Very rude and pushy salespeople
Very rude and pushy salespeople. Was just trying to cancel an order I never wanted in the first place that was pushed on me using scare tactics and the Sales Manager kept cutting me off on the phone not letting me speak and wasn't interesting in listening to what I had to say. The rudest person I have talked to in quite some time.

This service is a complete waste of time! I had to do all the steps that they claimed to handle for me... The only service that I didn't work for was OneSource Solutions who pestered me until I bought. They get a referral fee from them. Don't waste your time, you are going to have to do the work to connect all your utilities anyway.
The *** delivered exactly as promised! Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. It really helped relieve some of the stress of moving.
The moving process can be stressful, however *** and *** at OneSource made moving a breeze, even when a number of unexpected issues arose, I was able to reach out to them and they were on top of the issues immediately!
Reps are more worried about a commission opposed to getting things done correctly. Kept trying to work things out with them for internet and they borderline refused to do what they could to actually set it up. Called internet company directly and had it set up within an hour after spending a half hour with these guys. Was promised things by the sales rep that were not even offered in my location. Requested a call back from a manager, was busy when she called, so she left a voicemail saying she would call me back on Monday. She never did. Called back again and the rep said that her manager was supposed to have called me and she could email her, but by that point there was no reason to. Had to call and request more information about my utilities since they didnt provide me even an account number to set things up myself. Did not set up my trash to move to the new address, so will do that one myself.Overall, going to end up doing most the work myself after spending more than enough time on the phone with them. They did not make things any better/easier for me while I was moving.
What a truly amazing service! Couldn't have asked for a better experience that really made the moving process much easier by taking these items off our plate. Would recommend to anyone moving!
Headaches after headaches
Headaches after headaches. I had to eventually call up the companies to set up my own internet and TV service. OneSource ran into a roadblock with setting up these services for me, and never did anything to resolve the issue. They put my file to the side and ignored what I hired them to do. Would never recommend them to anyone. Your better off without them. What's the old saying? "If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself"
Unfortunately, they simply did not succeed in establishing any of my home utility accounts, save one. They did successfully begin my electricity service.My gas service, trash, sewer and water, and internet services, however, were not begun at all. I had to open accounts and send in applications myself, manually. I freely admit that I was foolish to believe OneSource when they told me that these accounts were set up. I should have checked and done the legwork to make sure that our utilities accounts were ready. As a result we've had to wait a week before we could move into our new house due to having no heat.If you wish to utilize this company's services, I strongly advise you to assume that your utility accounts are not set up, and that you'll have to contact the utility companies themselves to ensure that you will have the services necessary to actually move in.
Very nice service for new homeowners. Research is spot on and well-done, and the assistance in setting up some of the services is very much appreciated.
Truly excellent service from the beginning! Friendly, nice and understanding customer service especially ***! He helped us with all of the connections and he follow up with us whenever we needed. Truly great company. I recommend them for everyone that is moving to a new place. Makes moving so much easier!

Complete waste of time. Minimal accomplished despite 4 phone calls, and many more messages and emails. They claim they tried to contact me or couldnt finalize my service because they couldnt get a hold of me which is a LIE. My internet order still not fulfilled, I am no further ahead a week later other than they started NEW service, which I needed mine transferred so I had to call the utility company any way. All this did was add more action items to my move list, and then the insult from reps they couldnt get a hold of me when Ive spent far too much time returning their calls to begin with.please, its not one stop and since this was a value add from our realtor, I am inclined to not use them again either. Would not recommend at all.

I have to say One Source has been fantastic, with helping with the connections and closing of old accounts. While working full y not able to do this process.I will make I'll pass them to people as much as possible.Love them.?

Sadly, I ended up having a terrible experience with OneSource solutions. Their service guarantees that they save you time and effort setting up utilities and entertainment services so that the new home buyer doesn't have to, however it was the total opposite for us. Lots of wasted time and when I voiced my concern on a recent call, the representative shrugged off my issue and said they could only break down a bill for me (which is why I am posting this review now). The first representative I spoke with gave me incorrect contact information for the water and power utility companies so I ended up having to search for the right ones. I ended up setting up all of my utilities myself (so it doesn't make much sense that OneSource didn't take anything off my plate). I also was quoted two different new customer rates by two different representatives for my unreliable internet. Once I received the details of my first bill, I realized it was MUCH more than I was quoted. Now I will have to call *** and explain the situation and see if there's anything they can do. I'm disappointed and frustrated to say the least about OneSource.

They earned zero stars for their service and anyone who chooses to use them should do so at their peril. Billed as a company that makes transferring utilities and services easy, they do the complete opposite. To call them incompetent would be an understatement. I'm buying a house halfway across the country and tried to set up internet so that I could install some security equipment to keep an eye on the place before we occupy it. I confirmed the install date with OneSource, took a vacation day, and booked my travel ($700) so that I could be present and make sure installation went smoothly. After flying in, the day of the installation in the morning I called them up and much to my surprise my order was not even in their system, they had no record of it. 1.5 hours later the manager calls me and says a "systems glitch" totally wiped out my order and that "these things happen." It is terrifying that a company that relies on this system as a business model can have fatal errors and not even be aware of them. I was out an entire day and $700 because of their inability to do their job. In my area, I would be fired. In their area, they offered a $50 gift card and a rescheduled installation date - I am out of state and have to work... not possible. Be very careful with this company. Read the negative reviews, they are accurate.
