What kind of nonsense is this! Your service in my area is the lower than USPS And They're the worst. Can you prove that the driver was in my area(at my front door)? If not, this leads me to file an formal complaint. again, on how your delivery service ( in my area), isn't up to standard. Now, according to the vendor( Amazon) you don't deliver on Saturday and Sunday.. So, how was it out of delivery? Let two messages at the local hud/ station. The real question is when will I get my parcel? Because of your driver's/ hub's/ station's mishap I need a Manager to expedited a investigation and follow up with a response.
2nd inquiry:
I' d like to file a formal complaint on my delivery on 9-9-23. No attempt was done.the data that was entered is false. I need an investigation on this incident. Again, your service isn't up to any standards. Can't follow delivery instructions and allow drivers to claiming non existing delivery.. Question: who delivers at 10 PM... It's not the holiday time...

Again, driver not following instructions for delivery. Which are as follow: Please, Require signature. Do not leave parcel (s) in lobby/top of mailboxes/ under mailboxes/ on window seal, it’s building policy to deliver to addressed Apartment. Deliver to Apt #41 door. Walk up building, No elevator. Four flights up. Ring doorbell or knock. Again, deliver to Apt #41 door only.
Also, where the proof of delivery, that's your policy?
How many times I As a pain customer file a complaint(s)about my delivery services? please explain, why your company is not allowing us to speak to a live person we are interacting with customers, only by email and you're not responding to the issue at hand. so saying that I am taking my concerns to a method that's outside the box. so I can complete resolution of why your delivery people cannot follow instructions.
Desired outcome: This reoccurring. No improvement
