One America Financial Partners review: The run around

I started my process on July 10 to get a partial distribution thinking that would be done in 7 to 10 business days. I also filled out a form to rollover the rest of my money to a different firm. I got an email on a Saturday stating they needed clarification on my partial distribution. I had to wait until Monday to call to clarify my information. I was told that the partial distribution would take 3 days. Wednesday, I received another email at midnight stating "Follow Up" and they didn't receive some information. I called and was on the phone with someone for almost 30 minutes stating that I clarified my information. I was transferred to a supervisor who said she was sending the information right over to processing and they should process everything and the partial distribution should be done and in my account. I called today to follow up and spoke to the same supervisor who told me that processing should have it. I said I would like to speak to someone there. She said there is no number for them and the only way she can reach them is via email. I said I would like a call back regarding this because this is taking too long and I keep getting that processing my not have gotten it. After looking at the reviews on the BBB website, it was clear that this company is garbage.
