How is this “company” allowed to trade? They are fraudulent and the word theft comes to mind.
I was told that there were issues with tickets for the show, agreed to provide me with a full refund within 21 days, haven’t received a penny. I have Emailed twice and no response. I will be proceeding with the small claims court and reporting to trading standards if this is not rectified. I have emails etc that can be provided, the following email below states that a refund will be provided but I am still waiting.
Not sure how this company can continuously get away with this / keeping peoples money, not providing a service, absolutely disgusting.

Thanks for getting back to me.
As explained, it states in the terms and conditions that each booking is made separately.
If an error occurs with one it states what we will do for you and in this case we have offered a refund or reschedule. We have also offered a complete reschedule as a goodwill gesture with us absorbing the cost of the hotel.
On this occasion however as you’ve said if you do not wish to proceed with rebooking the trip again then I have sent this to our Accounts Department for them to process a full refund for you and we’ve informed the supplier the room will not be used. Just so you know, your refund can take up to 21 days and will be received on the card used at the time of booking.
Desired outcome: A full refund
