucky. Everything is strategy. I was winning a few times out of the week. Then one day a worker from the lottery came out to where I played and pretended to fix the machine while he was watching the store employee play my numbers. After he left. I never won again. Not to mention coincidental when I went to other retailers to play afterwards they would pop up. It was almost like they were stalking me. I think they should be investigated to make sure people are winning. I don't believe that people are winning like they say they are. I think they are only paying certain people. Everyone else that win was by mistake or intentional to just to get them to play and steal their money too. My advice if you get a chance to slip pass them and actually win a decent amount. Don't play ever again. They will take all of the winnings back. Or just don't play at all. People are afraid to speak out because the lottery employs a lot of people. But what they are doing is wrong. It wouldn't be so bad if they wouldn't cheat and just let everything be normal. I'm not afraid to speak out because I'm spent a lot of money. My take on all of this is that the lottery is just a huge scam that bought a legitimate license to steal money. It's no better than the guys who call you to say you've won.

I would like to know how they pick where to give the big winner scratch off tickets! Seems as though its always Northern Cities . What's the chances of a big winner being in your local gas station!? Also seems like they release a few winners on their new games & then nothing...while there are still big winners on old games & then they retire the game! They need investigated in my opinion! Rigged

Nice how store owners winning! Wow how honest! They get the only $1k & up winners ... How is that?! Bad enough no big winners now just no winners...swear they play before & after me. Ohio Lottery think you should be watching store owners! It's already rigged enough! Also wonder how you pick your 2nd chance winners! I bet I was overlooked more than once for saying anything.

Yes, they definitely need to be investigated. I am a regular scratch ticket player who has invested thousands over the course of the last few years and have not won much more than face value on most tickets. Years ago I would actually win every so often. The ticket odds have not changed but for some reason there are no longer winners even when you play an entire book out. Used to win a $500 every month or so to keep my bankroll going. Now I'm just donating to the schools I guess. Something crooked is going on.

It's getting worse ! Now they are accepting charge cards? Y? they printing more losers? And now they don't do winner Wednesday anymore! Y? Because they don't want you to know where the winners on the scratch offs are going? Lottery workers? This is like a nightmare, lucky if you get $100 winner in my town. Why don't they have to disclose where the winning tickets are going? There needs to be some transparency! I want to see what towns these winning tickets are going to! I think they should HAVE to disclose! We hand them money and it disappears, now we don't even know where it goes LOL When new games come out I snapshot the top winning prizes on each game I'm interested in, watching them disappear, never see any winners anymore...what is going on OHIO LOTTERY?

From, Floyd Ellis Sr. 942 Parkview, Youngstown, Ohio There was an enormous amount of damages, that was caused by the set offs.Do they intend to repair the damages?Or do the intend to just try to sweep it upunder the rug, as if nothing happened?.This started with me, in about, 1992.So you can imagine the amount of damages, that was caused.Due to my reputation being slanderd, it went into other areas, of my life.I will be 60 years old, July the 10th.They put me into involuntary servitude, which is a condition of slavery. They even said, that they were going to keep doing it no matter if I was right or wrong.I am not a convicted convict. There was no reason for that being done except for the purpose of them wanting to make money from me, from the start.I would like to know, what do the intend to do, to repair the damges, they caused?I am a proffessional player. And they made a ton of money from me, while holding me to making only a small amount of money. If it is good enough for them to make money from me, then of course it is good enough for me to make money for myself.I will be sending you other charts soon, so you can see the amount of damages, that was caused, on just the horse racing tracks alone. And the lottery.Floyd Ellis Sr.
