My name is Van T Cooper last four is 1014 and my email is [protected]@hotmail.com. I am writing to your office today with my concerns about my case and how it has been handled. I do know that I am not the only one who is unemployed or going through a hard time. However when I am doing what is asked of me by the state who makes the judgment on if I get paid or help from your office?
I had gone into Ohio Mean job to create a profile and did the assessment that gave me the pie chart. I know what a pie chart is. Because I used it in my 30-year career I did the other assessment at also gave me a score of 21. I then upload my resume and do not hand-input a new one on the state website.
At the end of this, I did forget to take a photo of what I have done as my backup to show it's been done. I only took a photo of one page that said your resume was uploaded on 9/8/2023 and one of the two assessments that gave me a score of 21 and not the pie chart. When I didn't receive my payment for last week. I called in and found out that what I spent time doing was not fully uploaded. Once the unemployment was found my resume was uploaded and the assessment was done. The release of my next payment. After I was rudely yelled at by an employee over the phone that said I caused this. No one more payment has been held to no fault of my own. I am sure there is a recording of the confirmation.
Desired outcome: I just want my two checks to be released because I did what I was asked and on time. It's not our fault if your office only receives some inf and not all.
