I had a problem with AC after 3 months purchasing car, just for that reason i gave my car 3 times to Opel Arkas Service in İzmir. 10 months past but still there is no progress, they dont even know what to do.
Then I had a car crash 6 months ago (05.06.2021) and right after that i gave it to the Opel Arkas Service in İzmir again in order to fixing works of front bumper and AC at the same time. But that sevice tried to gave me the car with bended front bumper, harmed headlight, unpainted bonnet and again not fixed AC. I gave them 2 more times after this occasion but still there is no progress.
I am in touch with Opel headquarters of Turkey as well but they are not helping me out. They have sent me to another service for repairing works but asking for money now for their own mistakes.
I am engineer too, i can understand how the work goes on at services and those couple of employees do not represent the Opel, but attitude of services and none helping Opel headquarters of Turkey started to damage prestige of Opel. I can not solve my problem here and I am very exhausted now.

I own an opel astra 2017 model year in Egypt, and I paid for a warranty extension and I finished my warranty extension by Kilometers, I had a problem in the car and I went to a service center to check the car and I was told that I must pay an equivalent of 100 Euro to check the whole vehicle not to check my current problem and they can not serve me and check my car unless I pay this which makes me go to service the car elsewhere leaving the Agent service center which is not caring for the brand customers and all his care is for his money and does not look after the Brand that is nearly 100 years old.

On 28 November 2021 due to breakdown of my car I transferred it to the Opel maintenance center of Katamya through truck,
the engineer of Opel maintenance center of Katamya, Cairo, Egypt refused to receive my car, he said the root cause of the defect is the gasoline 95 octane without checking the car, and said go to ELGoyoushy center or ElHarm, then we directed to ElGoyoushy center also refused to receive the car, then we directed to Eltayaran center also refused to receive the car!?
I contacted the hot line 16424 and presented an complaint without any response then on 29 Nov. 2021 repeated my complaint.
now I'm asking is it accepted that 3 Opel maintenance centers refuse to receive Opel car, I request from you to conduct an investigation with the centers,

Opel Crossland Cosmo 1.2T
Bough the car in January 2019 from Reeds Claremont. Did the 60000km in April. Most services was done at their Bellville branch. In July after 3000 km the engine light came on with top up engine oil. After numerous calls car was booked in on 17 July. Received no feedback. On 15 September I was informed the car will receive a new engine. On 24 October car was collected. A remanufactured engine was fitted from Remtec. They kept on saying it was a new engine. Have proof of Reman engine. Took car for 1000km engine check and reported a very bad smell like exhaust gases in the car. they said if was the spray of the engine that was new. My cars Flange gasket is actually leaking so bad and they didn't picked that up. Send a guy from Claas to see if I can still drive the car. Also told the guy that he mustn't point out all their other mistakes. I have bought 16 Opels since 1994 and am proud to be an Opel owner. I never ever want to deal with Reeds Bellville ever again and will after this incident never ever buy and Opel again. I had a buyer for the car before I got it back but he doesn't want to buy to car anymore since the new engine as promised was not fitted. Also because the problems is still going I can't show the car to anyone to just get rid of my problem. I still have more than a year warranty but no one wants to buy it even for the Retail price. They offer me R50000-R100000 less because of the problem. I have also reported them to the ombudsman. Would like to get the complaint to Opel Germany.

I would like to introduce my issue with El mansour service agent in egypt sense I was complaining about low oil level in the engine It was happening frequently after every service by 9500 KM there reply that this is normal because of turbo in the till I get out from the warranty by only 2 month I went as usual to do my service, after the service by 2000 km the alarm come for oil level low after there check up they told me that the engine get damaged and we will replace it with good well program and you will be charged a cost present as per opel mother recommendation, therefore I would like to complain El mansour service agent in egypt for hiding the issue till I reach to this level and requesting from opel as a good brand in egypt to keep supporting the customers in egypt to save the brand from the activities That El mansour doing here in egypt, Please find my car full details below and attached photos for all invoices.

We bought the vehicle on 15 May 2019 - in June we started noticing there was a fault with the vehicle - we took it in for a service in July and mentioned this to the dealership. There was indeed fault. The engine has been replaced twice and the issue persists. ON top of that I receive generic and quite frankly insulting to my intellect, emails from the service department. I want the sale price for this faulty vehicle as it was fault from the beginning. I also informed them of this as per CPA, but they refused to acknowledge the law and carry on sending me generic answers.

Hi sir, I bought an opel astra 2021 from Mansoor agency in Egypt, now my car was diagnosed with engine failure. Mansoor are not welling to help me because I bought the car with installments. They did not offer a temporary car or even money to rent. I'm now in a big trouble without my car. What they said will change the engine and I'm not ok with this because I don't trust this car anymore. According to my knowledge they need to take the car, pay back the car price to the bank and give me what I have already paid. I don't know from where to start the day I decided to buy opel astra turbo 1.4 model 2020 was the biggest mistake of my life, I collected all my savings on the other hand took a loan to complete the amount needed to buy the car, with responsibilities of two children, in short I got the car trusting that the car worth all what Iam doing for it after using the car for 30, 000 kilos with no complain in the middle of no where & with no reasons the CAR ENGINE BROKE DOWN to discover that I was standing in very long queue with people having same issue reached their before me waiting for a solution not only that their is no solution, no compensation with a car that would help me carry out my daily uses & no trade in for the car in addition to all this my biggest surprise was that opel has lost its reputation in the egyptain markets & if I taught of selling the car no one would ever buy it my mistake was that I trusted the brand, bought it as all my family members where opel users & this made me feel safe in trusting it, but now after all this iam sorry to say that u lost all the trust in your brand and that no one in egypt wants to buy opel again or deal with it, in short opel now losses in the egyptain market which is a big sector & the coming days will prove this to you, please look into this issue & take it into consideration because its a disaster in egypt . I would highly recommend till you reach to trusted & satisfactory solution for your brand that you offer a trade in for the car with a satisfactory value bearing in mind that its a an economic car people buying it suffered alot & on the other hand this will help you save your image which is badly ruined thanks for your interest in reading waiting for your immediate reply.

I sent my opel Crossland model 2018 to Autogroup service center to check an A/C problem on 25 July they added freon and took it under observation for a week, it drainnedover all of it and was returned back to them now more than 6 days waiting for the part. They told me that they have to change A/C refrigerator
and it will be under goodwill as I've been making all my car's services at the dealer since I bought it. I called them today and Have been told that they are waiting for the reply from Mansour service for the part and the percentage I will co-pay, although I requested an extension for warranty. Moreover, the part is not sent to them to start installation. And the said even though there is another part that has to be shipped by DHL

Unprofessionalism in dealing with my new car
I have bought my new Opel Astra Enjoy 1.4L Turbo 2021 in December 2020, and I have had Noise Coming from the brakes. I left a note when I was doing my 1000KM maintenance, they said it just needs to be cleaned and it happens if there is dust on it. Every time I drove my car since then, the noise was there. I told them in my 10,000 KM Maintenance @Mansour Amreya, Alexandria Egypt. That the noise was still there all the time, they took out the brake pads and cleaned them as they mentioned and still I had the noise every time I drove. At 18,000 KM, my brake pads were completely worn out. I went to them and mentioned that I have been complaining about my brake pads since I bought the car and now it's finished before its normal lifespan they said it's just your usage and you need to buy new brake pads I said ok and I asked them to install a new brake pads for 2400 LE. They told me that there is one nut that did not want to come out and I had to leave the car for the night, noting that they were the last people to tie the nut in the car when they cleaned the brake pads. Anyway, I left the car and came back the second morning and went to the body garage to find the people there dealing with the nut and rime without any care, which has lead to damages in the Rim and I believe that the heat applied was more than enough to damage also the Hub behind the rim or the housing that holds the rim. I recorded a video of when they were dealing with it. They came to give me the car and the rim was damaged and I was completely dissatisfied and I told them you destroyed my car Rim look and the housing behind it was heated at very high temperature that has lead to damages in its metal structure, and I have also mentioned that I don't like it like that please make it look like how it looked when I brought my car here. They have mentioned that it's not their fault and that they did the job right and If I want a new rim I have to pay for it along with the housing. I complained to customer service and They have put another used Rim in my car I don't know from where they brought it but it wasn't a new one and refused to change the housing that has been damaged behind the rim. I said I will not risk my life and drive the car. The Hub has been tempered with and it needs to be changed. I refused to take the car and they refused to change the housing for me and they tried to force me to sign on a paper, that I have took my car, and tried to manipulate me to sign some documents that I have received the car after the fix I refused and mentioned that the car fix is not completely done and that I will not drive the car like this and it's very unsafe and I will not risk my life. I as Engineer believe that heating of any metal at very highly temperature using a welding gun, deforms its inner structure and shortens its life span. I explained this to the people there and they still didn't want to fix what they have destroyed. I was so sad today because I love my car so much and it was surprising to me that the people tried to manipulate me in order to take the car and leave without caring about my life. I will attach the work order and Video of the car, as they were unprofessionally fixing a stuck nut that has been tied so hard by them. I'm writing to you reffering the problem I have with the car Opel Astra K, bought brand new on 24th of September 202= in Serbia. The car was bought through the authorized dealer AC Brajić, but after only six month of usage, tha paint started to peel off, mainly on the front doors and on the front sides of the car. I' ve contacted the authorized dealer, went to the service to check the problem, and all they said was that they're aware of the problem but cannot do anything about it?! Let me say the the cause of paint peeling off is not due to the physical damage, since there are a few small bumps/ dempressions on the car where the paint is intact. Can you please refer me to someone who can look after this problem and instruct what to do. I bought the care brand and didn't expect to have any problems especially since it is brand like Opel. I'm sending you the photos of the flaking paint.

dear opel company i would like to inform that i own an opel carr grand land number of the chassis is 283373 and the number of the engine is 2465529 the car is model 2018 the first date of using the car 4/4/2019 i would like to inform you that i am complaining for a while that the car is missing oil before the maintenance date and i went to the authorized agent and they informed me that grand land car oil is reduced and this is found in the instruction book and the maintenance agent is called mansour maintenance department increases the oil more than the required quantity because no one notice before the end of the maintenance period and this behavior damages the engine, so at 7000 km and at 9700 l, the oil was reduced so i went and increased the amount of the oil but at 10000 km i complained that the motor oil was also reduced and in the maintenance they told me there was no problem and the car reduces oil at 104000 km so i went to the authorized agent and they increased the oil and told me that this happened due to that the car has been moving 4000 km in only a short period and that this issue will not happen again but at 107000 km the oil is reduced again so i went again to the principal agent of the Al mansour to know the problem and this was 19/6/2021 and they told me to leave the car to check it and after 2 days they told me that the engine need to be changed and we need the respond of the company and till now there's no response so i asked them how a large company and that opel have a very old history and it is a known company since the past how there is no a fast reply and not paying attention to this problem so they told me that opel company was sold to peugeot and citroen and the situation was different so is it normal that opel grand land car after only 2 years the engine is being destroyed however the chinese car nowadays make 7 years warranty w now 15000 km in Egypt and the agent told me that the warranty is only till 10000 and after this you are the responsible.Knowing that the car have a complaint that the oil was missing every once in a while.I received the car after they checked it and we waited untill opel company to respond to us and how we will solve this problem i found out that the car was very bad so i called the engineer he answered and told me that when they checked the car the engine was destroyed and till now there's no response. Opel Grandland X / The right headlight has a slight movement

I bought the Opel Grand Land car, the second category, and after receiving the car W0VZ45GY7M6800131, I noticed while I washing the car that the right headlight bulb had a slight movement while I cleaning it, I waited until the first maintenance is due at the Mansour agency. When doing the first maintenance, I asked to properly install the headlight well because I notice a slight movement while I clean it, but they told me that it is broken from inside, and they did not give me any other information and the cause why it is broken from inside the car. I think they were supposed to check the headlight and find out the cause of the fracture because the car is in warranty duration.
Now the question is, why should I buy and install a new headlight if the lamp was originally broken and I received the car in this condition?

My name is Sabina and I have 2, 5 year old Opel Astra. This is my 3 Opel Astra car. After almost one year I started to have problems with gears. For most of the time it drove perfect, but for unknown reason it was not possible to change gears, or very difficult. It was only for 1 and 2, after moving to 3 it was possible to change further. The car went to a garage a few times but they could not find anything. At the end it was a recall to replace some parts and clutch was maintained. Due to Corona I did not drive much last year but last month it started again. I have no idea when this can happen when I drive I can feel the problem. At first it is possible to change gears using force, but at certain moment changing gears in not possible any more. I stopped already in rush hour in the middle of busy road crossing. At that point gears are blocked in neutral and not possible to change them anymore. It is possible to unblock them by restart engine multiple times. I went to garage again, but nothing was done and nothing found. Could you advise what maybe a problem? Is this known? Is there a possibility to fix it?

I am sending this email as a desperate attempt to get some form of resolution as I believe that I received quite bad service from the Reeds in Bellville and as a result my vehicle is badly damaged.
I initially started interacting with Reeds Bellville in 2020 when I moved to Cape Town from East London. I had to take my car in to the dealership because of an engen light that had popped up on the dash and they kept the vehicle for almost a week fixing the issue. I received the vehicle and within a month the engine light was on again and by that time I was due for a service so I took the car in again... This time the engine light came back on directly after I drove out of the dealership and I reported it immediately and was told to bring the car back and I did. They told me there was a part that needed to be imported and that would resolve the issue. I requested to speak directly with the manager about the issue and my concerns about driving the vehicle with the engine light on and he assured me that "as long as the vehicle was drivable" the engine light was not an issue and that he would personally get back to me when the part had arrived and he never did. I attempted multiple times to get ahold of him and I was unsuccessful.
Last week my car broke down and I sent it in to an auto electrician who notified me that the car had broken down due to me driving the vehicle for an extended period of time with the engine light on. On enquiry I was notified that it would cost R40000 to fix the problem. I do not have this amount and I truly believe that I should not be punished for the bad service I received from this facility.
I hope that my complaint falls on fair ears and I look forward to hearing from your organization in this regard.

I have a complaint aginst your agent in Egypt; El-Mansour. My car is Opel Mokka, 2016, motor # [protected], chassis # 567734. It has run for only 58.000 k.m.
The problem started when the car engine broke down all of a sudden without any prior notice. Nevertheless, all the periodic maintenance has been made by the agent.
I'm a mechanical engineer, and I can assure you that the problem is because of a crack in the expansion tank. The thing which is weird to happen in this short period of usage.
It's clear that the fault is not mine. When I went to the agent, they tried to evade responsibility and requested me to pay 40% percent of the total cost of changing the engine. The thing which is not acceptable at all. Your support is highly appreciated as I will file a formal complaint against the agent in Egypt.
