I am complaining about an order I purchased on march 18, 2018
I never received an e-mail on this order but they debt my checking account for this. The items are going to P.O. Box 911 North Branford, Ct 06471. How do i go about tracking this purchase of $215.92 Clothing 3990 I do not have a tracking number because I never received an email confirming my order. Please help me.
I went on their website and there is not a phone number for me to contact this company.
OShopLive never sent me an e-mail when I purchased clothing on March 18, 2018. I never received the items nor I don't know how to track them.

I ordered 2 items form Oshop (on line clothing) I received one item that was too big but no information on how to return it- white tasseled embroidered midi dress. They have a website they refer to but just to purchase not to return. There is no email or phone number to contact customer services.
I also ordered a dress when has not arrived and that has been about 2 months ago ( Embroidered flared sleeves tasseled mini dress)
If you can assist me I would really appreciate it.

4-11-18. I received inferior products from OShopLive and have been emailing them at [protected]@oshoplive.com (which is suppose to be the customer service email). Of course there is no phone number available for this online store.in my emails to them I include the order number 117316 stating that the items do not fit, nor do they seem to be of quality that would last more than one wearing. Actually, the quality is inferior and sizing is totally off. The two dresses I ordered do not have room for anyone with a bust line. The sandals are inferior quality and do not look much like the picture.
There was no invoice in the package mailed to me, and I find that rather strange. Nothing is damaged. The dresses simply do not fit (they might fit a 10 year old girl, not a 61 year old woman).
In my emails to OShopLive I have asked how I may go about returning the items and to have credit placed on the card I used when ordering.
I live in the USA, the package with ordered items came from China. Their customer service is located at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, Greater London, United Kingdom - WC2H9JQ.

This business take your order and money under gals pretences, they will not respond to your emails, or messages, I fact they block you on Facebook.
I have made about 25 attempts to contact them without any response, I have not received any products and I have not received a refund.
This is a scam business that supply cloths supposedly but most items are from China wholesales and are copies of designer products.
I have tried to contact Facebook about this without any real success as I bealive they should be banned from running their scam from there and instagram.

I ordered a pair of jeans that fit awful due to bad design and fabric. Also the color is different from the one in the pictures. The pictures on the website were misleading and / or fake. I contacted them several times via customer support since I received my parcel to ask for a return address, but they are not answering. It's obvious that I'm not getting my money back. I feel bad about not researching enough about them before buying from them, it seems they have way too many complaints from customers. Do not buy from them, they are scammers!

On 2/18/2018 I ordered a skirt. Order# 90840 in the amount of $22.00 that I have paid for and as of March 19, 2018 have not received. Also on 03/06/2018 I ordered a dress that was $54.00, Order # 100638 and have not received this order either.. I have reached out to them numerous numerous times and have gotten absolutely no-where.. I keep getting the same response as to who I need to contact and it keeps taking me back to the web-site (Facebook) & still no response.. Luckily I was smart enough to pay through Pay Pal so if I don't get a response or my merchandise I have paid for soon I will be contacting them to start the process of getting my $ back and taking down this bogus site that obviously continues to rip people off. Shame shame shame on you oshoplive.. People work hard for their $ without people like your company taking from them..

unethical behaviour, unauthorized card charges
2/3/2018 I ordered a dress and saw there was a duplicate order which I have tried to cancel. Instead of cancelling they have already taken payment. I've searched for some way of directly contacting the company.
Since reading all the negative reviews I'd like to cancel both orders... I've seen that OSHOPLIVE cannot be trusted to send the merchandise.
There has been no response and I hold little hope that there will be. Any help would be appreciated!

It's not a reliable company. Read the other reviews if you don't believe me, but I guess, those people will tell you the same story.
Yes, everything is the same. I spent my money waiting for good clothes but got pieces of crap instead. No quality at all, items don't match the photos on the website, the shipping and delivery took three months. It's a lot, people.
Moreover, an ordered dress was two sizes smaller than what I ordered initially.
What kind of service is this? Terrible!

Unbelievable and absolutely stupid situations. I placed my order in June, it's now September and still there's no information about my package. They keep sending me bot generated emails that have nothing to do with my problem, they don't resolve it at all.
They took my money but not fast enough to send me my orders I honestly paid for. This is so unfair. I know my situation is probably helpless, it's been too long. But you should stay away from them and always read reviews before ordering. It's very important in shopping online.
Ordered 3 items totaling $97, a month later I get shipping info, it was shipped to a city hr away with no address to be exact just city delivered. USPS has no record of the package, oshop has the only tracking info . I contact cs n email keeps getting sent back saying their address doesn't exist. When I did get a email back they are no help .
They said it was delivered. Sent tracking info that said it was sent and has never been! Just want my 55$ back!
I have never seen scam company building such a comprehensive website. Ordered 150$ of goods that never arrived. Tracking said delivered but of course it s a lie. All their email addresses are fake so basically there s nobody to talk to.
I hope it gets shut down soon to avoid more cases like this.
