What a bunch of bs I've been a loyal life time customer of the Ohio lottery but all the points I've put in trying to get one item is just bs I seen the same names of winners over an over on the prizes an I know what my odds are but I win a jackpot before I ever win in the drawings I've put as many points on some as possible an yet never yet have I won anything from the drawings at this point I think it's bs waste of time you'd think they would at least throw a dog a bone after a life time of me spending money an who makes these names up really time to share something! I'm loyal but never are the games!
Desired outcome: Win a drawing
Keno kiosk elderado sciota downs
We go to Sciota downs once or twice a week to play keno (Ohio lottery keno) and the 3 kiosks that are available to customers are always broke, terminal unavailable or out of paper, I was directed to the cage to get help, they were rude and had no interest in fixing them, this has been going on for weeks, they won't even add paper, supervisor says cage is responsible, cage blames lottery and says not there main concern
Desired outcome: Please make them work
Tickets
I live by GETGO in Twinsburg ohio where I purchase tickets in the machine.
My complaint is they put the scratch offs in the machine starting from the end of row instead of the beginning which is not right if I buy a ticket it should start at 000, 001, 002 etc not 047 I have a better chance of winning if they put the tickets in correctly this has been going on for awhile I complained but they keep doing it.
Desired outcome: make them start the tickets from the beginning!
Non payment or tickets from a machine
on 10-10-2021 between 3:10pm and 3:15pm I was at the 931 East 2 nd Street, Franklin Ohio location. I used the machine to cash my winning tickets to purchase more ticket the machine was having an issue, when I hold the clerk he said there was nothing he could do it was my problem so this location and the lottery machine stole 15 dollars from me. When I handed the clerk my tickets he said they had already been cashed at his location however again I had no tickets

Lottery ticket
I went to acme at 3235 manchester rd akron oh 44319. I had a 50.00 lady luck I checked on the machine. The young short blond girl insisted it was was 10.00. This store has done this before. Two young ladies will stand up there together and bull y the customer and in sist its less than the money it states. They give the smaller amount because you have two of the same and they also are counting up other tickets that was up there already from someone else.
Exxon gas station at, 2097 livingston ave columbus, oh 43209
On 6/27/2021, at about 3 o'clock pm, I purchased a $2 scratch off at the Exon gas station at 2097 Livingston Ave Columbus, Oh, 43209.. but after scratching off the ticket's cover, in that I can insert it into the machine to find whether it was a winner, the machine didn't provide an answer, it obviously didn't register. So I then offered for the store clerk to look into this for me. He use the machine which was back there with him and out of my eye site to check my ticket then told me that it was a $2 winner. He never showed me whether this was true or gave me my ticket back. Could you please check to fine whether my winnings was only $2
Thank you very much,

Pick-4 lottery game is rigged please investigate
Spent over $20, 000 in six months playing the Pick 4. Playing 400 a day and Can't even get a box hit. Numbers are falling correctly in the surrounding states, but not Ohio. I have tried different strategies and played almost every number and they will bring a number with low payout. Fast number don't come anymore. At all repeat numbers keep falling that no one plays. The game is RIGGED. The software is rigged and needs to be investigated. I have $ over $50,000 worth of tickets for just the past 8 months that proves the game is Rigged.

Lottery
I have been playing the lottery for YEARS especially on the pick -4 games. Yours ago I could at least get one hit or a box in Matter of months, now the losing is ridiculous. The Lottery is rigged and needs to be investigated. The Indiana lottery and Kentucky lotteries are fare which mean the numbers do fall according. In the state of Ohio it's impossible to HIT the Pick/4
Desired outcome: Due a investigation on the Ohio lottery and have them updated or change the balls every six months so people can win again
I filed a comment / complaint and did not even get published . I want to say it is a coverup and I will show you why . Here is a copy of my comment / complaint for you to read and make your own decision as to why your numbers don't show up anymore .
Classic lottery
I feel That the lottery is fixed and is designed to screw Poor hard working folks out of money and to play on Poor people hopes and dreams Some of the Good folks like me spend their life time and last dime trying to hit Big enough to purchase a decent home in a safe neighborhood trying to get out of poverty and make life better for my 14 year old son but Scamming is your way getting rich at others expense have you no shame the lottery should be banned because it's worse than any drug known
I myself will never waste another damn dollar on your fixed games how are you supposed to play responsible with
these games when the stakes are higher in life than the stakes in the game answer that to some people like me the lottery is my only way out of a bad situation that's my complaint
7/23/2020 evening drawing
The lottery is rigged. July 23, 2020 the number didn't post until later that evening due to technical difficulties. You couldn't even watch the video live giving them time to pull or set up the drawing in there favor. This should be an illegal business practice for the lottery. If you can't pull at the schedule time live, then we should be refunded or money...

Keno has to be the most rigged game in Ohio, you can go through hundreds or thousands of dollars and not win anything it's almost impossible. I don't even know how Ohio Lottery could allow this the odds are probably like 100 to 1 against the player, it's really bad I'm ashamed to watch people addicted to gambling throw their money away. Thet have definitely changed the program payout rate and need to be investigated.
I agree and have stopped playing- somehow just a number off on all Keno tickets- does anyone really ever win? Nope not anything substantial
Shame on you OHIO lottery
The cheating
Today I played the ohio lottery and around 8:05 I checked my numbers on the phone and some different numbers showed up for the pick3 pick4 andall the rest of the nimbers accept the pick5. It was still showing midday instead of evening drawings. Then I waited until about 8: 20 then checked on my phone again and the numbers were different again for the...

proof of ohio lottery scam!
If anyone in ohio will go back to nov. 11, 2006 — you have proof way back then on the "crooked" tactics of the ohio lottery! The osu buckeyes defeated the michigan football team by a score of 42 - 39. This was the exact "pick 4" number drawn (in exactly the same order) within a couple hours after the game! - now — there are "coincidences" — but this was rediculous!
Hi I just purchased lottery tickets from party supplies in New Miami Hamilton Ohio. I went to turn in my winnings. They weren't registered. I know that marathon in New Miami Hamilton Ohio just got busted for selling illegally. Please help.
ohio rolling cash 6
5-20-17 Every time the Rolling Cash 5 is over $200K the Lottery reports that the winning numbers have been won in a predominantly Caucasian establishment! Most recently it had grown to over $600K and 3 winning Rolling Cash 5 tickets were won in ONE Caucasian establishment!
Last week the Rolling Cash 5 grew to over $200K! That jackpot was won in Newark, Ohio! Only Caucasians live there!
It is NOT fair that Caucasians win ALL the money when it is Black people that play the most money in all the Ohio Lottery Games! How can I submit for an investigation and a Class Action Lawsuit?
E. Crump
Lottery player for over 20 yrs!
How did you come up with all these statistics? We see that most of these jackpots are won in suburbs of the big cities, mainly the BIG C’s as we call it.
I don’t agree with your stats and people of all color play the lotto, unfortunately the odds are not in your favor and they have no idea where the winning tickets are or drawn.
U should probably focus on saving the money you spent on get rich quick schemes and invest your money and get over the color thing!
I think those patterns are beginning to fade.I am waiting on responses from complaints I filed. Those patterns will be back.I am going to Columbus soon to talk to people.Floyd Ellis Sr
The Ohio Lottery: Somebody's Gotta Win...but only if its a white guy!
So, Newark, Ohio only has white people living in it? No black people ever win the Ohio Lottery? And you're asking a website how to file a class-action lawsuit against an NGO?
Okay, on so many levels, this is the worst example of stupid available on the internet.
Fixed rigged
Ask any ohio lottery retailer how many claims forms they have filled out for a pick 4 winner. I only know of one of the many I have asked. It's obvious that they rig the balls/machine so that a combination with a low payout comes up. There is a 5 minute gap between the time you can play the numbers and the balls are drawn. That is plenty of time for their...
