I received a lovely voucher bought from yourselves bought by my family for my 60th Birthday in September. I activated my voucher as stated. I received an e mail stating I needed to upgrade because my availability could not be met. I booked the London bridge hotel paid £125 pounds extra. I booked other events for the occasion and was looking forward to my trip. When I arrived in London, I was told my hotel had been cancelled. The hotel printed off the cancelation e mail from HotelbedsUK LTD. I then had to pay £265 pounds to stay at the hotel or my weekend would be ruined. The theatre tickets were valid, and we enjoyed the show.
On Monday I called Hotel beds

They were un-able to help stating they were instructed to do so by OMG hotels concierge. [protected]@0mghotels.com [protected])
I called OMGhotels.com. I spoke to a female who was very un-helpful there was a lot of background noise she put me on hold then disconnected the call.
I called back and spoke to a male He states "What do you want" I explained the situation he then stated "Ok you want a refund how much do you want" I explained that I had paid £265 pounds for accommodation plus £125 for the upgrade. He stated "Give me your card details I will refund it"' I was then suspicious, so I transferred all my money from my account to another accoun He then asked for my card number three-digit number and expiry date. I gave them to him. I got my bank account on the screen while talking to him, I saw a request for me to authorise for £404,72pence. I asked why you are attempting to take money from my account, He stated "I am trying to help and refund you just authorise it" I did so because there was no money in my account. He thanked me and stated "you will have a refund within 48hours. I then called my bank virgin money who immediately stopped my card and confirmed that OMGhotels had attempted to take £404.72 from my account twice. This was reported to the fraud team. In Summary; I had a voucher that was not any use. I had to upgrade £125,00 pound. I paid additional £265 to stay in the hotel I had a fraudulent attempt of £404.72 to be taken from my account twice. My family buying a voucher from yourself has caused me distress and money loss. How can you assure me it safe to purchase from useagift.com
Desired outcome: Money back
